I have been going here for a year now and have never been disappointed. I have been to alot of nail shops and been to some of them 2-3 times and they would not remember me. Ms. Kim has remembered me since the first time I came in and has been so personable. I appreciate her I appreciate her staff and I appreciate her caring about who her customers are. You are stuck with me 🤣💖

I go to American nails all the time Kim and Hannah do an amazing job on nails and feet as well as Anne! I would definitely recommend them top quality and great job done!

Love Tram and Ann, they are my girls. Everyone is very nice!! Love my nailsPs: have been going here for almost 10 years.. all the bad reviews are the ppl that havent found their right place to get their nails done by the same person all the time! At each and every salon there will be a person that absolutely doesnt know what they are doing just like with any other occupation...hairstylist., facials., waxing,. Chiropractor.,...etc. Not everyone loves their job! find your person, make an apt and stick with them. Best advice to everyone, stick with your person, call and make an apt.

If i could give-5 star i would. I only needed one hand done. My original set is Coffin plain white gel. Specifically asked if they can copy exactly my original set, lady said yes. Finished product was absolutely hideous. My nails lol extremely bulky. Thick and crooked. I paid and tipped. But highly recommend more modern salon.

They get down on your nails feet and eyebrows there are good women that work there and please leave them a tip you will keep coming back and there like your family no matter what color you are and you know what I mean this is the best nail shop you will ever go to😀😀😁 Im so happy I found this place ladies

I went with my nieces for a pedicure. The staff was friendly staff and the premises very clean. We were especially impressed with the care and attention. It was no problem getting an appointment or finding parking. Also seemed very affordable.

I called for a last minute appointment on a Saturday evening and they fit me in no problem. Tram was my tech and she was awesome! Really nice and easy to talk to not overly chatty, she was fast, my nails are thin like i like then, she didnt ever hurt me and listen to my requests and created a unique design for me. Cant wait to go back.

Literally the best nail shop experience I have ever had. The shop did not awful. They put the plastic over in the tub for the pedicure making sure its clean. They give you 4 different options for pedixure ranging frm 20$-40. I got the 30$ one and it was more than worth it. The selection of polish was a little lacking but I believe its because most people are opting now for gel polish. I will definitely be back

Shop is very clean. Quality products are used there. Tram, Ann, Kim and Linda do good work. Staff is friendly to all ethnicities. Prices are reasonable.

They do nice job. I had a spa pedicure and a acrylic nail repair and fill. The ladies take great care and are real perfectionists.

They were very fast. They did a great job on my 8 yr old sons manicure too, theyre good with kids! Great work!💅🏾👍🏾😀

Got my nails done Thursday by Monday the paint is peeling off I going to see somebody about it and they told me to come back later theres two nails and these were just acrylic nails I paid $35 for them for a set I have never paid that much but I figured okay well the price is probably went up but now its peeling off and they wont even take care of it unless I want to spend another couple hours down there I dont know if Ill be going back

I would give them 0 stars for my overall experience. Me and a friend when to American Nails a week ago. I was over charged for my nails. I also purchased a spa pedicure, which was terrible. The pedicure I received was by far the WORST pedicure. I have experience in my whole 22 years of living. My little cousin who is FIVE does I better job. My toe nail poish started to chip within 2 days. When I went to get the nail fixed. The lady who originally did my pedicure tried to just slap on another coat of nail poish to fix the toe nail. When I asked her to remove the poish first she acted like she could not understand me( last time that was not the case). I had to literally say exuse me SIX times until she looked up. Long story short the whole time the empolyee spoke their native language talking about me. I felt very uncomfortable as one could imagine. One of them even left her station to walk over to pedicure station where I was sitting see what they were talking about, then acted like she went to see something eles. I dont have to speak the language to know I am beening talked about in a negative way. More then 90% for communication is nonverbal. If you are looking to have relaxing and positive experience at nail salon. I highly suggest another salon. I would hate for anyone to go through what I did. Dont say you werent warned. Major messed up. If you cant do it just say so. She did get my whole nail and I didnt have to ask so Ill see what happens when I get a fill.

Terrible experience! They had four people working and only one out of the four knew how to do gel nails which is ridiculous! How can you call yourself a nail shop but not have employees who are skilled to do them?!? After waiting almost a hour I left. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worst service!

Staff was very accommodating!

My wife went in to get her nails done, had been going a few times before. The only person in the entire nail shop that can do nails is the owner, she had gotten them done by the owner the first time so was fooled. The last time she went the owners son did her nails and did a horrible job! And was rude on top of it! Never going back again!
