Seriously one of the best landlord I’ve ever had the opportunity to rent thru. He’s caring, easy to get ahold of. He is instant to get back to us when we have a question or concern. He cares about how we’re doing and how things are going around the apartments that he owns. We were scared he was gonna raise the rent when he bought our complex this last summer but he has kept our rent the same and hasn’t changed anything which is great for a family of 4 with only 1 income for the time being. I would recommend Cody anytime anyone asks for a place! It’ll be Ivalor Property Management.

I have never despised an agency as much. Ivalor is run by the Russian mafia.Ivalor actually tried to sue me and lost because they have bedbugs in their apartment complex and they won’t admit it.After the judgment was finalized they still tried to come after me for all these charges after I left the apartment complex because of all of the harassment I was receiving from them and from people that I didn’t know probably related to them.Crooks

After one month terminates lease illegally. They lie and rented a terrible rodent infested electrical nightmare. Thermostat was broken and would turn to 60 degree at 2am go up to 80 during the day. 600 dollar electrical bill after complaining they terminate lease. If you want to loose your hard earned money and get thrown out of your home go thru this company. SLUMLORDS to the fullest. Be careful. No to IVALOR.
