They were so easy to work with and had excellent communication. They answered all my questions immediately and clearly. Im excited to live here and I feel like the management really cares about its tenants and is not just out for your money. Overall excellent experience. I wish more people were like them.

Building numbers are so difficult to find for delivery people. Make them easier to read! Parking on both sides of street at bottom of hill shouldn’t be allowed. Not enough room for cars to go thru! Stupid management for allowing this

My 3 year experience at Willamette Park apartments has been amazing. The leasing staff, Jeff and Casey, are great! My sense is that they genuinely care about making this an enjoyable premier apartment complex. The maintenance crew, Shauna and Mark, are also professional, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you, Willamette Park! R D Vasquez

After 5 months of living here, I just submitted my first 2 repair requests and within 12 hours they got back to me to schedule repairs. One was a dead stove element, and they ordered me a whole new stove, which arrived in 2 days. Within 3 days all repairs have been done, and Im blown away. Its worth adding they keep the grounds up well, the apartments are newer, they have nice woods all around, and they allow dogs of all sizes. This was the only nice apartment I found in Salem that did allow big dogs. Really efficient too - my heat and electric combined is less than $50 a month. My only complaint is I wish there was more parking, but I discovered neighboring apartment blocks that literally have not one Visitor spot and only one spot per apartment, so in this one does pretty good in comparison.NEW POST 8-21-20 - my fridge died and the maintenance man wheeled a new one in in 90 minutes. The property manager also gave me a credit for lost food. Im still blown away.

It has absolutely been my favorite place to rent! The apartments interiors are very clean and well-maintained. No smoking is allowed indoors or on the premise. The friendly staff accept dogs of all kinds! The community is dog and child friendly, and tenants are respectful of others. They are extremely meticulous on the care of the lawn and landscaping, and it shows! Parking is ample and it is possible to find a open spot with little to no effort any time of the day or night.

These apartments are nice and the management is always happy to help and nothing but smiles! And the maintenance team are always on their A game and fast to respond. The Community around here has a lot of friendly people of all ages from old to young. people wave at each other in passing or say hello its a good place to be at! Also night time and most of day time is always quiet. Best part about this place is they accept all kinds of dogs big to small!

Unfortunately I didnt have really great experience due to the fact they denied my application and I was unable to speak to a property management specialist leasing agent to explain what they saw on my credit report so I was very unpleased with that.

My husband and I have lived here for about a year, and although the management as always been responsive and helpful, they really went above and beyond when my husband was hurt in an accident. Within two days they purchased and installed (at no cost to us) a grip bar to make the bathroom more accessible and helped us install other small features to make getting around a lot easier for him. Weve happily renewed our lease for another year!

Amazing community! Just far enough out of downtown and yet still conveniently close to anything you need. Safe and peaceful environment and very kid friendly. Probably the best part is the friendly staff and management, especially Casey who was always very professional, informative, friendly, and helpful! Thank you!

Always staff on site, 24/7. They have a small cardio room in the facility, which is nice, a park for the young children and its a smoke free community. Dog park too. Close to downtown which is a plus if you love the night life of Salem. Cute spacious apartments with car ports, very lovely. Get your self a tour and see if you can become part of the community

This place is great and the managers here are awesome. They will also work with almost anyone to help you get in the door. This didnt really benefit our family but thats really our own fault. We are an abnormally low income family and they still let us have a chance. So on one hand they worked with us in a spot where no one else would but we have a tough time with the payments. Thats obviously not their fault. Still its nice to be given a chance. the neighbors here are awesome and I really have no complaints.

Apt complex management does not have common courtesy to knock on my door to let me know they are towing my car due to registration lapse. Been paying them rent for 2+ years now. They don’t care about you living here. They just want your money. All they did was put a sticker on my car. No notice on my door like they do when people don’t pick up their dog poop. I’ll be the first to admit it was my fault for not paying my registration but they didn’t try to help me out at all. No phone call, no note, nothing. Pretty lame from a place that wants you to believe they are a high end establishment. This is the last year they get my money.Since Google doesnt allow me to reply to the response from the owner Im editing my initial review to include my rebuttal to them. First, my vehicle was in the spot that was not only assigned to me but was also PAID for at an ADDITIONAL CHARGE because a high end establishment like yourselves make the tenant who pays 1500 for rent PAY for their too tight, carport parking when signing your lease! Also as I stated in my original review I willing admit my vehicle wasnt street legal due to my own lapse of judgement, however it was still moved regularly as per your policy. And as far as the multiple days notice was given you slapped a sticker on my windshield which was facing away from my apartment. I make note of this because I have two vehicles and the vehicle in question was not my main vehicle. It only got driven two days out of the week and since it was pulled in nose first I never saw the multiple days notice! So the bottom line here as I stated in my first review is that your company LACKS THE COMMON COURTESY that I believe a tenant who has payed 2+ years of rent on time deserves. Your management team did the bare minimum. You should have called, emailed, and put a notice on my door like you do for the dog poop issues that you care so much about. Some ways you can improve our experience as a resident is first reimburse me the $400 for your lack of appreciation/common courtesy to a tenant who paid his rent diligently and on time for 2+ years. Another thing is if your going to give multiple days notice you should put a sticker on the FRONT and BACK windshield of the vehicle you want towed seeing as you ONLY do the bare minimum to enforce your policy. Secondly if you are going to take the time to print out a letter or email about people not picking up dog poop, do the same thing for towed vehicles. You know its shady otherwise you would have made sure the owners knew their vehicles were being towed. Lastly, just to reiterate, you lost a reliable tenant over some measly fee you get back from BC TOWING for being your go to tow team. I hope it was worth it!

