It doesnt matter if you set a appointment up they take costumers as they come in. So you could have a appointment at 5 and wait for 45 mins until the first person done. Also I asked for just white acrylic nails and she completely rushed when painting them. Had nail polish on my fingers, polish looks bumpy, and just completely cheap. They dont care if they look bad, they know what they doing and just dont care. Do not recommend

Very satisfied. I just had my gel mani and gel pedi done. $65. I think it’s reasonable price for the service I had. The girl who did my nails was so nice and paid attention to every detail. Will come back for sure.

Great manicure--their chairs have an awesome calf massage attachment that was an added bonus. Its clean and they are very friendly. I really like this place. They do a great job and the girls I have been to are so nice. Their prices are great!!

I just had nails (dip) soaked off and this is how the nail tech left my hands. He didn’t was his hands in between customers. Never will they ear my business again.

Ive only been here twice. The first time was great and fast. The second time I go for a fill in. My nails are fine they just grew out. The guy starts trying to show me my nails are loose (because some of my real nails werent connected to the fake nail underneath) I told him that I saw what he saying, but my nails werent loose so they didnt need to be popped off. He then starts popping off my nails. I asked him why he said they had fungus, I told him that my nails didnt have fungus they were that color because I just died my hair black. He continues to pop off my nails but hes STRUGGLING to get my nails off because they were NOT loose. (Imagine you getting g a full set and then someone trying to pop them off right after.) I asked him how much it would be and he said he would charge me for a full set while continuing to pop off my nails. One was particularly hard to come off and get kept jamming a fake nail between my nail and the gel that wasnt loose and I fi ally told him to stop because I told him it hurt and he kept trying to force it off. I told him I would just pay him for taking my nails off and got up and walked to the register. Everyone else was watching all of this and no one, including the owner or manager, even asked what was going on. This was the most ridiculous experience. They obviously did not care what my issues were and went on with business as usual. Now I have ugly sore nails.

Do not go here.... I could see the yellow polish that I had prior to the fill in. The gel polish was not dont properly made my nails hurt. They were very rude about my concerns that I was addressing. I will not ever go here again.

Everytime I move I dread the process of having to find a new nail and eyebrow person. I came here and was pleased my very first time. If youre a germ-a-phobe youll appreciate this place. Im only giving 4 stars because if you come at the wrong time you will be waiting FOREVER, but thats just a testament to how much business they have and how many loyal customers are willing to wait for their service. I highly recommend!

Worse service ever ! Trash job! Tried to charge me $28 for coffin nails because i wanted them long. But coffin nails are long anyway! Why isnt there a standard price for coffin nails. The price wasnt the problem. The problem came when i told him instead of the $28 dollars how does the $23 length look ( he said that $23 was the standard for coffin nails but if i wanted them longer then it would be $28) he cut my nails to the $23 length and they looked like french tip nails!!!!! I was pissed. Then he notices they were too short but started arguing with me about it and ask they lady next to us were my nails too short for coffin nails? And the lady said YES! Even his own customer said so. And he tried to kick me out with half done nails. Never again will i come here. This is my third time at this shop and i come from LA for Business and spend well and tip well here. Smh his service was disgusting and disrespectful. Do not go here
