I set an appointment to get my nails done. On their website it says nothing about masks being mandatory. I’m fine with wearing one if it is said (just to make that clear) I walked in and the man at the desk (the owners husband) was not wearing one. Alayna doing my nails was. He told me to go on back & then was like wait no I need your temp and you have to wear a mask. While he fumbles to put his on that he wasn’t wearing to being with 🙄 If you want to make that a rule you need to also uphold it. Alayna wasn’t super nice. Asked to look at other colors and she was super rude about it. The whole place feels off. When I went to check out he was sitting upfront with his mask OFF AGAIN while still saying I had to wear mine.Very off feeling here. Had set more appointments here but canceled them all.Very weird vibe, won’t be coming back.

I recently moved to Salisbury and was looking for a new nail salon. A friend of mine suggested SSS, so I decided to check them out. I was not disappointed! There was no wait (my appointment was at 10:00 and I arrived a few mins beforehand), all the staff were friendly, my manicurist took her time making sure every nail was perfect, and it was a good price. I’ll definitely be back!UPDATE:One week later TWO of my acrylic nails came off. I’ve never had that happen at another salon. Very disappointed and I don’t plan on coming back.

First time in and I was very impressed. Clean place, friendly employees. I love the fact that the stylists booths are private! While I only went in for a haircut, they are a full service salon and spa.Alana was awesome and Im extremely happy with my new do.Will definitely be back

I loved the staff! My head was burned due to the hair color being left on too long. I was forgot about due to an emergency with someone with blue hair! I was switched hairdressers in the middle of my service. No one told me why or even explained, I just kinda heard. I had explained to 1st hairdresser how I wanted my hair and then told 2nd but I got a trim instead of a cut. I asked for my bangs to start at my cheekbone but they are down to my cheek. Granted, my hair looked good when I left. Id make sure you get the same hair dresser from start to finish!

Alana, my stylist, was great. I needed a quick, dry cut for maintenance (I maintain my hair long with layers and bangs). She was able to take me as a walk-in & I was in & out within 30 minutes. Most straight forward haircut Ive ever had.

Great place to get your cluster eyelash extensions. The staff greet at the door and the service is done in a timely manner.

I just cant say enough about Mandy, its Mothers Day May 11th 2021 and I had a wonderful experience getting my hair colored and cut by MandyIts like she just looked into the mirror in my mind and knew exactly what I wanted and thats what I got, the color turned out beautifully shes an expert in color and the cut well lets just say I went to a beauty shop yesterday and had a haircut and Mandy fixed it and then someI have definitely found my new hair stylist and my go-to place or ALL my pampering needs whether it be hair feet hands makeup waxing you name it and open on SundaysI mean who does that, LOVE SSS and Mandy is top shelfThank you SSS for making my mothers day one to remember and a special thank you to beautiful Mandy a lovely mother herself

Finally getting around to writing a review from my visit in May. It was SO BAD I had to let people know before they go here. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves on the quality of work. As for management, I waited 30+ minutes to speak with someone who wouldn’t even look at my nails and was told they never do refunds, extremely rude male manager/ owner.

Friendliest staff in Salisbury, and great work too! I got my haircut and legs waxed many times here and have been more than satisfied on each visit.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Salon. Madison at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Alana was my consultant. She waxed my legs and pampered me with mani/pedi. Alana is the BEST! I always get great service here! They do seem to have a quick turn over of staff, but many places do, I guess it is the nature of the job. But you cant go wrong with a pedicure or waxing at Salisbury salon & spa.

I went two weeks ago to get a pedicure and a eyebrow wax and had a great experience, went back again to get a manicure and first of all got something I did NOT ask for which just happened to be more significantly more expensive, second of all it was done so badly the first time I had to request for it to be redone and it STILL looks like someone did them with their eyes closed. Gel polish is caked on with about six layers, spots without polish were everywhere and my tips (that I didn’t even want) are extremely uneven. I’m currently getting them fixed at another salon. Don’t waste your money.

