First off they double teamed me while sitting in pedicure chair so I’m twisting and not comfortable while having pedicure in pain and them starting my full set, it was uncomfortable the entire time, a man did my nails sloppy and I felt rushed and overcharged. For 75 dollars I should LOVE my nails and I don’t. I spent 54 on a pedicure and didn’t want to tip because I was unhappy the entire time plus I’m spending 129 dollars for service I didn’t enjoy. Later that day I Had a pending charge for$ 166 so I called 9am next morning and had to be pushy all day to finally get the manager on the phone at closing. Was told it would be corrected and refunded. A transaction for STILL 10 dollars more ($139) than what I was quoted which was $129 was charged. I will NEVER give them my money again. If I wouldn’t have checked my account they would have over charged me over $30 dollars. Absolute dissatisfaction and I highly recommend Howe Bout Nails off Howe and Arden I’ll never go anywhere else but there again!

Wonderful experience! Easy to book, and when I got there I was promptly seated. The nail tech who gave me my pedicure was professional and courteous. Nothing hurt and he took his time with the message and the painting. Great value. Clean salon. I’ll be be coming here from now on. Thank you!

ABSOLUTELY adore my nails! They are EXACTLY what I wanted! The ladies were SO nice! They did everything I asked! Mai did my nails and she is amazing! Tina did a pedi and I was so relaxed! Massage and waxing too. Met Cindy and she is so sweet too! I have FINALLY found my spot! Come here! They are awesome!

Ive been coming to these ladies for years, having brought many friends with me, and they always do a fantastic job!!! My pic isnt the best quality, but I love how they make my feet feel afterward, and their gel pedicures last!!

This is my 2nd visit here. The women are very friendly and they do a really good job. Everyone is wearing masks and there is enough space between clients, so I feel very comfortable during these crazy times. Unfortunately, they will be closed for a few weeks due to the new restrictions, but highly recommend checking them out when everyone is open again!

Had a nice relaxing afternoon at Ultimate Nails with my mom. The ladies were friendly & did a fabulous job on my nails (color powder). Got a pedicure as well & oh my it was the best pedicure (#3) definitely go back with my girlfriends.

Took 3 hours for nails. Just stop doing nails if you CANT.

First time here and I was not impressed. They charge $3 extra to clean your cuticles. Lady did a decent job with my fill but did not do a good job with the polish. She did not clean up the polish that had gotten on my skin. Some of my nails were not polished all the way through. You can see my nails on the side. Very disappointed. Overall it was okay but not worth coming back.

Very friendly environment, its like a family. My daughter and I were very comfortable 😌 She is 1 and they danced with her and it was enjoyable. Only 1 down side, little rough when going around my cuticles but the end result is amazing.

I had great service the other day and was happy they were able to get me in for a pedicure last minute. BUT I WAS CHARGED $411.50 INSTEAD OF $41.50. Not sure if youre shut down, but you need to CONTACT ME ASAP TO RECTIFY THIS, PLEASE!!!!

Customer service is ultimate & Ron gave one of the best pedicures Ive ever had and Mia does a fine job on french full set of nails, Im definitely going back.

I normally get acrylics but I decided to take a break because it was so damaging. I have pretty strong nails but they recommended getting dip powder. Best decision ever! My nails look awesome! Added bonus they had so many different colors to choose from. Mai and her employees are super nice too.

Ultimate Nails is the only nail shop I use. They are truly “The Ultimate “! I have been a customer of Mai’s for 13 years at least. Judging from the ages of her children and my grandchildren!Recently Mai was able to have her own shop and you cannot find a better salon! Mai always makes sure the shop is clean, EVERYTHING is disinfected, and sooo relaxing! If you want quality work at regular prices, this is the place to go for manicures, pedicures, nail extensions and overlays, as well as waxing services.

Every nail is crooked/slanted, so messy, polish is all over my fingers. Didn’t listen to anything I asked for and if I asked for something simple, tried to charge me more for every little thing. Had a sign out front saying 20% off due to grand opening, but when asked about it... it’s for the NEXT time you come in. Waste of money just to go somewhere else to have my nails fixed.

This place is great. The so very nice. The shop is very clean very comfortable. I had J ennifer do my manicure and pedicure. She was so gentle and thorough. I had a great experience.

Favorite nail salon. I used to go to KB nails and was treated so poorly I never went back, I have found a new home with Ultimate Nails. Mai is so great, she has revived my nails after being damaged from years and years of acrylic. I love the dip powder with a tip for added length and custom shape.

Marine veteran with nasty feet. Crystal was up to the task. Some of my toe nails took Herculean effort to clip, but Crystal worked her magic. Felt 5 pounds lighter when she finished.Want to give Crystal my highest recommendation for other men with nasty feet to beat feet over there and see her. I shall return!

Relaxing and very friendly. I just had my nails removed and he did it fast and almost pain free. He went the extra mile.. filed and shaped my natural nail and put oil on the cuticle..All for $5.00. Very clean and cute!!

We found it when it was too busy at another place. So glad we did. It was a little more for the deluxe pedi, but much better. I dont think it was 50 minutes as indicated but still was nice. Agreed that all three of us will return.

The staff is efficient and able to readily accommodate walk-ins.

I got a manicure and pedicure here. The manicure was horrible, the polish bubbled and was only applied 3/4 of the way up my nails, my cuticles werent pushed back, you can see the sloppy topcoat from an arms length, nail polished smeared along the outside of my nail beds, and it lasted 2 days before flaking off... all in all, not worth a penny.The pedicure was ok. You can get a lot more for your money at Noble Nails, right next to Safeway. Relatively little scrubbing, no hot rocks or what have you, but the polish job was good. She did file too aggressively and ripped the skin off of the tip of one of my toes though.All in all, horrible.

I have never experienced such terrible service in my entire life. I walked into this salon asked it they had time for a full set they said yes. I went to pick out my color and the lady came and asked me it i was ready i said yes im just grabbing my color. She then asked it i wanted acrylic or gel i asked her how much it is she said you only need a fill its $33 for gel and $29 for acrylic then i said thats for fill? She said yes so i asked her the price of a full set she says $29 and then says a fill is $28 but that they have to charge me it i want long nails. Already confused at the price of a fill vs a full set and now a charge it i want my nails longer (which is is not long by the way) i then looked at their price board and asked well why does it say $22 for a full set? And $18 for a fill. She then said well we charge for length of nails. I said thats not what u just said. I said fine i will just get short nails then. I went and sat down with the lady at her nail station and she then said i have to pay for her to take my nails off. I said well i want a fill like u said and she then got up and i sat there waiting finally after 10 minutes went by u looked around and she had started working on someones feet who just walked in so i asked another lady doing someone elses nails next to me where the lady who was doing my nails went she would not answer me and ignored me i then asked a different lady and she said i dont know and ignored me. I said what do you mean u dont know then she pointed at the lady doing the persons feet and said shes doing her and will be with u in 20 minutes i said what? She was just sitting here about to do my nails! She kept ignoring me and would not answer me. Even the lady getting her nails done next to me was like yes she was just sitting there ready to do your nails and was so shocked at how i was being treated. She then told me the owner was here and left and i asked the lady what is the owners name. I must have asked 5 times she kept ignoring me. Then the lady getting her names done asked for me and they told her tony was his name. I got up and walked out. They did not care. I am so shocked at the service and how much of a penny pincher these people are. This was my first time here and i did not get my nails done and i will never come back and i will make sure as many people as i know never come here either. This is no way to run a business. I even told them i was writing a yelp review and other reviews and contacting the owner and they did not care. Wow im just so shocked at the poor business these people are running.

Ive been coming here for about 19 years! Britney is my girl. Ive tried so many other nail salons but nobody is as meticulous as her. I dont know what ill do if she retires.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The rudest people outdated nail shop. Went for the first time a couple months ago and it was the first and last time for me.

Horrible experience. Went for gel mani and came away with raw finger tips. She used the cuticle tweezers on the skin on the tips of my fingers just below the nail. They are raw and red now. DO NOT GO THERE.
