I went in about 640 (which they close at 7) and still did my nails w/o any problems.. so that’s a plus right there. Lani did an amazing job on my set and made sure they were even and clean! I had times where they didn’t care if I had nail polish or even cut my nails but she did it all ! Highly recommend this spot ! (:

I like the person (girl) did my pedicure she did an excellent job but dont speak English. But the old guy that did my nails use the electrical nail filing, he file close to my skin n when I told he file to close to my cuticle and scratching my skin and it hurts he told me I need to relax its not my skin that hurts. He didnt want to listen to me when I told he scraping my skin. He told stop complaining about pain. Etc.

Today was my first time at the salon. They did a great job! I’m 67 years old, and I think it’s the best pedicure I have ever gotten! I will definitely become a regular customer!

I am LOVING how my nails have been coming out so far. Ive been there twice and this is how my nails came out each time. I am currently wearing the blue coffin nails with gold flakes and Im living for it. I really recommend going there and their prices are so affordable! I am very satisfied.

The place is nice inside, not crowded in. Everyone gets greeted when they walk in (many nail shops dont do that!). I always get a nice set done exactly how I want with no cuts, no dips in my nail bed and they have a big variety of color types. This is my new nail place!

They are always kind and accommodating with my elderly disabled mother, even though she can be fussy. Wish I had had time to get the deluxe Pedi but didnt, so I just watched others with great jealousy.

Pretty good customer service, but I dont know how they sterilize their equipments because some machines touch blood from customers nails. But generally a good experience.

As a returning customer I love it here!! They take their time doing your nails to get the best result. Although the wait may be long it is definitely worth it.

They dont listen to your requests (like look at colors, nail shape or design) a older man walks around playing with the nail tools and stares you down and laughed when i told him it made me feel uncomfortable. The men doing nails sceam at the tv while they watch football not professional at all nails look decent but i wont return again.

I have been going to Sassy nails for several months and Peter is my absolute favorite. He pays attention to detail and sometimes I go 3 weeks without them lifting before my fill. I recommend PETER to anyone!

When you do what you want instead of what the customer asks you will always lose clients! 😡 3 hours of waiting, I was a loyal customer but nails still arent done. Toes wrong color asked for gel given whatever. Waste of time.

I had a great experience with Diane, but Candy was angry with my sister and myself the entire time. She only did my polishing, but that was the most painful polishing off my life. What in the world? Lani came and did the designs on my toe nails. She was extremely nice and sweet. Not sure I would go back though due to Candy.

Okay I typically dont give 5 star rating BUT on this one I have no choice. Its the service I receive every time in in Sassy Nails, the older Asian female, (sorry for not placing her name online).... she is amazing just dont try to see her on weekends Ive learned the trick to ask for her only during the week. She always deliver great service on my manipetty, does it with grace and poise . This type of service you cant find any where she is amazing,....... attached a few photos of my amazing feet job.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! They will tell you one price before you get started and then charge you double when you leave. They lie and do a horrible job.I got a full set of nails done that lifted and looked plain awful. I could not communicate with my nail technician as she did not speak English. A man named Long took over and he dumped superglue down the inside of my nails trying to glue the acrylic to my nails. Instead he glued my SKIN to the nails and tried to charge me twice as much as I was supposed to pay. Long is deceitful & does a poor job. I will NEVER GO BACK. When I asked to speak to the owner, they said I couldnt and when I told them I was unhappy with my nails, they told me too bad. This place is horrible and Long is a cheating, stealing fraudulent person. Save your money!

I got ombré on two fingers powder on each nails and 4 different diamond designs and the price was lower then 40😧

So far I havent even gotten my nails done. The people have tended to 2 other that were walk ins as well (not stating they had an appointment) I can follow up on the nail design. But the smell is awful and strong. It smells like the acrylic fluid but I have gotten my nails done at another place before and it didnt even smell 1/4 as bad and I waited half the time and though I was a walk in then too

I have been coming here for about a year now. Some times they give me the service I would expect from anywhere I pay for a service. Other times...wondering if Im supposed to feel rushed out the door. Today I wanted regular nail polish with a small Christmas tree outline in white done. I wasnt asking it to last for weeks just wanted something special to focus on during surgery. But I was shut down. I guess my wants might not matter when Im paying. Feeling put off.

Very unprofessional, no communication skills, bad business. I had to reach out to the nail tech multiple times in order to even get an appointment made after getting my nails done a couple times (coworker referred me to this nail tech) my coworker goes every week or every other week religiously for years, NEVER has an issue with scheduling her appointment or communication, me? Every time. Favoritism and or just completely bad business. Dont pick and choose whos nails you want to do. My money is just as good as anybody elses.

The prices are ok the service is fine but the communication is not very good and I wanted the 40 special which was full set and a pedicure and was lip and eye brows they did not give that to me they charged me 30 extra for gel polish and that was a lot and I will not be going back there again.

The first time I went they did an okay job because my jewels kept falling off so I had to go back ! The second time I came with my sister and nephew & she denied bathroom service because she was black . This is the 3rd time I came here to get my nails done & the lady told me 30 mins . I waited longer than that !! This place is horrible & I will NOT come here AGAIN !

I love this place bc of Lani. She is the best nail tech I have ever went too & the best one there in my opinion. She cleans, preps, trims your cuticles & trims your nails. She does the whole 9 yards before applying gel or acrylic. She is very straight forward & so sweet. She is by far the best shaper and does the acrylics so thin they dont feel heavy or look like acrylics at all. She is always very careful and meticulous. She is NOT heavy handed at all, its crazy how gentle she is but every nail set shes done comes out looking FURE & PERFECT. I dont always get my nails done bc it gets pricey but if I get service & quality like hers everytime I believe its worth it. My sets I will post below (:
