Top notch all the way. I have the monthly plan. Which is the way to go.On my days off I go for my Starbucks next door then drop in for a car wash and next thing you know my neighbors are commenting on how good my car looks.The truly best thing, though, is how awesome the crew is. All the staff are really friendly and actually makes a point of remembering me when I go in there, especially Bill the manager. Being a manager is all about team building and Bill knows what hes doing in that regard.In conclusion, if you want to start your days off by seeing friendly fun people and the result is your car looks awesome, then this is the place to go.

The wash was good but they have only a few vacuums, we had to wait 20 minutes to use one.

Absolutely love this location and all employees, they are always in the best of moods, very quick and efficient I love coming back here especially because of a few regular employees I see, Theresea is always polite and willing to help whenever I need to change my plates from the temporary one I get from the dealership to the one DMV sends after she’s the woman to go too! Always knows what she’s doing and keeping on top of things. She sets the tone with the rest of the employees to be in great spirit I will continue to keep coming back as long as she’s here!! The machines break down and stop working while you are inside the wash, they need a better system for the line or just one line because they make you wait while they let several other cars go ahead of you. You will have soap and the machines will break down on you and you will have to get back in line and wait it takes so long and its definitely not worth the monthly fee to go through this.

The car wash is consistent at most locations, but the vacuum station is disgusting. Walk around in this garbage and put the same shoes into my clean car? Yuk. Quack Quack clean up your act.

My car is never super clean. If u are a clean freak then u still need a detail every few months along with a membership. Everytime I want to the the vacuum it is full. Often times there is 1 person using two stations.

I dont know about this one. The hype is not what I seen going there several times. The car wash does not wash the cars right. It leaves dust and dirt residue like if it wasnt washed properly. The vacums dont work right either, they have no suctioning power.

Fast, but the employees are trained to hard sell the wash packages. I have to politely decline one or two or three times depending on the persistence of the person checking me in. Ive tried all three washes and the basic $9.99 is the best bang for the buck.

I was really Joking but I can go into detail now. just thought it was funny that you had an old man working two full and backed up lines of cars taking orders as well as directing them inside. Your sorry excuse was that you dont offer full service at quick quack well thats understandable but you usually have more than one person working per shift atleast im pretty sure you offer that right ? Awesome ! I had a horrible morning my car got broken into and I had glass everywhere ! They allowed me to vacuum and when I sucked something up they helped me get it out and they were so nice to me ! Made my day a little better !

As the name states quick. Good prices. I gave 4 stars because the air blowers for drying are so so. Some times they dry other times the car needs a complete wipe down.

I love Quick Quack. Organized, happy & helpful staff. Today they were a bit backlogged. Maybe someone was at lunch and left them short-handed, I dont know. But, we didnt have to wait too long and all was well. I pay $23 a month for unlimited car washes. The best $23 Ive ever spent. Thanks Quick Quack!

Worst car wash. It was a poor wash job, some places looked untouched. Dryer didnt work well so had to clean heavy spotting on windows when I hot home. Vacuums werent working nor were there signs stating they were off/not working. Had a bad experience at another location too. I can go through the gas station one. It works great.

Its okay, not the perfect one, the customer service was great！but it is not 100% clean, i wouldn say 60%.because it didnt clean well, first time Im in,still dirty then i turned right back and got the wash again.unfortunately its more dirty,i dont know why and i dont want to trouble the guy again,i think the washing power isnt the right one for the white car,it would be dark,can be wipe off.also it still got the watermark.its hard to see In the photos,but its true.

Started coming here because the one on arden made my car look like it hadnt been washed in a month. Today the same thing happened here :( arden is way worse tho.Edit: corporate contacted me immediately and did all they could to rectify this. I dont come to this one as often now that they have been a bit better on arden. Still happens occasionally. Wish i knew what caused it

Ive been there a couple of times the cars never really dry and theres always green or bluish dots on the car from the soap thats not rinsed off

I usually come here and am welcomed with kind employees. However, my last recent visit, one of the employees that I dealt with, I believe went by the name of Brandon, was rude and stand offish. He made made the usually smooth experience at this place, much more difficult and uncomfortable than it needed to be. I am disappointed with the service from this particular employee.