Very professional staff, very competitive with their prices on all services. They always welcome you with a smile and go beyond, what other salons offer. You will be well taken care of and this will be the salon you call home. And all of the staff is very well trained and strive for perfection with every customer. Its the only salon I will have full faith in and would recommend to friends and family. This place rocks!!!

Alana Hughes has been giving me top notch pedicures ever since I started coming to this spa. She is friendly, professional, and does phenomenal work every time. I highly recommend her and this spa. My feet are awful and she makes them significantly better each time. She provides a great experience and a wonderful service. I highly recommend her and this establishment.

I have been going to Salisbury Salon & Spa since I discovered it over a year ago. I am so happy with the services they provide! Also, everyone there (from the owners to the nail technicians) is very friendly and accommodating. My hair has never looked better and I know that I will receive the same excellent service and treatment each time I visit. They listen and they make sure you are happy before you leave. I highly recommend Salisbury Salon & Spa!!

When you walk in the main doors, you see a long hallway filled with rooms on either side. Do not let this weird you out. You are greeted by a very kind host or hostess who will accommodate you in your appointment if you are running late like I was. I booked my treatments back to back which you can do online through their website or NY calling. I found it easier that way. They have wonderful staff whose expertise shows through in all they do. It is a wonderful day spa when you need to pamper yourself after a long week.

The stylist listened to what I wanted done to my hair & did a GREAT job. I love it. I will return. Very neat set-up of 2-3 chairs per room. Several rooms throughout the salon offering a variety of services - hair, nails, massage, pedicures. I only had my hair done today but I will explore other services on my next visit. Very clean environment.

I frequent this salon often, as it is the best around in Rowan County. You can pretty much have everything done that you need - including permanent eyeliner and eyebrows! A one stop shop, and owners are very accommodating to your every need. They even serve wine if you want a truly relaxing experience :) My only complaint is that I cant hang out at SSS all day, every day!

My first visit there, the entire staff made me, AND my bossy preteen, AND my spirited toddler, all feel RIGHT AT HOME. Even when my girls FLAT OUT EMBARRASSED me, the staff, and I mean EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE IN THERE, came to my rescue by either playing with my screaming baby, helping me chase them BOTH down, or just by GENUINELY listening to the dramatic tellings of a 10 year old girl.... SALISBURY SALON & SPA GOES THE EXTRA MILE, and has THE BEST, most honest and HUMBLE staff Ive ever met!

This salon is junk. The owner is known to treat her employees horribly. Her way or the Highway. Half these good reviews are FAKE! Do not trust these people to ruin your hair.

Adriana Reyes really went above and beyond my expectations. After a bad experience with another stylist & business I was looking for a stylist I could trust. I made the appointment wanting to go from brunette to blonde in the most careful way possible. She and I discussed my options according to my hair and what I was hoping to achieve as a final result. She was very confident and explained just what would need to be done and what I could expect. She was very detail oriented and thorough, but not slow ... very proficient. The results after were perfect, down to the best haircut I have received in years. Exactly what I wanted. I will definitely continue to trust my hair care needs with Adriana!

Got my eyebrows done extremely quick but they were pricey compared to what Im used to. $14 for a shape up. Besides the price... very nice. Ill be back for other sources.

Had a recent appt. The original stylist I was scheduled with ran a bit over so the owner, Leslie, stepped in and did my color and highlights. She did a fantastic job! I will definitely be back and schedule with her again. Great experience.

I got a French tip manicure from Alana and she was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and kept a conversation going! I was very pleased with my service from beginning to end and will definitely be going back!

The nicest people and talent beyond belief! My husband and myself have been many, many times and always were very pleased with all the services they perform. It is an outstanding place with great people. I highly recommend them to everybody!

