This business is in the business of making money....and they will get it any way they can, period. Very unfortunate

I highly recommend Disney Properties if you are looking for a quality rental, and a maintenance crew thats always there if something were to go wrong with the plumbing, appliances, HVAC, etc. Disney Properties has a good selection of rental properties across various parts of town. They maintain everything very well, and they are always there for their tenants. I always have to chuckle when I read some of the reviews for a housing rental office. I can easily weed out the illegitimate reviews/complains, which are usually the people that either breached the rental agreement that they themselves agreed to, damaged the property, or had to be evicted for lack of payment. These tenants also have no regard or respect for the law or the processes necessary to receive their security deposit back. Its simple no matter who you rent from; You must demonstrate that you left the the property in the same condition as when you first rented it. Then you get your security deposit back!

I would give Disney Properties 0 stars if possible. My husband and I rented from Disney for two years. We always paid our rent on time and took very good care of the house we rented. We mulched our own property, cleaned the gutters, took care of the filters, and made sure to keep the home clean. We paid Disney $3300 at move-in. At move-out, we scheduled a meeting with TJ to conduct a walk-through of the property. TJ informed us that we would only need touch-up painting. We were very surprised when we only received $1600 back from our initial deposit. Disney charged us $1400 for painting and claimed they had to make dry wall repairs even though there were no holes in the wall from any hanging items and TJ did not mention these repairs during the walk through. It is clear that Disney aims to make money from tenants security deposits. We are both professional individuals who took good care of our rental property only to be taken advantage of by Disney. This company is not well run and is very sneaky. I would caution individuals against renting from Disney unless they are comfortable forfeiting their security deposit.

Professionalism is everything, you wont find that here to say the least.

Ha this rental agency is a joke when it comes to updates and maintaince on some of the properties. Not worth two deposits at all. Two thumbs down 👎👎

Place is a joke very unprofessional lady refused to give me a copy of our move out report to prove only thing needed was paint stated it was against company policy to avoid the headache rent from someone else they take the max 45 days to refund security deposit
