Customer servive was wonderful, nails were cute! Place was nice and clean, they used the liners for the pedicure bath which I definitely like! I wont go to somewhere that doesnt have them!! Would recommend!!

The worst experience I ever had, the nail tech cut my skin on three fingers and I was bleeding, couldnt understand English when I was explaining what I want. I am going to attach photos of my nails, hopefully itll stop someone from going there and ruining their nails

Ive have enjoyed this place for many years! Manicures, pedicures, full sets, eyebrows, massages, massage chairs. It is really is a day spa! The staff are always friendly, if a little hard to understand at times, but they mean well and want their customers to be happy. Sadly, I felt a little rushed when my husband, daughter, and myself came in. I feel like she didnt take the proper amount of time on my new full-set. However, she did wonderful with my 2 year old daughter, and even added dots to her nails! My daughter sat really well for a 2 year old too!

My girls and I had the place to ourselves! We were laughing and carrying on. The staff were amazing. I felt like a million bucks when I left! Thank you!

Well to start, I got cut twice, and bled when they were cutting my cuticles. Then I asked for a similar nail design that had french dip, with glitter on the top instead of white. The gentleman did that, however I left with HUGE lumps on the tips of my nails from the glitter. The next day I couldnt take it anymore, even my 9yo said my nails looked terrible. I went back in and got them redone normal french because I wasnt going to attempt anything else. I wont be back. But I highly recommend VIP nails off sunrise. This is what I get for trying elsewhere. Oh and the glue was so high up on my nail that it felt like my finger had pressure for a few days. If that makes sense

I brought my grandmother here for a manicure and pedicure. She was told to sit down and wait. She waits for 10 minutes, then is finally told to sit in one of the chairs. Only 2 customers are in, yet 30/40 minutes later shes still sitting there and theyve taken 2 other customers ahead of my grandmother! It gets even better though, because after all this time had passed, they tried to refuse to do her nails. That is until I came back into the store and defended her. They even acted as if I couldnt afford to pay for my grandmothers nails. How insulting. 0 stars.

My nails came out like a 3 year old painted them. I let the lady know and she said it was my nail not her doings. I get a manicure regularly and wanted to try this place out since it is closer to my home. The lady was much older and very nice, but I will not be going there again.

From the time I went through the door I felt welcome & comfortable. Its Saturday & they were very busy, but I never felt rushed & everyone was happy. Both customers & staff. Not impressed. Unfortunately .... Color options are slim, my nail tech seemed completely miserable the whole time, equipment used for Gel Mani is old and needs to be replaced. The nail swatches are covered in layers of tape, which makes it difficult to really see the true color choice. Told the tech I prefer shorter nails, and still had to come home to cut down and re-file. Nail polish layers are inconsistent. The backdoor was open the entire time which let in flies all over the salon. Overall cleanliness is lacking - just take a look at all baseboards, floors, back sink area, etc.

My nails last for several weeks. Its clean inside. The staff is. Always friendly. They just did some remodels keeping every thing nice & current. Very knowledgeable about Whats in & trending in the nail industry.

Ophelias nail salon is a great place to spend the day for an event,birthday, or even just a day for relaxation. Ophelias is very clean and welcoming. The staff is always very nice and always gets the job done amazingly. And last but not least the prices are amazing. I will hands down be coming to Ophelias nail salon again.

The only thing I like about this place is the interior design. The owner is a nice lady, but the women that she has working there are not very friendly. My biggest problem with them though is the fact that they kept changing the price of their services from one minute to the next. They wanted to charge me extra because I had rounded nails as opposed to square! I found another place that I really like.

My wife has been going here for years. I recently took my daughter and her best friend here before their Winter Ball. They were offered extra services but werent pushy. They were treated like royalty and they loved it. My daughter will be back.

This is me and my daughters favorite nail salon in the area thus far. They are not always super chipper but they listen if you TALK to them and actually CLARIFY what you want or dont want done instead of assuming they know your exact unique individual style compared to every other customer (which is more than youd imagine). I definitely recommend Opheilas for your regular maintenance, but if you have an extra special occasion to prep for or would like a legit SPA treatment, then look elsewhere.

Ive been here a couple times and never felt welcome but I really needed my nails done and they were available. I thought let me try one last time. I asked for a regular manicure which was a file and polish. Once done I walk up to pay and its as if I had a full set put on. I personally dont like to start a scene to I paid and left. Im never going back. They arent friendly and over charge.

I am from out of town and was needing a full set of pink and white and a pedicure. I made an appointment with Ophelias and was seen on time, even though they were very busy So I recommend making an appointment. The staff was wonderful and the service was just as equal and worth the money which is very reasonable.