Vacuum area too crowded

This location is fairly new, and easy to access. Super friendly staff every time I go. There are a lot of vacuums at this location which is very convenient. I really like the layout of this one as you can drive up right from the entrance on one side, and drive out the other way and youre not crossing traffic to get out. I highly recommend Quick Quack in general.

Recently got my car washed here and the professionalism combine with the quality of the wash was outstanding. Had a coupon and also had a chance to speak with a manager there named Samantha and she is doing such a good job I wish I could give 100 stars. My experience was less then desirable. As a member I was confused as to how the young man was processing cars. When I pulled up there was 1 car in front of me and 2 cars to the right of me. The attendant processed the two cars on the right and then the car in front of me, during this time a car pulls up on the right side of me and after the attendant finished process the car in front of me, he went to the car that had just pulled up. When he came to process my car I asked he how do they service cars because I was here before the car to my right and he said we generally go zig zag but there is no real process. Also as a member they need a better system like a qr code chipped sticker, that I can put in my front window because if I already paid for unlimited service they shouldnt have to run my tag and ask me what service I want. I hope this lands on the right persons desk because the product is good but the service and processes need work.

I enjoy the flexibility of paying for a single visit or a monthly rate. If you are visiting more than once a month or is worth it to subscribe. They are friendly staff and the car wash does a very good job. The vacuum spot is always busy but understandable. Every visit I have gotten a free dash wipe and this past time a free air freshener . Will continue going!

Quick quack always got my back. I was feeling a little down, I just crashed my Benz into a flock of wild geese, these things came out of nowhere! It was like the geese knew Thanksgiving was coming and the new duck hunter arcade game version 2.0 was getting released and they were sick of life and tired of human bullshxxt! So they committed suicide! I almost lost control, feathers everywhere! I was upset and damn near traumatized and considering going Vegan. So I decided, ahhh! Quick Quack will fix all my problems :) . I came through, feeling a little better but very skeptical. First thing I seen was a damn duck, and i had flashbacks of my car accident! I almost turned around but a service member was approaching and they looked serious! I immediately went for the highest premium package as my car was bad!!!! The dude took my payment, slid my card on his iPad quicker then I can say quick quack and proceeded to write what looked like artwork or his graffiti name on my windshield . They told me to pull forward and started screaming through the noise. Nuetral!!!! I listened. By the time my car was done getting its manicure I found a spot to park and vacuum, I jumped out and low and behold my car was spotlesss!!!!!! It was as if the quick quack duck himself forgave me for my accident with his cousins the suicidal geese.

They got rid of some of the flashing lights, kids liked it a lot less.😅

I love this location! I’m always in and out. They do a great job at keeping the line moving even during the busy summer months. It can’t be easy having a outside job when it’s really warm outside but they always are professional and nice. That’s commendable in my opinion because a lot of people fold in the heat and get mean but these employees here never do and I’ve been coming here for years. Every now and then I am gifted with a free car wash coupon for different reasons. This is my favorite place to get my car washed! All the staff I’ve encountered have been phenomenal but I must shout out Hillari. She is always so polite, kind and welcoming! Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

I paid for the $26.99 unlimited wash, I received the $15.99 unlimited wash wish is not a very good wash. When completed I noticed that my car was still dirty and had to go back through.

I have yet to be disappointed in the service I receive as a monthly member. Yes they sometimes have minor breakdowns and I can go to another site for a rewash, but the mechanical problems are usually fixed rather promptly. I have no intentions of leaving them anytime soon. Keep up the great service ya all.

Second Quick Quack wash at a second location and my car looks great. Only criticism is that the sign says make two lanes,which no one does, and it would require and awkward merging of lanes at the car wash entrance.My daughter loves the multicolored car wash experience. Im sure we will go for another wash again.

Machinery malfunctioned while we were inside, causing three cars to hit us from behind. Operator came out to say it was our fault. It took forever to get any information for our insurance. All we needed was a business card with the managers name and phone number.Nobody asked if we were okay or helped to resolve the issue.Our insurance found us not at fault.Find another car wash. This place does not care about its customers.

Clean water, nice manager but vacuum cleaner hoses are broken.

This place is super inexpensive and easy and fast. Essentially, you drive your car through a tunnel of foam, water, detergents and who knows what else and when you get through to the other end there is an endless supply of super powerful self serve vacuum cleaner. I mean, you have to put some work in but its a great value.
