They did such a horrible job on my nails the day before me wedding, I asked them to corrected it or give me my money back but they refused and threatened to call the cops on me forcing me to pay for a horrible job. Woke up the day of my wedding and the nails were turning brown with black little flakes all over the white nails, and to make matters worse I had no time to correct them and when I called to talk to someone they kept hanging up on me and I have not yet gotten a call back. Would HIGHLY not recommend going here at all!!!

Took my mother there for a pedicure and was greater at the door by a rude woman who said were busy right now. The place was empty with only one customer in it. She didnt offer us a time to come back or anything. She came off like we were inconveniencing her by coming into her establishment. I dont recommend this place for anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience my fiance took her daughter to get there nails done together for the first time the day before our wedding it was supposed to be a simple job white nails and toes with the words I do on the nail, when they where finished my fiance tried showing them how blotchy and uneven of a job the did and instead of correcting the mistake they threatened to call the cops forcing her to pay for a very bad and blotchy job the next day (day of the wedding she woke up and the nails are turning brown and revealed black specs with zero time to correct it whats worse is how they handled everything once the problem was addressed by refusing to acknowledge they made a mistake do your self a favor since they charge the same anyways and just go to a real professional and stay away from these clowns I promise youll regret going here

I have an Akita. Ive taken him to many places to bathe him myself, very very few have decent blow dryers. Which is the #1 reason im so happy i found this place! I cant remember the last time I actually left a dog wash facility and my dog was actually dry.Friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. GREAT PRICES! Theres no timing on the self dog wash so you dont feel hurried. Clean facility with everything you need to clean up your fur child!I will recommend this place to family and friends and continue going back!

Place was fairly empty but for one costumer getting a pedicure. I had no appointment but I was promptly seated. She did a great job on my pedicure. The problem came after I was charged $40 instead of the $30 dollar package pedicure we agreed to.Im not from Sacramento so I probably wont be back to this specific place.It was ok...nothing special to make me comeback on my next visit to Sac.

Just visited this salon again as it is UNDER NEW Management - very happy with the results. If you are looking for a change, try this place - very nice clean decor, nice prints on the wall, very comfortable pedicure massage chairs. Gentle leg massage which I loved. I was stopping at the UPS store and saw the sign for changed management and thought I would give it a try. I was VERY HAPPY> highly recommend you check it out.

I’m sorry I do not understand any the bad reviews that are posted I have to say I am the most honest review... and when I say nail works is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to I’m not over exaggerating the shop is clean they greet you when you walk in the door everything is classy and it’s funny that one of the reviews complained about them closing in 30 minutes early when I have literally stayed behind two hours after closing and three employees waited on me until I was absolutely done even though they have families at home they stayed to make sure I was 100% satisfied you could not find that Service anywhere in Sacramento not only are the nails fantastic, Nick which is my go to nail technician his work is fantastic I don’t even have to give him an idea his freestyle work is phenomenal. They also do really great pedicures and they now offer massages which I cannot wait to try. And to top it all off their prices are extremely reasonable. They don’t pressure you into buying a whole bunch of services that atmosphere is very relaxed which I love.I come to the salon faithfully every two weeks and they are consistent, they are welcoming And they do a fantastic job and I have a literally been in the salon and customers have not treated them the way they needed to be treated and don’t give them the same respect as they give their customers which is unfortunately..This business has came along way in their work speaks it’s self. This is a fantastic business and I wish them nothing but success I wouldn’t suggest any other nail salon but nail works

When I called to make an appointment, last month, with my usual manicurist, Linda, I was told that she was out of town. I made an appointment anyway and when I arrived at the shop, I realized that it was filled with all new faces. I was given a woman manicurist for a new set. I asked her about Linda and she said Linda didn’t work there anymore. Then she told me that the shop was under “new management “.She then proceeded to give me the WORST set I have ever had in 25 years of having my nails done. There are bubbles and gaps. Several nails turned yellow and one thumb nail was dull.I have since found a different shop and had a fill. My new manicurist told me that I would have to remove my nails and start over or wait until the crappie nails grow out.Believe me, the 5 star ratings you see are for the “old management”.

