I am disappointed in my hair. I asked for a specific color to do a baylage, after having not dyed my hair in 2 years. I was really looking forward to getting this done for the holidays, and the girl said she could get my hair to that color when I showed her what I wanted. The girl was rushing the entire time, since I do have longer hair so she did not leave the foils on long enough, and now I have paid $175, to walk out with the same exact hair I did before. If she couldnt get me the blonde color I wanted, she shouldnt have told me she could. I asked the girl how to get a refund, but instead she tells me to go spend MORE money after paying almost $200 already, and buy their purple shampoo to help the blonde color. I would not be as upset, if this was even close to what I wanted, or and not so expensive. I now have damaged hair, that I dont have the funds to get fixed anywhere else. Unbelievable.
