Me and my daughter both got our nails done here last weekend. A gentleman did mine and a lady did my daughters. We both showed pictures of what we had in mind to get done. They said it wouldnt be a problem, but mine look nothing like my picture and have very sloppy lines. I was super upset as they cost me 50 dollars and looked awful. Im not bashing them, but wanted to give some advice instead. If a customer asks if you can do a design and you know you are unable to deliver something close, say so!!! I would have chosen something obtainable instead like a classic French tip or something lol.... the last picture with the purple is the one I had asked if I could have done.

We will be back....this nail salon was such a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. We both got a pedicure and she got a full set and eyelashes!!! Prices are broken down so there are no surprises at the end. No appointments though only walk ins because they are so busy. Now i know why...theyre awesome!!!❤

The guy charge me $80 for my nails when I first came here, I loved my nails ! he ring me up and charge me on my card. Went home to look at my bank account to see if they took out money for my nails . It looked like he was able to get access to my account and purchase $186 on Hollister clothes brand Store online and trust me when he did my nails he had on a Hollister Shirt as well . I won’t be going here anymore . Thank god I close my bank account and got a new card and got my money back! He was the last person I saw and the last store I left coming home .

I was able to get service quick especially since i didn’t make a schedule appointment! except the nail person seemed really rushed and even cut me. after the service my nails were in pain and it was very uncomfortable to move. i recommend but please make sure you get the right nail person:). next time pls don’t cut me thank you!

Kim did an AWESOME job with my nails. The woman that did my pedicure was absolutely horrible! The manager did rectify that however by giving me a discount for the pedicure. I know to never let her touch my feet again but Kim is my new nail lady! 💕

Holly does a great job doing my nails. Ive seen other nail techs there when Ive waited to long and Holly isnt free they have all done well. Overall Holly is my favorite though, shes quick and efficient and the nails last long. The best time to go is right when they open though, when the crazies are still sleeping (lol) unless people acting crazy outside of the shop doesnt bother you.

Eric did my nails Im very happy the other guy who did my nails is not very nice he thinks Im annoying he was very unprofessional but I went to someone else this time and Im extremely happy with what I had done

I came in to get my nails removed and they cut my nails off and made me bleed when I told the guy that I was pregnant and sensitive I needed a soak off and he ignored me and still filed my nails off which led to him cutting me then sent me to a new chair for someone else to do my nails just to tell me they have to soak it off and there’s not enough time. They tried to make me pay for it and laughed when I said I’m not going to. This is how I left their nail shop.

My daughter and myself have been coming to Holly for a little over 3 years now. I live in Reno NV and I travel to See Holly for all my nail, feet and my daughters eyebrows. Holly is very professional and affordable. NV prices are so over priced and not to mention they dont do designs, you can forget about a good nail shape as well. I travel for quality and to get what I pay for with the best nail tech hands down. Holly is always booked up for a reason, you can bring her a picture of what you want and she has no excuses as to why she cant do it. She makes is happen and you leave with bomb nails. I walked in and they were able to take me right away. They have a lot of nail techs and the place is huge. They know how to do a lot of different styles that other nail salons dont.

The lady that did my nails was amazing they are perfect and such a friendly atmosphere and great service I got glow in the dark nails and it was only 45$ but I gave her a 25$ tip because the nails are flawless and I love them I would definitely go here!! Walk in took less than 5 min

Worst experience ever getting a simple pedicure and now I can’t even wear sandals. Technician split the skin in between my big toe when she gave me a massage. I guess she was trying to pop my toes but since my skin was soft from soaking in the water she ripped the skin in between my toes. The only reason why I went to get a pedicure in the first place. Prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. Don’t waste your time or money.

At this point the only two people I trust with my nails are Vi and Holly. They are the only ones who have managed to make my nails + nail art look decent enough. Everyone else I have gotten service from has done a mediocre job. This is why I just go for basic things. Vis and Hollys work are the best I have experienced so far.My big no on the other hand is that I suspect this salon uses MMA as their liquid because of the way the acrylic on my nails dissolved while I was trying to take them off myself. I thought that was a no go legally for health purposes? Might be wrong but I have my suspicions.

This is the place I go to get my nails and waxing. The staff is really nice there. I always call and make an appointment and Im in and out. Plus the place is clean and thats a plus with me.

Not a good experience each nail had a different shape. Not consistent at all. The woman who greeted us said what u need. I said full set asked the price n she looked at us and walked away😕 another employee answered the question 45 dollars for coffin medium length nails you can get better quality for the same price elsewhere.

Its almost like any other nail shop where you go in for one specific person . Im not sure exactly how the rest of the technicians are . But Mimi is absolutely wonderful ! Shes awesome at dramatic long nails.And shes wiling to try all the new trends in the nail tech industry . I absolutely love going to their shop . Horrible service I showed her a picture on what I wanted Nd nothing turned out anything like it besides the 2 solid color nails on both hands the lady couldn’t do a simple checker print on my nails. Today is 9-20-18 9:40am- I called the salon at 9 o’clock this morning and spoke with Vivian, I specifically asked if this salon does sculpted nails with no tips, she said yes, I asked if she had any appointments for this morning she said yes come now, I got there in 10 minutes, they asked if I wanted a pedicure as well, I said yes and sat down and they begin that process, I started speaking to the man that was doing my feet who I could tell didn’t understand hardly any words I was saying, so then I pulled up a picture and I asked just to make sure, do you do know tips sculpted nails? He says no we don’t do those here, I said then why did Vivian tell me you do? they started all three speaking to her in whatever language they speak at that shop and came to the conclusion that she didn’t understand and gave me wrong information, I stop them in the middle of my pedicure and said that was the only reason I came here was to get the sculpted nails done, never mind stop with my feet got up and left!

