Monica is fantastic! She did my sugaring, honestly I am very satisfied, it was fast and painless. Only 20 minutes for the Brazilian and very painless, this is the first time sugaring does not hurt. I PREPAID for a 6 Month membership. When I called to schedule an appointment they were trying to have me pay again to book the appointment - um... Thats the whole purpose of the prepaid membership, so as to not pay. It was clear the front desk rep was new and/or untrained. She was rude and unprofessional. I asked to have the manager call me back which she hasnt. Most of the estheticians are good except one (the one bad one was awful!!!) and the place is clean. So they get 2 stars for that. My 6 month pre-paid isnt even over. But I dont plan to go back.

Love this place! Been going here since they opened and used to go to the location in Chicago when I lived there. The ladies are always so nice and professional! Very clean and they do a great job every time. Sugaring is much better for you too!

Life-changing!! I love this place. The staff made me feel comfortable as this was my first time doing a Brazilian Wax. It was such a delight to have Ava. She was so patient and knowledgeable about what I was going to experience, which made me very relaxed. If you are considering waxing, I recommend coming to this place!

I absolutely loved my experience. I’ve been waxing at European Wax but have since had a terrible experience dealing with ingrown hairs, so I tried Sugaring NYC. The process wasn’t painful at all-- much less than waxing. Everyone was super nice and the facility was so cute and clean. I booked online with Brittney T and she was amazing. The best waxing place to ever exist. I honestly don’t think I’d be waxing if I didn’t come across Sugaring NYC Miami. I have extremely sensitive skin and had very terrible experiences before with hot waxing. But sugaring is 100% organic(made of sugar, lemon and water), the paste is room temperature and it isn’t nearly as painful as a hot wax. I love walking into the place, whether it’s for my appointment or I’m just picking up some products. From the aesthetic, presentation, waiting area and the calming pink walls, I feel so at home. The entire staff is respectful, helpful and always enthusiastic. The manager has an amazing personality and will give you the warmest welcome every time. Your nerves will definitely calm down by the time you enter the room to start your services. Britteny, thank you so much for being the best sugarista ever and offering the most amazing advice! Your customer service is always top tier and there’s never a dull moment! I’ve literally referred all of my friends to Sugaring and 5 of them have gone so far and loved their experience. Britney is THE BEST! I used to go to European wax but decided to try sugaring. I will from now on always do sugaring. It is less painful and lasts longer (at least for me). BUT it is more enjoyable when you have a true professional like Britney. She coaches and encourages you along the way and takes your mind off of the painful part.

The space was very clean and abiding by covid regulations. Tasha was incredible! She was gentle and quick, very pleasant experience! I highly recommend waxing with her.

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and as nervous as I was, Ashley made it so comfortable for me! We was talking the whole time which made me forget that I was getting a wax in the first place lol. This was my first time at Sugaring NYC-north miami, and I loved it!!!!!! Customer service was incredible! Brittany T. was Amazing, she was very knowledgeable, kind and comforting. Not to lie....some spots hurt more than others, but she made sure she warned me. But I would say the whole experience went very very well. And one thing I loved the most was that I was not treated some type of way, I never felt uncomfortable. I am definitely going again. 😊👌🤗

This was my first time sugaring and I couldnt of asked for a better experience. The estheticians were very knowledgeable and checked in every couple of minutes to make sure I was comfortable. Its not a painless process but the pain is definitely bearable and worth it in the end. My skin is super soft, and not irritated at all. I recommended it to all of my friends.

First time getting wax ever! I was scared but the lady whom was servicing me talked to me which made me calm. But I love the service as well as the customer service their knowledge of their product which are organic and I prefer them then anyone I could’ve chose anyone but my instinct lead me to go with them and I’m glad I chose them I wouldn’t let any other wax company touch me it has to be them hands down.

WOW! I have troubles with neck, chin and sideburn hair due to high testosterone levels from polycystic Ovarian Syndrome that leaves me feeling so self conscious. I have tried hair facial removal creams, tweezing, waxing and those face shavers that all the beauty bloggers RAVE about. Unfortunately, they have either left me worst off or have caused terrible ingrown hairs resulting in acne. I thought I’d give this place a chance. First off, it’s incredibly chic and clean and the ladies are very friendly. Second off, omg my face is as soft as a baby’s butt! I got the full facial hair removal for $35. So far so good. It’s been a few days as I wanted to wait to see the results. Not nearly as painful as waxing. I will be back!

This place is just so cute and the staff is extremely attentive and sexy. If you want the smoothest possible legs and for your man to say “ wow honey nobody was this smooth before you” go there!

I had a huge ingrown hair issue after waxing for many years and was unable to have a laser hair removal due to my type of hair and had big concerns about any other methods out there, but sugaring and Brittanys expertise (thats crucial!) really worked on me! In just three attempts I have much thinner hair and way less ingrowns. I cant believe the results and would definitely recommend to give it a try and see for yourself the amazing effect! On the other hand Im a very picky and demanding customer and the level of service here is above excellent, super caring team and friendly invironment. I keep going to the studio all the way from Brickell, what can be a better justification!
