This was my second time here. The first was for a full set of nails by Holly, the second was for a fill and pedicures for my mom and I. Both the ladies do absolutely exceptional work!! The pedicures were very relaxing and thorough, and my nails are as perfect as they were when Holly did them the first time. I highly recommend Gel Nails for ALL services they provide!!

Love love love my nails I had gone someplace else and gel nails had to fix them so happy I went here I also came another day to have a facial she did such a great job so relaxing I will definitely come here again

Bad costumer service. I went with my mom. We called ahead of time. They took me first then they took another walk in ahead of my mom because they said they couldnt do her nails after she waited for an hour and a half. They could only do flowers as designs and they were really bad. The gem on one of my flowers fell of only an hour after we left.

I definitely would not go there a second time, let me tell you why... they should work on their customer service, when i told them I wanted round nails they said, No, you dont want them round you should have them square. So then thats how they did my nails. Nobody was polite and seemed like they didnt want to do my nails. And when they were done, I sat my nails under the dryer for 45 minutes and they said, keep your nails under longer I do not recommend this place at all.

The ladies were so nice and polite. They took their time and my nails look great. Definitely a place I would go back to!

I am very pleased with the service I received. They were friendly, gentle and reasonably priced. I even received a mini hand massage after my fill to rub the lotion in.

Never... NEVER get your nails done here. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We went here because it was the only place nearby that wasn’t super busy and I regret it so much. The person who did my nails was so cruel and mean. He cut my finger really bad with the electric file while doing my acrylics. He proceeded to poor something in it that burned to make it stop profusely bleeding, then shook my arm vigorously telling me to “relax”. Meanwhile I’m terrified, bleeding, and nearly crying from the pain. The woman that did my sisters nails ripped her entire set off using her finger nails to pry them up and also shook her telling her to relax while causing her pain. I’ve never been so upset from a nail Salon experience. Nearly a week later and my finger still hurts and has a massive scab and some of my nails popped off! Can’t believe I had to pay money for that service.

My mother absolutely insists this is the best place to get her nails done. I really appreciate how happy coming here makes her. Thank you so much.

HORRIBLE customer service definitely not kid friendly AT ALL . My kids are very well behaved we asked to take my 2 year old to the restroom and she said NO to take him to arbys. She was giving me and my children dirty looks and seemed very upset they were there. Mind you they are very well behaved and werent doing anything wrong besides waiting patiently. This is not the first time weve had a bad experience there we will not be going there anymore. We only went because everywhere else was full and they had time but NEVER AGAIN. Ive never met a business owner that is this unprofessional/RUDE. If i could give a negative 10 stars i would.

Never will ever go their again. Charged me allot for 15m pedicure and post off couse I want it all my dead cuticles cut. He is mad and had an attitude, I was so nice and asked nicely please I want them cut. I had to grab myself and cut them and he had an Attitude. Never again .... so rude and not even a smile. Its like their pist off for working or something. So mean . Never ever again. Ever. Paid $40 for nothing really.

I called ahead on a Sunday knowing most Salons are closed and was pleased they were open and would take a larger part (4 total) for a mixture of pedicure and full sets needed. I was asked to come in 15 min and didnt have to wait to be seated although communication was difficult. I brought my 2 teenagers and sister in law. We asked for gel knowing its usually a few extra bucks, and was informed that it was $15 extra. Ok, I then asked for French tip on toenails and was told that was $10 extra. Then I was told I have to purchase my tools for my pedicure for $5. Turning a $22 pedicure into a $37 expense. I shockingly agreed anyway and got into a chair ready for me. The water was COLD. The man looked at me like I was crazy. My sister in law put her feet in, COLD. Wow, then during my pedicure it was explained to me several times how its normal to charge for the tools. Well, its not on any nail salon I have been to and Im 33. My child wanted a flower and they couldnt do it. Not a good experience, I honestly wish I had left. I am even now sitting with my feet in the cold water. Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

I can’t give a negative star review. My Aunt is getting Married in Saturday May 4. She went here and they MESSED UP her nails that I already did. Making them bumpy and rough. Made her pay $50 for removal and a new full set. When the nails that were in just needed filled. Go in two days later to see what could be done and was told I sand down for you and make better. No you give money back or get bad reviews and she didn’t want to give her her money back so here I am going to take off nails and fix them for a wedding so my Aunt feels like the queen she is.

Honestly this are the best acrylic nails that I have ever got. The Lady was very professional and she wasnt rushing. She is a true artist. I think she was the owner.

I tried giving them business on several different occasions. The lady seemed like she got mad because we used the restroom an my daughter washed her hands, she said we got water everywhere? What does that even mean. She went right after us an was cleaning it. Not like we had a party in there. After she took 5 minutes to do that while giving me dirty stares, she came to sit down an asked me if my daughter will be good an sit down the WHOLe time an not run around. Like really lady, you think Id bring her in if she wouldnt? I then noticed the place was dirty, she had me sit at a table that still had dust an stuff on it. An I asked her to clean it off an she acted like cleaning it was a big deal. Im starting to think she gets mad when she gotta clean. She asked me what kinda nails I wanted then stated she couldnt do stiletto . I left. Never will I go back.. if shes the owner idk how shes still open.

Terrible...acrylic chipped off, polish didn’t even last a Day. It peeled up and I could not get it off with extra strength nail polish remover. Really bad products and even worse customer service

It was okay but the way we walk in and she treated me sister it was bad costmer service and i dont recommend people going there unless there is a guy there bc they do nails better and there prices is okay but at the same time its not last time my sister went there it was 25 dollars now its 30 or more its oNot cool if u have a budget but she did ok job she did hurt me a little i think the rThing was to hot or something but yea i dont like the girls doing my nails i rather they guys do it

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE WORK.I pointed out mistakes and he was frustrated with me because I expected him to correct them. Took 2 1/2 hours for a fill because I had to wait 40 minutes (told 20 minute wait) then he stopped to work on someone else for 20 minutes. My nails are lumpy, uneven and you can see brush strokes. The color was wrong and he wouldnt take it off, he just applied the new color over it and it shows.

Come here every month. Its easy to get in, the owner is always so sweet, and I love there deluxe pedis!!

Never on time even when scheduled an appointment. For the price, the service isn’t worth going, ever again. Don’t recommend this place at all. People should go elsewhere.

They dont speak English, I couldnt communicate with the lady. I wanted gel nails, I got acrylic nails with a gel top coat, and was charged 47$. The acrylic say,$25 so Im not sure what was going on. She didnt understand when I asked, she said, it is gel. It was acrylic powder, and liquid applied to nail tip, then uv top coat. She clipped my nails off and pinched one of my fingers, and it bled. She filed my fingers several times 3 were bleeding. She used her nail to shove sides of nail over, pushing her nail into the area she already made raw filing. She was unable to shape them how I wanted, Im going elsewhere to get them fixed. Not pleasant.

The guy that did my nails made me bleed TWICE. He was filing my nails so hard and burning my skin and nails with his tools I said it hurt about 10 times to the point where I just had to yank my hands back. four of my nails are SOO damn crooked too!!!! DO NOT GO THERE.. worst experience of my life!

If I could rate a Zero I would. Such poor quality I spent 2 hours filing them myself. Lumpy and bulbous as well as just poorly applied. Very expensive for such terrible quality. I was flabbergasted.
