First time being back since Covid and Jocelyn didnt disappoint at all! She did a beautiful job on my nails and remember how I liked my nails even after almost 2 years. She was multitasking left & right lol but it was worth it because I know she puts in effort at what she does and will perfect it.

Felt rushed while getting a pedicure to do fullset. Told No when asked to wash my hands so dust and dirt wasnt on nails when painted. You can see the bumps through polish.. pedicure was okay. Will not return

Was supposed to go elsewhere to get a cut and color and because they screwed up my appointment I cancelled it. I needed to get my hair done b4 the weekend and took a chance that Jocelyn could fit me in. She did and Im so glad she was able to!! Perfect cut, perfect color. I LOVE it!! Will be going back! Very reasonable priced as well!!

I rarely give reviews but I took the time out for them... they were awesome! My reason for going was because they have the Princess massage chairs, My daughter had an amazing time she adored them and they adored her. She talked their ears off and they enjoyed her company. We will definitely be back for every occasion. They were sweet and attentive. And they massaged beautifully. It was a great vibe and I’m all for vibes. The male in there had an amazing voice he sang to the music. He said he’s the singer in the family lol

Completely awful. There was only one person working. They were doing someones nails and had someone come from the back to start my sons haircut ... then they switched off mid haircut. Needless to say, it was Not what we asked for ... it definitely had like 3 or more zones of hair length instead of being blended evenly.

They are very unprofessional talk to customers any kind of way twice I experienced them being unprofessional first time they want to tell me how my nails are supposed to be done in a very loud tone when I am the customer and if I want my nails done a certain way and Im not asking you to do something thats way out of what you can do that I should get my nails done the way I want them done second time made an appointment like always came there 30 minutes early only to be told I need to come back the next day and they have my phone number and any other time when they wanted me to come earlier or come on a day because they dont have any customers they will call me so I felt like you could have called me if you were running behind with other customers I felt that that was very unprofessional I will never ever ever ever go back to Glam hair and nails as long as I live

My 2 sisters and I went to Glam NailsLast week to get our nails done and have a Girls day out. The owner Jocelyn and her entire staff accommodated our schedule and worked really hard to get us out of there in time for our movie night. Since we weren’t done in timeThey were kind enough to let us return the following day to finish our nails.I was not happy with my feet and Jocelyn was honest enough to acknowledge that my French tip didn’t look good. She changed the color on my my toes and I was absolutely thrilled with the results as were both my pickyFussy sisters. I will definitely go back and tell all my friends about it because of the kindness and Excellent customerService we received.

I love it this is my first time having acrylic nails and they know what I like. At first I was iffy about it and then as soon as I showed pictures I loved it. They have reasonable price and its amazing. They are very detailed and neat. I am recommending this place to my friends because its that good. Very welcoming and they ask what u want because they want it perfect. Very precuse.

Everyone at glam nails is amazing. Jocelyn takes such great care of her customers. The princess chairs for the younger kids is prefect! The little ones feel so special! Weve come here with all the girls in our family! I highly recommend bringing yours!

Just got the cutest haircut from Jocelyn today. Chopped off quite a few inches after years of having long hair down my back. Showed her a picture and she was able to give me exactly what I requested. This is my go-to salon for both hair and nails. I also bring my sons here for their haircuts. I highly recommend Glam!!

For the longest time I wasn’t able to find a nail artist I felt did a great job that lasted more than a week..I’ve been coming here since I moved to Elk Grove and I am beyond happy to have come across this amazing woman! I can finally say I have a “nail lady”. 💕

This place is Amazing quick to help take care of you. Full salon and I was seated and taken care. Jocelyn is great. 💕💕 💅 GREAT place for little girls too. Even men come in to get taken care.

Doing my pedicure as I leave this review. The lady doing my pedicure keeps man-handling my feet and has me bend my feet in weird positions that are very uncomfortable. The water was way too hot and I told her to add cold water and she kept telling me no. And as the pedicure goes on, she keeps talking to herself while jabbing my toe with her long nails, as I wonder how I ended up here.

I been coming to Glam nails for a while and they always do a great job. Theyre very detailed and careful. Love it and recommend 100%

Great place to go with the kiddo!! They have great chairs for littles and the price is very reasonable! None of the gals doing nails seem to speak English which my daughter just didnt understand.

Glam is great place for little princesses! They have 4 kids stations. The staff is great.

It was late at night and there was only one lady working there and she was doing my nails and was painting them while there was something in the paint and the nails looked so jacked up. Im never going there again.

Jocelyn is one of the few people who can cut my thick hair very well. Theyre also great with my kids who get pedicures, including my son with Aspergers.

Walked in for a haircut for my autistic brother and they denied him service. All of their barber chairs were empty. They took one look at him and denied him because he is autistic. Terrible business

They literally charge for everything they possibly want to .. $72 wasted .. I can not believe my basic nails were $40 .. But thats not it my pedicure was AWFUL too .. First off the guy was so sloppy w/ everything & he kept asking his fellow coworkers what to do next .. Like is this your first day buddy ? How about you practice before you start working on clients .. He couldnt even paint my nails, he didnt know how ! Then he messed up my wet toe nails & didnt even fix it .. Overall my experience was horrible i will NOT be going back to this place 👎👎👎👎 the worst .. Im sad my dad got me a gift card from them i wish he never spent his money there ..