I made an appointment, they made me wait 20 minutes. I went in for fill the licensed technician passed me off to a young girl who did not have her license and did a horrible job I’m painting my nails. We’re not go back to this please

Worst place ever I would rate it 0 stars. The guy in there was HORRIBLE!! I got acrylic and he didn’t ask me what shape or size!!! Both of my pinky nails look completely different. I also got a pedicure by the lady and it still looks HORRIBLE. The guy smelt highly of cigarettes and did the worst job ever!! Mind you I came with my mom and my best friend and they even did a bad job on them it’s not just me. They have no idea what they are doing. I will definitely not be going back to this location and highly recommended you do not go to this location ether.

I dont care what anyone else says, Ive been to a ton of places around the area and none compare. They take such good care of you and take pride in what they do. Im not afraid to sit at any table. Everyone is good! Been a regular now and refuse to go anywhere else. Always a satisfied customer

Super personable and they dont try to push designs or colors on you like some shops. They genuinely care about their customers and do the best nails in town. I went to three other shops before coming here and they fixed what the other ones messed up and my nails came out beautiful

They rushed to get to next customer. Didnt have much variety. Their prices are way too high for the horrible job they do. My daughters nails started popping off the second day we got them. Mine the jewels started falling off the same day and nails were all different im size. Hands down the worst place I have ever been to!

The best pedi I have ever gotten was here. Super friendly staff! And they didnt sacrifice the quality of their work even though I came in an hour before closing. They really take the time to massage your feet and legs, and with the deluxe pedi i ordered, I also received oils and hot rock massage! Definitely going back again!

The worst location for pedicure and manicure. The employees are sick in the head. They talk to each other, and never pay attention to their work . The guy working on my nails cut my three fingers I’m telling him stop it is bleeding, but no that moron was still looking to his colleague. And not only that when they get frustrated with each other, then they take it out on the poor customers. The prices are higher than skyscrapers, so why this location ? You can go to anywhere . I normally always come to this place for Linda she has been servicing me for years & have been completely satisfied. As soon as I walk through the door today I noticed different faces. Came to find out they are under new management which got me by surprise. I thinking okay, I am not going to think negative, let me just see how it goes. As soon as I was asked what I needed which was a pedicure, I was told to choose a color & it would be about 5 minutes. Time went by, & I started noticing I was getting ignored. I sat there for about 15 minutes or so, & one of the ladies instead of servicing me, decided to clean the pediure tubs instead. Then when I was finally noticed, I got served by a lady that I was unable to ask her anything about my service because of the language barrier. I kept telling her the water was too hot, burning my feet & seemed to not understand what I was saying. Not trying to disrespect anyone but it would be more helpful if the personeel you have would at least know basic english. Also she took over an hour to do a basic pedicure. Didnt normally take as long before. Also found out that their pedicure prices did go up. Unsatisfied compared to previous management & probably wont go back again.

Very peaceful clean and professional. The color choice for nails is amazing. And the technicians know how to shape your nails anyway you like for example: coffin, almond, stilettos and sqare or round. They do manis and pedis so you can go for both. Nicely priced for the quality, youd pay more somewhere else. Eyebrow service too.

I arrived here at 7:05pm and they said they were already closed and refused to service me. Very unprofessional. If you close at 7:30pm you should assist clients until that time. I arrived 25 minutes before closing. It was my first and last time at this place. Extremely disappointed and I wont be returning.

This shop is absolutely horrible. They up charged me completely, and when my card declined and I went to go to the atm, they put there hands on my sister and physically assaulted her, resulting in cops coming. Never will I ever come backHere and will be filing charges against everyone involved.
