Anna has helped me from 2015-2020 absolutely amazing customer service & family friendly (my daughter loves her!). Mrs. Anna assisted me with showing me the house in the beginning 2 months ago up until this last Friday with updates weekly. The service was great and the team did an awesome job from then and now, even with making sure we were fine moving in and even 48 hours after.

I have been renting from milford w.twilley rental for 4years.I ve had no issue with them.

I first moved in around 2 years ago and the house came with roaches, cat feces, and other bugs. It was disgusting and they are very unprofessional.

I rented here from 2012 -2015. I never had a single problem with Milford Twilley. When I first moved in my furnace in the attic wasn’t lit. They sent somebody out within two hours and had my problem fixed. Yes you have to supply your own stove and your own refrigerator which I don’t have a problem with because at least I know that that is mine and if it breaks it’s my fault and I don’t have to bother anybody about it. My neighbors were extremely nice. As I see it if you always pay your rent on time or early then they have nothing to charge you for. I never got no hidden fees or no hidden random charges. And when I moved out they did the walk-through and within two weeks I got my security deposit back with interest.

Cheap houses....Good customer service...Thwy tey to fix any problem in the house as soon as possible...If youre trying to save money and not trying to leave in a fancy place...This is where you can get a cheap house...I took 6 people to that office in the past 2 years and they still live in their houses...I went there last week 04/02 they had no house available only apartment...

It used to be worse but there is one lady in the office. nasty woman. you call on the phone she got an attitude like you are bothering her with your question. i think her name nina or something. white skinny old lady. rude and hang up on me twice on 2 occasions.I am sorry to say that but if the owner dont get rid of these kind of people. they will eventually ran out of business . people houses take longer to rent because of the atmosphere in the office. always moody the moment you walk into that door

Money hungry, will cheat you and over charge you. Worst ever to rent from.

They dont seem to care about people. They have sketchy bills they give to their tenants.

Worst service ever they are get over his money hungry would charge you for any and everything that they can horrible place slumlords never again will I or anybody I know rent from them
