Im disappointed with the service I got. Language barrier and very rude. I got a Pedicure and an overlay. They rushed to do my nails and painted uneven. Plus they ruin my nail shape and they were rough with my hands. Sorry. Im not going back this place again after they changed ownership. Sorry.

Not happy. Things were going great until 4 people walked in and then I was rush rush and out the door and it showed. Never again 😒

Got there and it was one technician was nowhere to sit cause so many people was waiting and 2 people doing feet I mean its a Saturday I dont know where the helpers were at but Friday and Saturday is but the day to be short handed. Had to go somewhere else

Walked in got in a seat right away, wasn’t no customers waiting tho, Jessica did my nails and i love them ‘ great shape & design is beautiful also got the mood changing color which is pretty awesome 💕💕 definitely will be returning to get my fill 💅🏼💅🏼

There was an extremely long wait, an hour, which they do not inform you of. I got a fill in which took 2 1/2 hours to actually do. The acrylic was left lumpy and looked terrible. They did a pearl powder over gel polish which cost $18 extra. The 5 coats of gel polish was not applied evenly and came out very clumpy and began chipping off the next day. I had white tips but they repaired a nail using a different color tip and filled in using a different color acrylic so all of my nails came out looking terrible. The tech tried but just didnt have the skills he needed. It was a waste of time and money and I will not be going back.

First time in this salon and I was impressed. The staff were nice. And the gentlemen who did my nails was great. The place isnt as clean as some luxury salons, but sanitary and worth it. They stayed over an hour late to ensure all of the customers were happy and didnt turn away anyone either. Customer service was exemplary.

I have gReceived not so good pedicures the last three times I have been here. The men really do a poor job doing pedicures and a couple of the women dont do a good job. The place is dirty and cramped. The location is really not in the best area either. There is always a man that hangs out there asking for money. I have been a customer there for years but have found a new nail salon over by Michelles pretty paws. Customer service is great very clean place. The owner is lovely. Sorry I will not be back.

This place is following covid practices. You can only get in by appointment only. I had my toenails, fingernails, and eyebrows done at a cost of 78$. Please ask about the prices before you book your appointment.

Recent ownership change brought slightly higher prices but you get a little more service, for example, my pedicure had a nice foot massage with it. The ladies there are always very nice. Be patient with their English, they are trying.

I’ve been here since 1, got seated at 2:35. during that time they allowed 3 other people ahead of me. now it’s almost 3 and i’m still in the chair and haven’t been waited on. this is ridiculous they will not be receiving a tip from me. that’s if i choose to stay.

They said I had to have an appointment but they took my friend. She didnt have an appointment.

My best friend and i needed to get our nails done (two full sets, nothing flashy) before the rehearsal at the church (6pm) and for her wedding the next day. After calling around to a bunch of nail salons in the area, Top Nails told us it was a 20 minute wait so we arrived in about 5 minutes (3:50) It was another hour before we were seated, I eventually had to let them know we were on a time crunch since I didnt plan on this being an hours long process. They got her out the door finally and she was late for her own wedding rehearsal (and so was I) as a result. I had no choice but to leave the salon with unfinished nails (they have acrylic but no color) so I could attend the rehearsal. Now Im forced to find time to get my nails finished the morning of the wedding while trying to take care of the bride and bridesmaids. Dont get me wrong, the staff were very friendly. But I was absolutely livid at having what I was told would be a 20 minute wait turn into a 2.5 hr process and still not be finished.

Salon is not clean, they use old dingy towels, theres stuffing coming out of some of the massage chairs... Took my sister to get a mani pedi as a treat and I apparently chose the wrong salon to go to. Will not be returning.

Worst nail job ever, they rushed, they did my nails and left didnt tell me any price, my nails werent completely finished. I went to the counter to pay and another said it was $35 for acrylic. I had 2 other people with me and they got the same thing I did and theres was only $23. I dont recommend this place at all.

The lady messed up my nail shape that I already had, made one nail crooked, and nail polish didnt even last 2 weeks.

Went there on my work break right before they closed they took there time and fixed the mess up from a previous nail salon, very friendly ! Will most definitely be back !.
