My family just moved up from the Los Angeles area, and my sister recommended Monet Nails because that’s where she and her friends go for manicures and pedicures. I have been so impressed, and they are far better than all the salons I have been to in L.A. The salon is adorable and clean and all the employees are just lovely. I’m so happy to be a client there. Definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Monet for four years and I am never disappointed. They are on time when scheduling appointments, accommodate when I walk in abs always pleasant.I just treated my husband to a De Luxe abs he was very comfortable in the environment.They are doing a great job during the pandemic to keep us all safe.

I enjoyed coming with my daughter. Jessie was really sweet and she did a wonderful job with my french mani/pedi, and it was an extra $5 for my daughter to get her little nails done too. All the nail techs loved her. Also the interior design of the salon was so pretty and calming, I felt so feminine! Will be coming back for both mani/pedi again! :)

Ive called this place over 20 times trying to book an appointment fir a gel manicure and pedicure and no one had returned my phone call. Ive left over 3 messages, I guess Im the wrong color to get prompt service. I wish Nally worked somewhere else!!! The manager is not nice!!!

I would have given 5 stars but the lady that did my full set made them too short and hurt my thumb so bad it took 3 days to heal. My dominant hand too!

Phuong always does such a good job with my nails! She can do so many different shapes and always makes sure that I am happy with my nails while shes doing them. She is also super friendly :) I always get so many compliments on my nails.

Molly is the best. She does my nails and feet. Gives great advice foot designs and styles. The salon as a whole is very clean and sanitized. Staff are friendly as well.

I just was there and was treated so rude! My last appointment my appointment my nails were painted so poorly, I called they offered me a discount on my next appointment so I made one. Now mind you Ive been coming here for a few years off and on so I know what they can do and how they can treat you.At this appointment Phuoung and I were not communicating her english unfortunately is not very good. She has been doing my nails for 6 months and does a completely different shape and blames me and expects to leave with my hands have to different shapes! I asked them to be fixed and from that moment on the mood and vibe totally changed. No talking anymore so unfriendly. When I left not even the owner Tracy said good bye! She always does. I dont know if Ill go backI will be putting this on yelp for sure..

This place was great. So accommodating in getting me a pedicure when I walked in without an appointment and they were super busy. I had to wait a while but I wasnt in a rush and I could tell it was going to be worth the wait. It was! My pedicure was relaxing and felt amazing. My nails look cute too! Ill definitely be back here.

Place was right on time to see me on my appointment and the young lady that did my nails made sure to take her time. I think shes the only person whos actually gave me a square tip when asked, and even explained why that shape is difficult with my nail shape. Who would have known🤷🏼‍♀️ glad I popped by.

The owner (Tracy), went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my pedicure and that she wasnt hurting my feet at any point. But by far, the best part was the manicure I received. You can tell by the care & attention to detail, that Tracy takes pride in her work. This is, without a doubt, the best manicure I have ever gotten.I will definitely be a returning customer!

Tracy and her team are so friendly and professional the salon is welcoming and very clean. Pheung does an amazing job every time and always know exactly what I want without giving her too much detail. I was forced to go to another salon during the holiday season due to last minute in my part and u can’t tell u that I will never go to any other salon other than Monet, my nails from the other salon broke and cracked within 7 days of having them... so lesson learned!!! Thank you Tracy, Pheung, & Team !!!

This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in Sacramento. It took me a year to find a good one since moving back and I am so glad I stumbled upon Monet. The interior is clean and modern. The color selection is impressively extensive. The technicians are thorough and detailed, not concerned about turning over clients, giving you the exceptional job you are paying for. The manager even walked over at one point to make sure I was satisfied with my perfectly filed nail shape (every single salon I had been to left me with at least one crooked nail). It’s been a little over a week and not one chip. Typically, I’d have to get a polish change by now. Cannot wait to go back!

Came here for the first time & just walked in, no appointment. They were friendly. I got a full set done by Grace & she did a great job ! it’s hard to find a place where my nails will stay longer than 2 weeks and i’m going on week 3 & all are still perfectly on. i love how she took her time !

My nail tech did not have a natural ability to do nails. Too much direction was needed to make my nails look more natural. However, she was pleasant, after other customers entered the shop. She also tried to do what I asked, but didnt quite get it. Lastly, she left my skin a mess...I had lots of glue and acrylic to peel off. Im glad I didnt have some place special to go after.

Unable to schedule appointments as what should have taken 50 minutes turn into 2 hour and 30 mins aervice. The technicians are argumentative when I ask for a specific service or trying to get their point across. Not all of the nail technicians are licensed to use all nail protects. The nail technicians are not gentle during filing. Yes, they will cut you to the point of bleeding and not resume with a new file. Tread care when using this business.

I just discovered this salon and loved it!! I was able to get right in as a walk-in and Phoung (sp?) did a FANTASTIC job on my gel polish. I didnt have time for a full manicure, so I was in and out within 30 minutes, which was awesome. I highly, highly recommend!!

I ONLY get my nails done by Mandy because she does a great job. She takes her time and makes sure that I leave happy. I can be a little difficult when it comes to my nails but Mandy always fixes anything that I dont like.

After years of driving by, I decided to give these gals a shot. I called ahead and said I was on a time schedule, and that if they couldnt accommodate me, I would be happy to try again for another time. They said absolutely they could do it, but when my girlfriend and I came in at our appointed time, we waited 20 minutes in a pedicure chair for them to start.Then the fun really began... The tech the was working on my feet, kept answering the phone and making appointments, and stopping to talk (with her hands) to everyone in the shop. Not cool. Really not cool.And here is the real clincher to our unhappy visit... I had just purchased a pair of black REEF flip flops with spongey soles that would rub off onto my feet and make them black. The tech made a disgusted face and kept it up the whole time she was scrubbing my feet AND then she motioned for the tech next to her to look at how gross my feet were. REALLY, REALLY, NOT COOL.All in all, a very below average visit for an average price.Meh.

I came in on 4/20 and in less than two weeks I have had two nails fall off.The Nail technician did not do a great job from the beginning to the 30 minutes I was there for. My nails looked bulky and as if i needed a fill from the beginning, They did not look natural at all... I came here expecting beautiful nails plus a clean and quite place. Yes, this was a clean and quite place to get your nails done but the technician (Mandy) fail at quality nails. After Paying $44.00 dollars I am very upset to have two nails fall off in less than two weeks and as a receptionist this is more Embarrassing. NOTE TO TECH: Please take your time dont rush your customers and charge them a fair price for your quality of work.

I rarely get a manicure or pedicure as I normally do my own. However, I do treat myself to get them professionally done every once in a while or for special occasions.I was looking for a place close to my home in midtown. The last place I went to, the lady was pretty rough on my nail beds (and I believe I have somewhat of a high tolerance to pain). So I was a bit squeamish.After reading the reviews, and the location wad only a 10 minute walk from my house, I scheduled an appointment.Upon entering, I was greeted with a friendly staff that smiles at me. I find people dont smile much unless theyre capturing a selfie. So when people smile back, I love it and feel at ease. Tracy had scheduled my appointment with Nancy. Nancy was amazing! She was gentle and did an amazing job! I havent loved a pedicure this much where I wanted to go back so soon. Unfortunately, I got the gel polish which will last for a couple of months. So, NOW, I have to wait 2 months to go back.Needless to say, it was a wonderful experience. The massage chairs were so wonderful and actually helped my lower back (which Ive been having issues with). I cant wait to go back. My neighbor and my husband actually plan on going with me next time.Thank you Nancy and Monets!
