I went to get a manicure and ended up with leaving half way done. The guy who did my nails gave me attitude when I asked him to adjust my nail shape, after he sanded the edges unevenly. And he mumbled in another language. His last customer was not easy but he didnt dare to show any attitude. When it came to my simple request, he threw stuff on the table. Because of what? The last customer is a black lady and I am young Asian who will stand terrible service? No way.

My daughter drug me in to the spa, kicking and screaming. Im not one to go into these kind of places. However, I did sign up to get my nails done. She would go to get her feet pedicured, while I sat to get a gel manicure.1st, the test they put you through would make a sane woman go nuts. They sit you down and ask you to select a nail polish color from 2 different color wheels, while sticking one hand in a bowl of cold water and filing on the other. At the same time youre supposed to navigate this wheel with your chin and select colors while turning the pages. What kind of sane person can do these things with their chin? (Ha, ha.) Well, at least the people sitting in the front door in the waiting area had a good laugh.When the woman had finished my nails, they looked really nice. My short, ragged, ugly nails, actually looked pretty. Thank you to Amy, who did my nails, and my daughter, who made me go get them done.

Tim and Tracy are the best. Ive known them both from their times at LA Salon in 2003. They are very professional, courteous and good at what they do. Ive had the privilege of getting my haircut by Tim only all this time. Wife and daughter always look forward to having their time at the salon for Pedicure, Manicure and the works. I would definitely recommend Tim, Tracy and their entire crew. The best. 5/5.

Great for getting full set I got a full set took a good amount of time and I got the 3 weeks ago and they still are on and look great I use my hands a lot and they have not lifted and other places my nails would have cam off already love them

My wife got her nails and feet done and the lady tried giving her shoes out the trash!!!! My wife watched her dig in the trash and grab shoes from the bottom of the trash and try to put them on her feet!!! Make sure your watching where they get the stuff from they use on you

My manicurist is Kim... shes the best ever.... she takes time and no rush at all! She does follows what youd like her to do... Her work is perfectly clean and well done.She will makes you happy for her service to you and she will make you come back to see her again for the next time

I just called here to ask for a price on a womens trim and to make an appointment, if needed. I have never been here before and I have no idea how busy they might get on a given day. A guy answered the phone, I did not get his name. He said it was $20 for a trim. I said okay great does that also include a shampoo? He said no. So I asked, okay can you tell me how much a shampoo & trim would be all together? Apparently that was a horrible question to ask, because he got very snippy with me and said to just come over and could not give me a price. ? Lol. Just come over is not a reasonable answer when a potential customer is asking for the cost of one of your services.

BE SAFE!! I hrought my family here because they did everything my moms hair all 4 boys haircut my wife and daughters pedicure and manicure. Absolutely bad service. Prices change in their mood. My wife got the same exact thing as my daughter but they charged my wife 10 dollars and my daughter 45 for just cut and gel paint. After soaking and cleaning nails dipping over and over in bowl they pour the bowl of alcohol back in the bottle. I dont know whos nails were used before wifes and daughters now itll someone else using my wifes and daughters filed down nails. Was given attitude when they mentioned it hurts. My daughters fingers were bleeding and now swollen. I can go on and on but make sure everything is new. Check for your safety. My haircut was horrible. I asked for a line up and brought way back gave me a bad hairline

DONT EVEN GO!!!I WENT THERE TO HAVE MY HAIR COLORED. MY HAIR WAS BLACK, I ASKED THE GUY AND SHOWED A PHOTO IF THEY CAN COLOR MY HAIR LIKE ON THE PICTURE HE SAID YES. SO I WAITED FOR MY TURN. END UP NOT THE COLOR I WANT MY ROOTS ARE BLOND AND THE TOP ARE BLACK. IMAGINE THAT. THEN THE LADY TOLD ME I SHOULD NOT HAVE COLORED MY HAIR. AND I WAS LIKE REALLY? I ASKED BEFORE I DID THIS. ANYWAYS LONG STORY SHORT, THEY FIXED IT BUT I PAYED MORE. THEY CHARGE ME $95 + 30. $30 FOR THERE MISTAKE. NOT GOING AGAIN THE LADY TOLD ME TO COME BACK FOR ROOT TOUCH UP. BUT WONT GO THERE NO MORE.

I do my nails here quite often. They are fast but sometimes they rush too much and dont do my nails as well. The pricing is very similar to other places. Nothing too special but they do take walk-ins which can be convenient, specially if you need to get your nails done last minute.I went by today to get my nails done. A lady named Kim did them for me this time. They came out sooooo nice! She must be new but her work is honestly amazing. She did not rush the process and was extremely meticulous about her work 5 stars to Kim!

I had never been to this place and popped in just to get my gel nail polish off. Its kinda dark inside. It took over an hour to get just the Gel Polish off. At one point the lady that was working on me, got up and went to do a pedicure. She didnt even say anything to me. About 5 mins later a lady who was cleaning her station came over to finish. Communication is KEY. I wouldt go back there.

Had a gel manicure done, which came out nice; im happy with it. I also had a pedicure done in the same color. Pedicure is jacked! I went in a while later to have it fixed, and they just added more polish on top of the mess. When i pointed it out it made me feel like it was me just making a big deal as if they did not see what the problem was!? Three hours later the polish was still wet from all the gloopy polish.

Ive been getting my haircut from Tim for over 10 years now. Great barber. Highly recommended for a haircut. Ask for Tim.

For the most part, their nail techs are good. One or two are not so good.

Rushed through a manicure probably because I didnt want gel polish. Dirty implements, no base coat and polish over lotion... They were busy at the time which I get but dont tell me 10 min wait when I sat there for over 20 minutes all for a bs mani.

Seriously the worst pedicure and gel manicure I have ever purchased. The woman that did my nails made me bleed on both my feet and hands and didnt say anything about it. I received my spa treatments 5 days ago and my gel manicure is already ruined. Chiped on day two and started to peel off my nails yesterday. I usually go for the foot massage alone but instead received an excruciating shin bone massage for 5 seconds each leg and she moved on. Its pretty gross in there too. Not clean at all. Be aware.

Tim is always friendly, quick, and on point with the clippers. Worth the wait, but the wait is over before you know it.

Used to go a lot when kevin was my nail guy. I recently went again for my wedding nails and now wont ever go bad. They really screwed up big time

They cut my hair good but sometimes when I ask for no trim on top they cut my hair a lot on the top but besides that great service and nice people!

Right as I walked in they got started on my nails.(even though they were busy.) My nails came out how I wanted them too! Price was $40 ($35 for no designs) overall definitely going again! 10/10!!! Everyone in the salon were also very friendly:)

If it was possible to give no stars I would. Got a horrible haircut that took 5 mins and cost me 13$. I asked for a simple haircut and got an uneven cut. Lost a customer

Never had prolbem get in or out when im a walk in. And ive never got in a bad hair cut. They have fix my hair when i want something a little shorter or what not with out any problems. I gotten great service there with no problems.

Went to do my nails(full set gel) and the guy doing them did an awful job, thick, crooked, uneven that same afternoon they started peeling. Went back to have them fix them with a different person and they acted as if i did something wrong. So frustrating didnt even apologize just had a bad attitude with everything. Over all bad experience. Second time doing my nails here an the last, lots a customer for sure .

Worse experience ever they cut me when i git acylics and they looked like they needed a fill the next day and they were smudged i got matte and it didnt even look matte it had stroke marks on it and they were horrible place ever