If there was a zero on the list I would have marker 0. The owners are greedy. Im writing this review because my wife was did not want to hurt their feelings. Im not about hurting feelings Im about doing what is right. As the shop owner if any of my ins Associates fail to do something properly I insured that I would make it up to the customer no matter what. My wife had a scheduled appointment the owner who normally does her hair was on vacation so her husband set my wife up with an appointment which one of the girls that were there and Im not going to mention any names. She went in for a highlight and cut. After driving to her shop and spending two-and-a-half to three hours in the shop after my wifes hair was done minus the haircut she would not allow her to do there my wifes hair was orange. We later contacted the owner after they got back from their vacation and schedule an appointment to have her hair fixed. During that process my wife told the owner that she wouldnt allow the girl to cut her hair because she didnt trust her even though her husband said that she was the greatest thing since Swiss cheese I guess thats the wrong answer mr. After the hair was fixed by the owner and the owner cut an inch or two off her hair when my wife went to check out they charged my wife $40 for the haircut. This alone doesnt care one way or another where they screw up or dont screw up theyre not out to make it up for the customer we had to drive all the way back from where we live to get the hair redone that was an inconvenience all that greedy bastard behind the counter wanted was to have his money shame on you. You may read this and say well they did make up for it no they didnt the owners husband lied about this hairdresser she sucked secondly we had to drive all the way back inconvenience during our weekend to get the hair fixed the least they could have done was cut the ends of hair off of my wifes head at no cost to the customer for the inconvenience that they created thats what I would do for my customers in my shop. Stay away from these greedy bastards

If you want to feel special, this is the salon to come to! I have been coming here since I moved to Salisbury over a year ago. Sometimes I come on my regular appointment and am enjoying myself so much that i decide to have a facial or massage. The owners, Craig and Leslie, are very accommodating. Their employees are devine!

I have always had difficult hair to style; curly in back and straight in front. After years of lousy haircuts, Leslie was finally able to cut my hair exactly the way I want it. For the first time since I can remember, I left a styling salon with a smile. Great service!

If y’all can can y’all change the website the prices are wrong on there. I went to get my nails and lashes done and I had only enough plus a tip, the website said 15$ for strip lashes but it was actually 20$ so I would just ask if you could update your website. I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem, it wasn’t a big deal it just kind of had me a little disappointed that’s all, but it’s still a good place to go and I will be back soon

I really like the ambiance at Salisbury Salon & Spa, they use quality hair products and the entire staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional.The first thing walking into Salisbury Salon & Spa is meeting Craig the receptionist. He was very honest and friendly providing information about the price for an mens haircut. He recommended me to Leslie for the haircut and so I did. Simply I have to say, Leslie can really cut hair. I got the short faux haircut and all of my work colleagues really agree with my new haircut. Ive been to all different types of hair salons and spa, but this place is the one to go. In addition, Leslie recommended I should try a massage service with one of her employees. I opted for a 15 minute chair massage and it was a good decision.Elizabeth was my massage therapist. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and confident that my knots in my back will be fixed. Elizabeth was able to work out the knots and she was happy to deal with me asking questions about what she was doing and all of the muscles that were causing the pain in the first place.Overall, I really recommend Leslie and Elizabeth for their quality service to customers!Helpful Tip: Choose a day that youd like and book your appointments in advance.... thank me later!

Valerie was great. I had let her do what she wanted with my hair. The only problem I have is that for a cut, color and highlight it cost $175.00 with tip. Unfortunately I will go back to my regular stylist in Kanapoli.

Absolutely love Salisbury Salon and Spa! Its the only place I go to get pedicures! Their staff is super friendly and they do such an amazing job, plus its a quiet, relaxing environment! Same price as the bigger shops but much better quality and service!I also loved my airbrushed makeup that I had done the day of my wedding! Had looked into ulta but their make artist made me look like a clown. Leslie gave me a natural look with a little touch of glamour for my big day. I had it done at 9 am in the morning and I had to take it off at 1 am the next morning. It stayed in place perfectly all that time. Amazing! I highly recommend you give them a try...you wont regret it...I promise you!

I love this place! I have been to other nail salons and they always have a chemical smell that gives me a headache, this place NEVER has a bad oder. My whole family comes here to get massages, pedicures and manicures. No matter who helps us or what they have done they always do a terrific job! I would recommend them for any salon service you need done.

