Very friendly and helpful staff. Cute and modern apartments. Not the most space, but more than enough in an apartment. About average size when looking at similar apartments. There is a lot of closet space, so great for storage. Nice walk in closet and a fantastic area! Love, Love, Love the area!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have notified me for apartment availabilities after my scheduled visit around the complex. When I applied for a lease, they guided me throughout my potential lease without any stress and have answered all my underlying questions. Although my lease did not come to fruition, due to new job circumstances in another area, they have been so helpful with notifying me when my apartment was leased to someone else. If you want experienced staff to guide you through your lease, do not hesitate to look into this apartment complex!

Pool is amazing life guard is great and friendly

Nice place to live. The fireplace and pool are great amenities. The pool is almost never crowded. The people who work in the office are nice and very responsive.

I really like Tidemill. I think they keep the apartments in decent condition, the location is nice, they offer one bedroom apts, the rent is reasonable, they allow pets, and the office staff has always been friendly and polite. Also, its an older complex. Built in the late 80s early 90s would be my guess. Although that might deter some, it adds to the charm in my book. It sits back from main roads, and it sits among older growth trees. It has a warm feel, and isnt cold or institutional. I left off one star just because there are some glitches. The dumpster sights are gross and there are never enough recycling bins. They really should have permanent recycling trashcans somewhere. And the pool and gym are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. If those arent deal breakers for you, then you should check them out. Ive been very satisfied.

The management doesnt care about your well being.I have never experienced such strict and rude management.The upkeep of the building is terrible and there are spiders and webs everywhere in the community.The parking lots are in terrible condition.The pool and gym are rundown and old.The landscape is unkept.Business center is never working. No ink etc...Office Management is rudeFor what you pay here you can live somewhere more up to date.Tide Mill is terrible. I would never recommend them.

Moved here for a job relocation. Pics are deceiving and wished I wouldve waited. Apartments are outdated and poorly managed. Outside looks like zhit. Inside smells moldy and the management not very understanding or helpful. Do not rent here.