Called for just simple acrylic matte nails and they told me 35$ No problem, but when i show up, the lady (Sue) who did my nails seemed mad, never smiled and was in a rush, she burned me twice and the nails looked too thick! and she charged me 40$ Tipped 5$ it hurt extra bad to take off, my fingers and mouth, because of the thickness but the color was good. My First time there too. Super disappointed 😔 Spend almost 50$ when i was told it was going to be 35$

I love that Ophelias purchased new massage chairs for their pedis and new Mani tables HOWEVER please remove the plastic covering over everything. Are you telling your customers they are nasty and will ruin your new stuff? It looks very cheap and insulting.Afterall, you bought it to keep your customers. Its for them to enjoy their time in your salon.Plastic bags lining the for tubs, plastic bags over the arm rests and you cant even use the cup holders.I usually do get decent service here and the owner and her daughter are very friendly. Its like every other nail salon in this town. So, so service and many times poor or rude. No decent polish selections. Ive reverted to bringing my own polish. They should knock dollars off for that.

I am disappointed in the service there. The tech argued with me about what I should get. I wanted the acrylic pink and a color powder for the tips. Three times she tried to get me to do all pink and then a gel polish for the tips. She then did not even ask what length I wanted, she just just them short. Lastly, I have never gotten a full set without then doing my cuticles and a hand massage. She did nothing other than when she was done put a little cuticle oil on quickly and send me on my way. I will not be going back.

I have then going to Ophelias for at least the last 6 months every two weeks on a regular basis. Ive never had a problem or an issue always been happy until there was a problem. I spent $100 3 days ago my nail broken and others lifting and coming off after 3 days. Offered to pay half of them to read you my nails again or ask them to fix them everybody doesnt make eye contact has an excuse for everything and wont fix my nails.Its not like I was a stranger that just showed up or walked in theyve known me off and on for years especially the last 6 months I will never come back to the salon again. To spend that kind of money on a regular basis and to be treated like I did something wrong is absolutely ridiculous. Anybody reading this I would say try another place.

Ophelias atmosphere is really nice and the staff were friendly. My mother, my sister and I all had treatments here to celebrate our birthdays which are within a month of eachother. We had a very nice experience.

Amazing! Pedicure and waxing, BUT the massager couldnt access my upper neck where I really needed it. The chair leather too tight and having a head pillow thing there denied access of the massager

The WORST experience ever!! Ive been getting my nails done for 10+ years and the set I just got is by far the worst set I have ever had. First I showed a picture of what I wanted, what I thought would call for pink and white with some glitter on the tips fading into the white. Well she starts and then she TELLS me what length my nails are going to be. Which is way to short my what I wanted then doesnt even bother to ask about my shape. In the end she painted on the white tip and the glitter looks NOTHING like the picture! And she could tell I wasnt happy and just you like them look nice? I litetlly looked at them and was pissed. I recommend to NEVER GO HERE. Only get you brows waxed there because that something they have always got right.

Shady. Shoddy. Enough said.7/7/2018I allowed a friend, who has no cell phone, to use my phone to leave a review. She was livid with her experience. She was shoved to use the atm for cash vs. using debit. I go in last Sunday. And watch several people go to be worked on before me. I was left to soak for 50 minutes. While the owner tried to get her daughter Diana to work on my pedi Diana staunchly refused. Yelling match ensued. Now I am hygienic and my toes just needed an update and new color, she screamed in their language and worked on a new person. All the staff are looking at me funny. The owner came to me telling me to remove the bad review, her daughter saw it was upset. They took my $10 gift card then charged me the full price without deducting the 10$ from my gc. AndI had already left a nice tip. Not removing my pals review, but adding mine as well. 2 stars to 1. Been going there for so many years. Now to find another place. Really? You got butt hurt by a bad review? Grow up?

We enjoyed our pedicures at Ophelias, we had to wait for a bit and the prices stink. However the experience was good and the ladies were very nice!

Tamy was great, had the $25 pedicure, eyes and chin waxed. Enjoyed getting the chance to just take some me time.

I went to this place a few times but twice they ruined my nails.1. Rough edges, Rough surfaces on my nails, Hair in between nail polish, and crooked lines on my gel french tip! Then ask me $35 plus tips for a hack job manicure on top of that! No hand massage what so ever!2. This lady talk so much that she would not even pay attention to my nails. She scrubbed and filed my nails so roughly like it wasnt part of human body. She just keep talking to the other person. Then she didnt clean my cuticles or even put the gel on properly, The gel was all over my fingers! Then she put this oil and didnt even bother to massage my hand! I was so upset I couldnt even open my mouth, or else there would be no stopping me from hurting some hackjobbers feelings! I will not come back!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO GET THEIR NAILS DONE RIGHT! YOULL REGRET IT!

This was the absolute *worst* set ive ever gotten & on my birthday. i asked for basic gel all black coffin shaped & long, i left there with my pinky nail longer than all the rest of my nails that were WAY shorter than what I asked for, bubbles & particles visibly in the gel, rough edges & torn up skin around my fingers.my friend & i went for my birthday & our nail ladies actually were racing each other to see who could finish faster. half the time my nails were being filed, she was looking away or talking to someone else. she filed my thumb nail down so bad that it wasnt even round anymore, there was a flat freaking side on my nail!!$40 for the worst nail experience of my life. i will never go there again, needless to say.