Calvin is the best not sure about everyone else but have gotten my nails done by 2 other techs and wasn’t impressed. He doesn’t give you the fat cartoon looking nails with too much built up acrylic etc I’ve become accustomed to from other nail salons. They are sleek and look natural. He cleans your edges and makes your nails and skin around the nails look beautiful. He takes time to do what you like and talk to you by asking questions. Only issue is every time I’ve every tried just walking in he was booked. Guess I have to make an appointment from now on cause I’m done wasting my money else where

I guess I caught them on a bad day. The lady who did my nails did a poor job and i kept trying to tell her what I wanted and she just had a hard time understanding plus had an attitude doing my nails. Even after I told her there was hair under the polish she didn’t fix it. And on top of that asked if she could clean under my nails and I was told she didn’t have the small cleaner to do it so it left me with mail dirty showing with the clear. I wouldn’t even give them a star

I have been going to location (Sunny) works (next door since side by side spots) and every time I go in he gives me a different price for same exact work and design and higher each time. When called him out on it he continued to argue with me and I showed him proof from my last few transactions that showed exact amount I said to him. He then spoke his language and sister came over that it was because my nails were long (at first) which were same length from two weeks ago then said it was design which I had been GOING TO HIM for almost 2 months. I gave them a break and decided to go in just get nails polished and design he told me $45 when I have only paid $55 in the past!! What the heck...

Its okay. Nothing special. They DONT help with ingrown toes, period. They seemed a bit lazy when i went. The woman who was going to do my nails 💅 decided she didnt want to because it was just a trim and paint job. Like dont ask someone to sit in your chair, to just non chalantly dismiss them and their requests. On top of that she wasnt even busy. However i tipped the gentleman who did my simple trim and paint on toes and finger nails $12dollars. At least he didnt have to split the tip💁

Lack of quality, concern or care. They truly dislike people of color in spite of the fact that some of them are darker then most black folk. I go to any nail shops to relax which is in possible in such a backward atmosphere. Be smart take your money to any other nail shops. This one trully needs to be closed down. Pay for quality. People of color we can make them treat us better or shut them down. Dont pay for poor service. Demand the type of service you deserve. If you deserve it keep pouring your money into a place that only sees you as a dollar. Well I am a person that deserves to be treated as such.......

This is the only place I go to get my nails done.PERFECT job. But with eyelashes there not so good.. Id say about a 3 out of 10 on lashes.

Very unprofessional. Do not care about appointments made weeks prior. Claim to do good nails as Tammy says and are cheap and very low quality. Went for an appointment with Tammy, she had some random worker do my nails and it was not at all what I wanted. The design was so ugly and all the rhinestones fell off within a day or two. Too expensive for their customer service and quality. Will never come back.

I got a pedicure yesterday and I when I walked in I asked for full set and pedicure, while she was giving me a pedicure I asked her to give my the nail color thing so I can chose my color and she never did and she started doing her own color yellow and white so I asked her what she was doing I was trying to chose a light pink idk where she got those colors and when she was done she rushed me out so fast she didn’t even let my nails dry when I walked out they got chipped never coming back here again wouldn’t recommend anyone to get pedicures here they suck!!!

I took my 83 year old mother to there nails store. My younger sister takes her there all the timee I didnt know prices nor did mother remember pricing that she normally got. I sent mother to ask the receptionist the service cost that she would need since I was paying for it. My mother returned to the car and said that the lady said she could not give her an estimate or the cost of services until she got into the chair. I was surprised. I expected pricing to be shown somewhere. I told mother well wait. Maybe when she sit in the chair they would give her a price. That did not happen and so I called another sister and she showed up to get pricing. She gets her nails done elsewhere and is familiar with pricing averages. She tried to find out the prices but they would not talk to her. Everybody played like they didnt understand English or they didnt understand it much. I approached the lady that was working on my mothers foot. I tapped her on the shoulder lightly. I told her to stop until she gave me a price for her Services because I was paying. The lady looked at me and ignored me. She started sanding my mothers feet again. I tapped her on the shoulder again and I repeated, stop! you will not get paid a dime until I know the cost of your services. All of a sudden everybody knew English. Everybody started talking to me. I told everybody Im not talking to anyone else other than the lady working on my mamas foot. I want a price before we proceed forward. I sat down and waited for someone to approach me. One of those ladies that really couldnt speak English or understand English approach my sister with pricing. My sister told me the total services for nails and feet was $59. I stayed there and my sister left. My mother sat there waiting for 15 minutes in the chair to get her nails done after completing her feet wash so I approach my mother after and I asked her whats going on? She said Im waiting for somebody to do my nails. I looked over to the lady that worked on her foot and toward the lady that put her in the nail chair. One was having and the other on the phone. When they saw me look at them we were approached with readiness to do moms nails.They comometed the job but didnt want to give me a written receipt although they had receipt books on their desk. I told them i wasnt paying until i got a written itemized receipt. A well enlish spoken girl approach and i finally got a receipt and i paid the $59 in cash and that angered them they wanted me to paywith mycredit card.
