I had to call an ambulance due to my sons mothers personal medical issues. When the paramedics showed up I look over to see a man walking up who stood close enough to be awkward and uncomfortable, Im talking 2 or 3 feet.I asked him who he was to which he rudely inquired to who I was. I gave him my name and asked again, and you are? He stated he was the apartments assistant manager.My sons mother looked at me and let me know he was making her uncomfortable in an already tense and situation.I politely let him know what she said and requested he give us some privacy. He replied, I am the assistant manager and need to know what happens in these apartments. I said there is nothing happening to the apartments there is something happening with her whi h is what I care about. I asked him if he could give us some privacy to which he refused. I asked him if he was unwilling if he could at least give us some space. He took 2 steps back. After the medics spoke with her, put her in the ambulance, I started walking to my truck and turned around to see him approach the driver of the fire truck and continue to press for information.I expressed my amazement at his level of disrespect and left.Never have encountered a so called professional and experienced such a lack of respect, and compassion. I cant speak on the rest of management however, if thats what they are seeking as desirable qualities in employees then this place leaves much to be desired in terms of caring about their tenants.

The parking is horrible. There are not enough guest spots so you have to park on the street and then you get parking tickets if youre parked there on a weekday. Also, you can tell these cookie cutter apartments were put together very quickly because the cabinet doors unhinge every time you open them.
