Everyone was perfect, except for the massage chairs. Upper body massage functions (on multiple stations) were broken from use. They did a fantastic job, very friendly COVID 19 compliant with plastic-wrapped pedicure stations. Gloves on all staff masks( except most have the nose out) best salon in Sacramento. It would be five stars if they fixed chairs.

I once came here to get a manicure. Except I never got a proper manicure. All they did was chip my nails extremely short and painfully. They didnt even cut or push back the cuticles. They worked in a sloppy fast way, and my Nail tips were applied in a slightly crooked way. Also the gel was applied very sloppy, and the clear gel top coat got onto all of my skin around the nail and got cured in the UV lamp. It was kinda hard to take it off. If this cost less, it would have been expected, but for the price they take, they should definitely be doing a much greater job than this. I know another person who does nails for the same price as them, but she does it in a so much more professional way. Also, it was hard to understand what they were saying, since their English was pretty bad.

The man and woman (husband and wife?) Owners are not very friendly but the techs are. My daughter and I got pedicures and manicures. The ladies that did ours were wonderful and friendly. If you can get past the snobby front desk you will be fine.

First time having a pedicure at Bam and am very happy with the level of work that I received! I will definitely be make another appointment!

Really bad job with hair coloring. Linda doesnt even listen to people with what you want she did my hair completely different from what I asked for and charged me 180 with something I wasnt happy with. For that price I expected an way better job! i do not recommend anyone coming here. The man was very rude and the lady Linda I told her I just want an hair color and no cut and she cut my hair very short without my permission. I was very upset!

I went here with my wife. I had a pedicure done. I recommend Nancy for doing your pedicure. I will be going back.

Ive gotten my nails and just recently got my hair colored by Linda here and she was phenomenal, Ive loved it everytime they really take their time to make everything as nice as they can I strongly recommend

Wow. This was my go to nail salon,until today. Walked in the door, did not receive a.greeting. Stood there for a few minutes. A caucasian lady walks in after me and is greeted and asked if she needed some help. I was shook 😳.. I will NOT ever go to this establishment again. They do a mediocre job, but I still tipped well.

Tammy has become my main nail gal doing dip powder and she always is so willing to deal with my difficult request :) today she did Alice In Wonderland themed nails and they were so perfect! Spent 40 bucks on a pedicure that lasted about 20 minutes and the polish was sloped on. The are only doing gel manicure and pedicure right now because I was told that they have so many appointments that they need to work fast. For that price, I expected a better job. Disappointed!

Went to this place for the first time yesterday to get a full set the young lady that helped my nail technician was very nice but my nail tech on the other hand wasn’t all that great was very rough I have cuts on multiple fingers none of my nails are smooth they’re very lumpy they look insane and I wake up this morning to a broken nail already definitely not worth the money spent she didn’t listen the nails are way longer then asked for, she said she would file them down but didn’t really do anything . Definitely not returning

Ive lived in the area for about 3 years before I decided to try BAM. Im so sorry that I waited so long. My nails have never looked so good and they are attentive and meticulous in their service. I started having them do my hair cuts and they provide the same service. Wish I had found them sooner!

Very rude customer service. They told me they wouldnt have time for me and that they didnt have nail materials to clean my nails nails. I am a very generous tipper and they judged me for being in comfy clothing on a rainy Saturday. Customer service is by far the most important thing to me and they failed.

I was happy but one of the male worker was rude telling me I have to deal with when my nails if they get n damage.Im never going there again.my nails are ruined and damaged with their bad service. Its a well-staffed place. The wait is typical of barber shops and hair salons. The workman ship of the nail artists seems good. This place has a good amount of regulars. There is a variety of services offered. Certainly worth checking out next time you need a haircut or a mani/pedi.

I like this place because you feel welcomed in, the ladies are super nice and they do a great job.

When I first started coming here their work was great. Unfortunately, over a matter of weeks their staff diminished and the work left much to be desired. I noticed they hurried through my fills, and left areas where the nails lifted dramatically in a dew days time. Several times I gave them chances to get it right, but after my last fill I was shown that their customers dont matter to them. Very shotty fills meant many repairs on several of my nails. It has become an inconvenience getting my nails done multiple times in a week. They truly dont seem to care about their customers and/or their work. I am now getting my nails done elsewhere.

Chucki (sorry if I spelled it wrong ) did my nails she was awesome she took her time she listened to what I wanted. The shop it self was clean and very sanitary the tools that was used on my pedicure was fresh out the bag the boss lady Linda walked around and made sure everyone was doing a great job. The prices are reasonable they don’t pressure you into getting stuff you don’t want I will be going back in two weeks thank you

Really unsatisfying. Went in with high hopes as this is close to me and the pedi the lady onlyRubbed my feet for about 5 minutes and when I got home realized that she didn’t put top coat on my toes. I was so annoyed but I am never going back not because of that but because I wanted to buy some of the scrub they had for sale and we were listening to the girl who was buying some and they sold it to her for $15. When we went to go buy some they guy who was cutting the hair said oh no those are $20 a piece.... but they juSt sold it for $15 about 10 minutes prior. Really disappointing.

I get a cut and color at this place. They take walk-ins and the service is excellent. Price is about average for the quality.

I feel like I never have time for a mani pedi after my commute home from work, but I finally stopped in here and even though it was close to closing they still invited me in. Great service, my nails look awesome!

My husband and I went there. Way over priced. Did as little as possible. I was getting a pedicure and she didnt even turn on the spa part until I asked her about it. She didnt put the toe separaters between my toes and my polish got messed up. The guy did my nails and 1 nail got messed up so he just added more polish until it was so thick it had wrinkles in it when it finally dried and it took about 3 hours before it was dried all the way. So many things were wrong I cant even list them all. We will not go back to them!

Nails to perfection everytime & that means alot considering I have ocd bad. Ive referred many friends & acquaintances who continue to come here as well. Cleanest shop Ive ever been to for sure; youd have to come see it for yourself & experience their many offered services & Im sure it would become your shop as well 😊

Best haircut Ive gotten in a while. Friendly staff, calming atmosphere, and the nice lady threw in a small head massage at the end. Move over Supercuts.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, my stylist knew just what I wanted with only a brief description of an idea. She shaped my bangs and layers to perfectly fit my waves and face shape. %100 would recommend. Worth the extra $5 to not get chopped by a supercuts intern next door, every time.

I didnt get my nails done but my girl did and as Im sitting next to her while shes getting her nails done, the workers were literally sweeping as close as they can around me and moping. I just think its plain disrespectful and rude. Ive worked around food places and weve never sweeper nor moped around the customers. I mean my girl liked her nails but still.

Great prices, and they actually listen to what you want done. I went to a couple of other places and the amount of people that want to argue with you about your own hairstyle is crazy.

This is one of my favs! Waxing is great and priced well. They do a good job w Gel Manis but I wish they would use Shellac :) love their Pedis. When I have time to do the full treatment its amazing, hot stones, paraffin, massage :) heaven! The owners and staff are great too!
