An absolute terrific experience, will not be coming back. These ladies need to go back to nail tech school. Nails barely lasted less than 4 hours. The gel did not dry.

I find that the gel polish is clumpy and not smooth. The dip nail has air bubbles. They are nice tho.

Great nail technician, Miy, the only person that has done my nails for the past 5 years. The shop is clean and pleasant to go to. Very nice and respectful technicians. There was one ther that was rude to me, I reported it and the next time I went in she was no longer there. They value the customer.

I walked in today not knowing exactly what I wanted to get. Then I see their black menu hanging up and noticed the pink powder full set was $35!! So when I told the worker what I wanted she said no it’s “45” when it clearly says $35 on the big black board. They refused to give me the price that was displayed but offered $40 for the full set.Of course I took my services else where and walked out because this is very unfit and poor customer service. It was the principle of not accepting their mistake and giving me the price displayed. I’d rather spend $100 for a pink powder set at a place that cares for their customers.However, this was my last resort anyways because they shaped my nails very badly in the past.I will also be leaving additional reviews on Yelp, etc.

Convenient, quick, and easy, however, they didn’t ask what shape I wanted (round or square), and they cut and filed down my nails/skin to being irritable. While the end results look good, I would have preferred going somewhere that wasn’t so rough on the cuticle/skin.

This place is awful and racist. I got my nails done less than a week before one nail on each hand broke. They were ugly to begin with. I went back to PAY to get them fixed and they wouldnt help me. Im black but Im also a professional and I tip well. They wouldnt help me. Said they had a party to go to 2 hours before closing but they had plenty of time for their white customers. Dont waste your money here!

This place was ok if youre in a hurry. They get you in and out really quick but my polish only lasted about 36 hours. 😭

I just went here to get my eye brows waxed & oh my they look amazing. She did a great job. I will definitely come back. 😁

My sister and I always love their work on our nails. She gets acrylic and I get gel and they are quick and always shaped wonderfully!

Prices have gone up significantly. Good service, but they need to keep clients comfortable and have competitive prices. Broken massage chairs with dirty back pillows and room temp needs to be comfortable for people.

First horrible experience there. Started off great as I was removing an old layer of acrylic and saw my nails underneath and said they looked terrible (damaged). The nail tech walked away and started complaining to other staff and repeating the word terrible. I’m assuming he thought I told him his work was terrible which I clarified was not the case. He then proceeded to say he did not want to do my nails and walked away. Really love this place but that was unprofessional and petty. I may have been in my gym clothes but treat all clients respectfully.

They actually do a great job doing the nails they last close to 3 weeks my other nail shop in Elk Grove last me a month but it still works out for me because its right down the street from my house

If i could i would give them less than one star. I just went there on saturday and my toe is now swollen, been swollen since sunday actually. Going to urgent care now which will cost me at least $75 and i will likely end up on antibuotics - most expenses. I hate this place and i would not recommend to anyone. Ever.

Horrible experience last week!!! These people are nothing but a racist group. I went in to get a fill and they told me to wait 15 mins. As I was waiting 3 customers came in, one needed mani and pedi, and the other to get fill as well. Those people totally disregard I was sitting there and seated the other customers who came about 15 mins after I was waiting. So I asked what so special about my nails why I have to wait on one person to do them, the answer was “only 2 workers here do acrylic and they are busy.” Come on now, the other customers will be getting the same thing I was waiting to get. They probably was waiting for me to get angry because that’s their opinion of “black people,” but I kindly stepped out and about to get my nails done elsewhere. It’s time to end racism! My fellow sisters and brothers, spend your money elsewhere please. Go somewhere that will welcome you and treat you with respect. Peace.

Horrible customer service. They let me sit in the waiting area for 15mins before they askes me to come back the next day. It was 6:45 and it says they close at 8pm. I went to another place that stayed open late for me. I will not return.

This was such a bad idea to go here, the shape is not done correctly the gel polish wasnt cured correctly and I was cut with the nail file three times. Very disappointed with the customer service.

If they mess up its your fault and they expect you to still pay
