My friend and I went in to get our nails done. Made the appointment for a full set, a fill, and a little girl polish.. they didnt schedule the polish. Friend got the guy Juan I think his name is, and I got a gal, whose name I did not catch, however she had a bad attitude to start which should have been a warning. She was rude about the lifting of my nails and was super rough taking them off. Then the new nails.. she couldnt do the design I wanted said okay moved on. Fast forward to the end of the service I pay $70 for uneven nails, that are bumpy, painted poorly, and a cut under my nail. If you choose to go here definitely ask for the guy because at this point i think hes the only reason they are open.

It was fantastic! My husband and I got side by side pedicures as a special treat for our anniversary! He knew I wanted one and hed never had one. So we both went and he fell in love with the chair :-) hes ready to put one in the living room! The owner is actually the one that did his pedicure and she was awesome! I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back.

Han and his wife Trina are absolutely amazing theyre hilarious theyre friendly they got a sense of humor they dont make you feel left out. if I could I would recommend this place to absolutely anybody who gets their nails done. Ive been going to them every month since I was young Ive tried a few other places and every time Im disappointed. Hands down best spot in the Salem Keizer area.

Quinn did great on my nails. She got it done right and did a quick job of it. I was out in 1 hr. The fill is 25$, coffin shape +5$, gel +15$. I didnt ask for gel but maybe thats all they have?(i didnt check) but I like gel so there it is.

This place was great! I got a Mani/Pedi. My pedicure has lasted about a week so far. This was my first time going and they managed to fit me and my sister in. We were walk-ins but I strongly recommend you call ahead and get an appointment. They are in a great location and get lots of traffic. So make sure you call. The woman who did the flowers on my toes did an amazing job. Her son is the one who actually did my pedicure and he was okay. Over all, a great experience! I will definitely be going back

Maybe if you are a regular they actually take their time, but my appointment was super rushed. This was my first time going here. They open ealier than other salons so I thought I would give them a try. I called to make an appointment for a Saturday morning. They said if I came early they could fit me in. The whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. I got there 15 minutes early as requested (they didnt show up until 855) sat down and then the mad dash began. Apparently I didnt tell them the right manicure because I didnt get a nail soak or my cuticles pushed back. He frantically sanded off my old gel and then frantically painted my new gel color on. The color doesnt go all they way to the bed or sides and the layering is thin in some point I can see almost see through it. The edge of ky nails are super rough, so I will have to file those when I get home and there is paint on my actual skin. I have never left a nail salon before where that has happened. Changing my gel color was 32 dollars. Thats what I normally spend for a full manicure. Honestly if you are in a rush and want ok work then go here, or maybe try to get an appointment for a day when they are super slow so that they actually care about what they are doing. Other than that I would not recommend coming here.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!They rush you in and out! Like cattle!Last time I went there they made me scrape off my color and file my own nails! They then just put the color on... in a very poor way. Said, 20 dollars please. As if they did any work! Had the audacity to ask for a tip!My color chipped off the next day!This is not the first time I have had horrible nail experiences with them. I thought the time before was a fluke so I went back,m. Boy, was I mistaken! AVOID!

They took on my nails at a last minute notice and let me tell you, I live on the coast and would make the 2.5 hour drive just to go to this nail salon. They were so nice, did an amazing job, and really took care of my nails! They took their time and I am so excited about how wonderful of a job they did.

Its a nice place to get a quick pedicure, but I didnt like how the techs make you walk on their dusty carpeted floor barefoot to the curing station as well as to pay with your card. Next time cash only for me to minimize walking as the floor was gross. Besides that, pedicure was great.

I went there not to long ago and when they started they did it too fast and rushed, and didnt even clip my nails or clean around it, and didnt clean off the nail polish from my skin when they were doing my design. You can see my nails, and the glue when they glued on the fake nails. I asked for a design and you can tell it was rushed because it’s smeared and not finished.