The owners lie to theyre customers about stylish who you have fired! By telling them that they have the day off instead of the truth. So the owners dont look bad. Which is horrible business. And now im getting threats that they want to delete this post because it is making them look bad even though theyre still doing it and lied to people that work at the VA and the school system for Rowan County.

I started going back in March and I’ve been going ever since. The staff there is very friendly and professional. The only thing I would recommend is calling about prices because the website prices are not right at all.

I worked my first job here as the receptionist over the summer and into winter and absolutly loved it! Got to build relationships with the wonderful staff and watched how they all worked as professionals while haveing fun and making sure their clients enjoyed their visits to the fullest! My favorite part of my job was seeing all the beautiful work the staff completed and the clients at the end of their visit so happy with their experience and excited to come back! Thank you Craig, Leslie, and all the staff who have taught me so much for making this the best first job ever!

Took my 9 year daughter to get pedicures and manicures before our beach trip. Alana took care of me and Nally took care of my daughter. We had such a great time chatting with the girls and they were super patient while my daughter changed her mind over and over about her nail color! The experience I had at this spa was one I never want to have again. The staff and management were completely unwelcoming and very rude. They seemed to have little respect for there customers. I would recommend going to any other spa anywhere other than here. -0 rating overall. Very disappointed.

They fried my hair off from the root of my hair to the end! I have been getting my hair done all over from Florida to Maryland and have NEVER encountered an experience like this. It will take years to get my hair back the way it was. They over processed my hair and put an oil in there mix when turning it blonde so it wouldn’t burn your scalp. I was sent to the hospital over allergic reaction the 1st time in an ambulance. Which I’m not allergic to anything.. Came back because my hair was orange from not being able to process it completely and the 2nd time they literally fried it off!!! A girl named Rebecca.. when emailing them pictures of my hair coming out of my head in chunks.. they wouldn’t communicate in email but only over the phone. Their lucky I have no time to sue them for what they did to me... I do not recommend this salon to anyone! You’ll have better luck at a smartsytle in Walmart over this place.. 2 bad experiences dunno what in my right mind would I come back.. smh it’s been 5 months later and I look like a hot mess still! My hairstylist in Miami Beach cannot believe what they did to my hair! Literally unbelievable! They had the nerve to say I had a allergic reaction the 1st time because I was taking something? Then when they fried my hair they said I must had a vitamin efficienty... CRAZY! My doctor in Salisbury Allergy Partners was furious to hear what they were saying.. I have been getting my hair done blonde for 15 years and never have been told something so crazy like that before.. I’m literally stoked they have a 4.9 on google... must be fake accounts making reviews.. DO NOT GO HERE!

I really hate to leave a bad review but I was not impressed. I went in for a color, cut and style. The cut was decent but thats about it. There was spots missed in my hair from color and after paying $150 they sent me home to remove foil from highlights myself because they were closing and ran out of time. I feel like I was way overcharged especially since I never got the styling and I had to wash out the color out myself. I will not be going back. I couldve achieved the same look with a box of hair dye from Walmart and it wouldve been a lot cheaper.

Everyone associated with Salisbury salon and spa are amazing! I took my sister in... Shes a cancer survivor and the chemo and radiation treatments havent been kind to her... she received a pedi and haircut(they did a great job with what they had to work with) and Craig wasnt going to let me pay for her services. I insisted... Such caring and giving people. Id highly recommend these people... Ive had pedis, medis, massages and reflexology... And Leslies the only one to cut my hair!!! You feel great after leaving here!!🙌

This place is simply AMAZING. The staff here is incredible. I took my mom here to get ready for her 25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration after she went to Ulta and came out crying because the staff doing her make up was very rude and she hated how the make up came out. Leslie, the master stylist at Salisbury Salon & Spa, took her in and spoiled her getting her ready from head to toe, taking the time to make my mom laugh and feel better. The finished product was a GORGEOUS and very happy mom! My friend and I also got our make up and nails done there and they were so incredibly sweet and helpful. I have never had such a great experience at a salon. Since, Ive been back numerous time and have always been treated with the same amazing experience by every staff member Ive dealt with. Thank you guys so much for having made my moms special night so memorable!
