I am so disappointed with this company that it goes beyond words. They do not deserve even one star. They came to my house while I was at work to “clean” the ducts and vents. My 9 year old brother would’ve done a better job! I hope I can share pictures of the quality of work they do. They were very quick to call me to collect payment but once I got home and saw the mess they created. I called them 3 times and they did not pick up. I also left them a voicemail and I still haven’t heard back from them. They charged me $300 dollars for me to clean after them. I do not recommend this company whatsoever and I will make sure everyone knows their quality of work.

James cleaned my laundry dryer vent. He was polite and efficient yet not rushed. He cleaned out the mass of wet lint that was blocking my dryer from venting properly out the garage roof and did it in no time at all. And, the rate was the best Ive found for this service. Ill definitely use Culbertsons again. Excellent service at a great price; cant beat that!!!!

Culbertsons is the best. I would not even think about using anyone else. They are very professional and helpful. The crew especially Alan is awesome. He provides quality service. I recently had two rugs cut for our home. Both turned out great. I also have had several older Persian Rugs cleaned without any lost of color or damage. These are expensive rugs and I wouldnt trust them with any other cleaning company. Two thumbs up

I accidentally locked my cat in my sun room where he proceeded to soil my rug I purchased in Afganistan. So I brought it down to Culbertson’s to have it cleaned up. They immediately complimented the craftsmanship of the rug that I was completely ignorant about. They stated they would hand clean the rug as they didnt want to risk damaging it. Overall great experience and they got the rug cleaned faster than they said itd take. I never thought I would have a dedicated rug cleaner but now I know where Im taking my rugs in the future.

The staff was very accommodating to get my rug cleaned in house. Will definitely be going back with more rugs.

Culbertsons cleaned the ducts in our 3000sqft restaurant. These guys were excellent, professional, and knowledgeable from the moment I called to set up an appointment to when they came by to check up on their work a week later! They knew and expected to worked overnight with regards to our business hours. The estimator is friendly and their rates are reasonable. We were shown video of the project before and after and were given advice on keeping our a/c in good working condition. I would highly recommend them to any other restaurant owners looking to get their airducts cleaned!

1/2018Mark, the office manager was first to assist us, giving lots of information.We needed to replace carpet in a toy hauler RV and needed binding around the new carpet as it can be rolled in and out of ATV area. Mark provided us with carpet retailer suggestions and even picked up the the new carpet from the retailer and brought it back to their shop for binding. They did an excellent job in binding the new carpet !!! Looks VERY nice ! Culbertsons was a very friendly, helpful and timely.Great business !!!

Culbertsons cleaned the carpets in a house that we just bought before we put our furniture in. The cleaner showed up on time, was friendly, and did a great job on the carpets and a chair that I asked him to clean as well. Great value. Id definitely use them again.Update: one year later - Mike cleaned our carpets again. Just as last time, he did a great job and was friendly. Ill continue to use these guys.

Ive been getting my handmade Persian area rugs cleaned here for over 10 years. Always very friendly and personable. These folks are great, and do a fantastic job cleaning my rugs.

Ive know Culbertsons for many years and always had great service from the company. Any time I need my carpets cleaned, I will ALWAYS call them. They are prompt, courteous and professional and do a fantastic job! My carpets look like new, though they are nearly 20 years old. I have had Culbertsons come out to clean my wood floors, carpets and upholstery.Fantastic job. I was completely impressed with the wood floor cleaning, a much better job than me on my hands and knees!!! The tech had wonderful customer service.
