I only go to Tom. He does the most amazing nails and loves being creative wont go to anyone else

TRIGGER WARNING !!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR EYELASHES LADIES! Very unprofessional. Given this place multiple tries. 1 she is texting half the time she is doing your eye lashes which is very unsanitary 2 if you tell her your eyelashes are falling off the next day she doesn’t want to fix until after 3 days so she can charge you again 3 she overbookes and makes you wait so she can get more clients in! CHEAP BUT MESSY!!!

I have always gotten good treatment, Diane is very sweet. Kevin is the man to go to, he has very good attitude and does an amazing job. I love the shape and how clean his work is. Definitely recommend him.

Made an appt. for 4pm - waited til 5pm to be serviced - & This is suppose to be an ombré look... does that look ombré to you? ($46) 😭🤦🏼‍♀️ wont be returning back here.. You’re better off sticking to solid colors if you chose to come here.. smh.

I love this clean and well stocked with up to date nail colors and techniques. Staff members are friendly and provide excellent service. They engage in Covid 19 protocols to ensure stagf and guest safety.

I visited this nail salon today (11/11/2020) for a pedicure and manicure. The lady (name unknown) was pleasant at first, asked how I was. I provided my own brand new bottle of nail polish that I wanted to use. While doing my pedicure, I noticed an air bubble in the paint, I pointed it out to the lady, she disregarded what I said at first and I had to repeat myself. After repeating myself, she attempted to pop the air bubble with cuticle cutters.This as you know, would leave an indent in which it did. She painted over it, I asked if she can re-do and repaint the whole nail. She proceeded to wipe the nail polish off with her finger and a square nail filer and painted over it. I asked if she can redo my nail completely, in which she finally complied.She proceeded to commence my manicure. When she was filing my nails she not cut me once but twice and said, “oh, oops”. I noticed cotton on my finger nail and even more air bubbles, I brought this to her attention, she said, “relax, calm down, I make beautiful.” She then painted over the troubled areas and the nail polish was very thick layered. I tried to express my concerns and every time I did, she would repeat herself. “It’s okay, I make beautiful”. I noticed the nail polish brush was old one with bite marks and she placed it down. Put my nail polish brush back in the polish and handed it back. When I brought that to her attention, she started speaking to her co-worker. (I don’t know what was said.)At this point I had enough and told her I wasn’t satisfied and I had to leave, she said, “no, relax I finish, I make beautiful.” I requested nail polish remover and removed the color. I got up and expressed that I wasn’t satisfied and did not feel comfortable paying for my manicure. but I will gladly pay for the pedicure. I asked we can work a price out because I was not happy with the service they said no I have to pay $15. I again repeated myself.They said it didn’t matter if I had polish on or not I was to pay the $15 in full. I expressed to them that it wasn’t about having polish on, it was about the poor service provided. They demanded I pay $15. My issue was not resolved, they did nothing to rectify the situation, not even a mere apology. I will NEVER do business here again.

The front desk staff recognizes me and always remembers our conversations from the past. They have complimentary drinks; they often have a discount promotion, so it’s better to check it first to have a better deal lol. Love it - make it your go to salon!

I just got a pedicure. I wanted to get a relaxing pedicure at a place that didnt stink like a bunch of chemicals and thats exactly what I got. I went early on a weekday morning and everyone was nice. The employees were laughing and talking amongst themselves and there was a positive vibe in the salon. I put my headphones in and relaxed to my music while getting an awesome massage and pedicure. Im definitely going back. They took their time and did a great job.

Maylee was very rough and very unfriendly. I will never go near this place again.

I LOVE Creative Nails & Spa! I am extremely picky so this means a lot coming from me. Everyone here has always been so friendly to me every time I come in. It makes the visit all worth while. I love how my nails last longer than I expected every time.

I love this place, Ive been getting done my lashes every 3 weeks, they can last even a month on because the great quality and the person who does the job Diane is awesome! I will totally recommend this place for getting all the spa services and fantastic lashes on that make you look amazing. The lashes will get done in a bout 45 min super fast compare to other places, btw very good price. Just love it!!

Love this place!!! It smells amazing Everytime I walk in :) The store is clean and service was really nice. They do an amazing job, and really care about their work. The finished product looks amazing. I am now a very loyal customer.

I got black stiletto nails and I was very satisfied with its outcome. Service was great, my nail tech was great. It was a fast and painless job. 10/10 would come again.

I am really upset with this place. I brought my daughter here to get a full set with acrylic powder and gel polish. That was what was agreed and when I leave the shop for one second, my daughter gets colored gel powder and gel polish. They tried to get over on me when I was not around. My daughter clearly does not know what that is and for the fact they tried to get over on my daughter is bad business. Im obviously the one paying for her nails which is why its really important they follow what I just discussed to them. I am not coming back here ever again.

Went there to get a SOAK OFF and the first thing that the lady did was attempt to pry the nails off with another nail. When I told her that my nail beds were sensitive and often bleed when people pry off the nails she had an attitude with me and complained about how long it was going to take even though there was only 1 other person in the shop. After soaking for about 5 mins the lady then tried to pry off the nails again until I pulled away. She finished by filing down the acrylic that was left on and leaving a layer of acrylic and didn’t even attempt to clip the nails into shape leaving them jagged and with peeling acrylic

When i first went to get my lashes done i loved them. As time went along i noticed this really uncomfortable pain in my eyes. i tried to just sleep it off but when i woke up in the morning all my lashes we’re clumped together and i noticed that the glue was poking my eye. I then began to notice my REAL lashes were falling out. i immediately went somewhere else to have them take the lashes off and they found that i had bald chuncks from my extensions ripping out my natural lashes. i followed all the instructions she gave me and she was very sweet but my lashes are now destroyed and my eyes still hurt

Pls note! They do NOT clean and sterilize the utensils after each client. I witnessed this first hand. Go somewhere else if you dont want AIDS or an infection. I will be contacting the city and placing my complaint there.STAY CLEAR!

Love this place. Prices are good, Mylee is so sweet and helpful, Ive gotten my nails done here numerous times by almost every nail tech, and have only had one bad experience and that tech is no longer working there so dont believe any negative reviews until you try it for yourself!

The pedi was fantastic. I also had a gel mani that looks great. I will be returning and will update on my next visit.

I came to this salon yesterday, they did great job and the young lady did design on my nails so friendly I havent shown her a picture I liked but she was do it very nice .I really like it .I ll definitely come back.

Ive been to this place maybe twice, and their service is HORRIBLE! I walked in today to just get a color change and both of the ladies working there were rude! They told me to wait and I asked how long? They wouldnt answer me and told me to have a seat, I then asked again how long and she said something in their language to the other girl and rudely said 40 mins. The last time I went there they did a crappy job on my gel manicure and thought Id give them another chance. Do not go to this place. They do a crappy job and talk a lot of crap to make customers feel uncomfortable. I will continue to give Top Coat my service.