My spouse and I are relocating, from GA to Or, and are not fortunate enough to come to Salem, OR to apartment hunt. We called Willamette Park and have been working, with Casey, to secure an apartment before the move. Casey has been an absolute dream to work with and has provided exemplary customer service. If our experience, in this typically anxious time, is indicative of the experiences we will have as residents, I am looking forward to moving in to this complex. This complex is definitely worth putting on the TOP of your short list!!

We made an APPOINTMENT with them to look at an apartment, so we drove across town to find the office locked and a note saying theyd be closed that day. Nice. Needless to say, we arent going back. Maybe they should learn to be a little more professional and responsible, because after that, theres no way Id trust them with the management of the place I live.

Have lived here for over 2 years now, and have had nothing but problems. Management, old and new, are unhelpful and quite rude. Not only are these apartments overpriced for the quality of the apartment, but they offer no amenities and it is such a hassle to get maintenance down to fix things. Would NOT recommend living here. We have had nothing but bad experiences, especially with parking, noisy neighbors, and discrimination. The office refuses to take my mothers calls when we have a complaint, whether or not that is intentional is another story but it makes them look BAD.

My roommate and I live in a 3 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with our 3 kids for almost the whole 13 month lease there we were constantly verbally abused, harrassed and threatened by our downstairs neighbors for noise... (walking through the house). We not only kept record of it but made sure to call into the office. The police eventually were called by the neighbor and nothing was done. It was horrible. Parking was the WORST here. The apartment was large and beautiful just wish we would have been able to enjoy our stay here..

See my review for Rosewood Lane Apartments. The original manager in 2007 was wonderful. They were responsive and the rent was reasonable back then.It has been a slow and horrible decline. There have had several management owners. Then, they started nickel and diming. You will have to pay a fluctuating fee for water, trash, and other. which includes an additional charge for your ONE parking space. Even though there are guest parking spaces, these are often occupied for weeks to months by various sketchy out of town cars from Washington and California. I have no idea who they make deals for, but there is a steady rotation of awful renters, I suspect some sort of subsidized program that you will love to have your children exposed to. Ive watched renters get evicted, served notices, and multiple occasions, watched Salem Police make regular visits. The best was when the SWAT team broke into the windows. If you live near the deranged farmer in the back of the complex, expect mice, various farm noises at odd hours of the night, and heavy machinery kicking up dust over your car.Once I secured a safer place to move to, to add insult to the damage, was the check out process. They strongly encourage you to not be there so they can claim various more charges. They expect you to steam clean the carpets, despite normal wear and tear. If you do not steam cleam, they will charge you for maid cleaning and carpet cleaning during the check out. After 15+ years of renting in various parts of the country, this complex is the WORST place Ive ever rented. I am really happy to get out even though I lost my deposit to normal wear and tear.

Got locked out my house and have three kids and theres a maintenance and manager that lives on site and they would not come and unlock my door for me! They said to call locksmith like I have $200 laying around just to get someone to come unlock my door when you can take only five minutes of your day to come unlock the door for me and my kids and couldve gone about your day!

I find it difficult to rate and write this review because there were two sides to each coin, and I feel like 4 might be a little generous, but that staff deserve more. Heres why:- really kind and thoughtful staff, both in the office and the maintenance crew.- extremely responsive to the functionality and quality of your apt amenities. Dishwasher broken? Fixed the same day. Dryer covered in resin? Replaced the next day. Blinds janky or non functional? Replaced that week.-clean, manicured grounds-non smoking property!-nice little playground with thoughtful extras in the summer like a wading/ kids pool and popcicles in the clubhouse.-short term lease available (which was what we needed)But also:- only some apartments have A/C. If this is important to you, be sure to specify before you move in! Second and third floor apts in 100° heat with no air conditioning are pretty brutal.- units by Wallace Rd. are very noisy.- there are ants in some units and fleas (!) In others and mgmt has their hands tied: there isnt much they are able to do about it. I dont have pets but kept finding fleas. For us, this is a big issue.-grass is over-watered so it has puddles in it in the morning and remains soggy through the afternoon. Kinda a bummer when you want to hang outside.-teeny tiny parking spots. We have to pull out to let people in. Neighbors dinged my doors.Overall, this was a comfortable, short-term stay for us between houses. I think our biggest problems are really that we werent used to apartment living. I am grateful to the management for their responsiveness and the cleanliness of the overall property.