Got my nails done Saturday morning I was slightly disappointed due to the fact that they couldn’t do exactly what I was hoping. I had to choose my second option. The young lady messed up but Trina fixed it for me. I left there satisfied with my nails. I’m making a second appointment. I think they definitely deserve another chance.

Best place for a pedicure in the Willamette Valley bar none. Staff take their time, but pay attention to the small details. Price beats the pricier places in town, yet the pedicure is twice as nice. Mine last months (that is not a typo) with my nails growing out long before the polish chips or wears off. Owners Trina and Han treat all who cross the threshold like family. I’ve been going for a decade after trying many others in town. Highly recommend.

Best eyebrows ever! They squeezed me in (I had to wait longer but who cares, I called on a Saturday in the evening), she really took the time to shape them perfectly and I loved that she didnt rush even though she had other clients waiting.

Horrible. I went in and the main lady spent less than 30 minutes on my nails, she did everything way to fast probably spend less than 10 seconds on each nail to fit in one of her regulars after me. She kept pulling my hands and fingers because of how fast she was doing it she wouldn’t even tell me which hand or fingers she wanted. I asked for almond shaped nails and they all came out a different shape. I also asked for just the natural ombre acrylic nail and I got charged $54 just for that. I didn’t get my cuticles pushed back or my natural nails buffed at all. I had to go back a couple days later and ask for they to reshape my nails better since they seemed like they weren’t busy. It had only been like 4 days when I went back and the lady was already telling me I had to come back the following week for a fill. Sorry but not coming back. They were uneven and thick, some longer than others and the shape was not almond at all. Don’t waste your money like I did on this place unless your one of their regulars I guess.

I’ve had my nails from them for just over a week now and I have had four completely fall off. They didn’t go all the way to the cuticles so I needed a fill after about 3 days. Two of my nails are crooked and all of my nails feel bumpy and not smooth. Super disappointed and won’t come back again.

I’ve been going here for 8 years and have spent so much money when I should have gone somewhere else. They’re always rushing and Kathy does such a good job that I wanted to keep coming despite the horrible atmosphere that Trina and Han make for clients. They both argue with clients and with each other in front of everyone it just makes it uncomfortable and it’s bad business.... Trina makes them super sloppy too you can tell she hates her job. be more professional and you wouldn’t lose clients. So disappointing having to find a new place.

Went in for a gel manicure based on the high ratings. I’d never been here before, but have had many gel manicures. The nail stylist injured my cuticles 3 times! Twice with the file by filing too hard where the nail meets the skin, and once by almost cutting into my cuticle with the clippers. My finger is red, sore and swollen where she filed too hard. Seriously have never had this poor of a job, I feel like she was just rushing. Would never come back or recommend, there are too many places available with caring, thoughtful stylists. I know people make mistakes, but this was beyond once and she didn’t apologize. Strange and unprofessional.

Went in for a acrylic nails, glue sticking out on sides of nails and parts of sides not painted, cuticles werent pushed back at all so after it was finished it looked like I already needed a fill. Asked for a pedicure for me and my daughter and they charged me for a spa pedicure when I asked for a simple one. Charged my daughter for gel polish when I said just normal polish.

Very fast service with an appointment. I was able to get an acrylic and gel polish nail set in about half an hour. Very friendly staff as well, they made me feel welcome and engaged me in conversations. I absolutely will be a returning customer.

Ive been going to Topline Nails, and seeing Han and Trina for 13 years. Since I turned 17. My mom, sister, and grandma all go here too. My gram has been getting her nails done with Han for 20 years. When I moved to central Oregon I started going somewhere else and realized just how good I had it back in Salem. When I come back Han said I cheated on him and he would fix the other ladys mistake lolShellac only cost $15, a pedi is like $22, and acrylic is only like $30 or something. Most people get there nails re-done every 2 weeks, but they do such a good job, I only have to go in once a month. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
