In looooove with this salon. I have been twice now and both times I have left feeling like a million dollars! Thank you ladies for your amazing work. It’s so nice to not have anxiety while getting your nails done.

At first this was a really nice place to go to for my nails I could never find a good place to shape my nails right but, I went and I had a scheduled appointment! and one of the nail techs there clipped my finger several times and cut my finger open pretty deep. She had an attitude when I asked her to do a full set and was very rough with me . Afterward she had the audacity to ask for cash instead of being ok with card.. and thats usually because they dont want to pay the tax fee for the credit or debit card being used. She never compensated me for Tearing my finger open and making me bleed . If you want a relaxing professional experience this is NOT IT !especially when having a appointment should mean a customer should get what they needed in the first place . They also ignore social distance protocol.

I loved that my friend recommended this place! I was able to be squeezed in with no problems. I love getting my claws sharpened! Absolutely love my cruella inspired claws and the had me at the awesome massage chairs! Y’all got a new client in me.

I went in with high hopes due to so many good reviews. Not sure what happened but so many things were just wrong or rushed.I made an appointment to remove an old set and put on a full acrylic set. They weren’t busy whatsoever but the nail tech was very rushed, not to mention she kept tending to the only other customer in the salon (even though another tech was already helping them).She PEELED my gel acrylics off with the edge of acrylic nail. I haven’t been getting acrylics for long so I decided to do a quick Google search and saw they’re supposed to SOAK your nails to avoid damage to your nail bed. She chose to cut corners andnow one of my nails has pain right in the nail bed.The way she cut my old set was rushed and almost painful. No consideration whatsoever.Didn’t even have me wash my hands before applying nail polish. I had to ask.And the layer of product on the nails is TOO much. Very thick and unattractive.It’s really disappointing and I won’t be returning. I wish I would have had a better experience.

They did a good job getting my old nails off which was difficult but my new set was so thin that 3 broke only the next day! Sad BC they did look good. 😞

Nefeli is a newer wonderful salon!! After going to the same salon for 12 year, an ownership change left me less-than-impressed. Nefeli was recommended to me by a trusted source and I am so glad I made the switch. The salon is cute, comfortable and clean. My nails are color dipped and I have never had them done so quickly. The quality was excellent from shape to cuticles and application. Parking is easy and there are 2 coffee shops across the street.

Mimi who is the owner is awesome!! Anna also is great!! The shop is so lovely and peaceful! I love getting my pedicures there as well as dip power nails. You will not be disappointed if you go! Definitely get the deluxe pedicure it is everything!!

I love the look of the spa chairs at this location. They look clean and personable versus others where it looks like theyre cramming in as many people as they can. The ladies who do my manicure and pedicure have done such a great job each time. Would highly recommend.

I’ve never been able to get designs on my nails because no other nail shops in Oakland,CA or San Pablo,CA could do this for me. I’ve only been in Sacramento for three weeks because I am a student.They did an amazing job. The environment is very comforting and as far as I know, it’s never too busy. For a classic pedicure and full acrylic set with designs I paid $70 which is decent for how the work came out.

I was in Sacramento for a family surgery. My family member had to stay longer at the hospital then planned. I went to get my nails done. The girls was super nice but two days later I had two nails come completely off...I made it home and my nail tech had to completely remove my nails and start over because of the job I received was very disappointed.

This was my first time at this salon and the staff was so friendly and welcoming! Anna did my gel manicure and she did a great job! She is very precise in her work and made sure each nail was perfect. The salon is very clean and has a great selection of colors. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this one is my favorite in Sacramento. The environment is relaxing, staff are so nice and accommodating. They have a lot of mani and pedi options. I also love that they have the dip powder. I highly recommend!

I went to this salon not feeling very well. (Stomach issues going around) So, as I’m getting my nails done a horrible stomach pain came over me... I mean bad. But the ladies there took care of me and still finished my nails. They gave me water and asked me to stay as long as I needed to feel better. Not your typical day in the nail salon, but I would recommend their services to anyone. Great job on the nails, and even better hospitality!

I have been going to Kathy for 5 years and I love her facials. I always feel refreshed when I’m done. I highly recommend giving her try. She does great manicures and pedicures too. Very friendly with a great personality.

This is my third time here and we got spoiled again! Mai and Wai are so nice but... what I look for is clean and elegant and my man got sucked in and had a mimosa and a man- pedicureThe spa chairs are a new...ergonomic...they dont hurt you. My travels with the military make finding a place hard but these ladies have been consistent and spoil us.

Cathy does a great pedicure for a very reasonable price. She spends time massaging and exfoliating and I always feel so relaxed when I leave. She is very warm and friendly and she does great facials, too!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced, they will take any appointment and will rush your service… every nail is lumpy no matter how many times I told the lady and made me bleed so many times. Last time I will come here, my nail has been in pain ever since. I truly don’t think they don’t clean as their air purifier is red, I have the same purifier and red means change of filter, not only that the filter is FULL of dust. COVID will survive here!
