Didnt like the fact that staff is so unprofessional they had me sitting in the parking lot for a very long time when I should have been in the back and no one told me had to keep asking different people what to do.

It went pretty well. Before I went, i read the reviews which were mostly negative. So with that in mind, I spoke with the service tech prior to my oil change & assured him if he did a great job Id leave him a nice tip. For $12 oil change, why not? Not only was he amicable & easygoing, he took his time & did a job well done. Sometimes it just takes an empathetic heart to tame the flame. If you were out there slaving for $12 per job for the boss wallet, would you remain a happy camper thru the day?? Use logic, stay humble, be kind. Youll get a lot further.😉

Like family been around since forever good fast service. Need more women in the crew because lacking attention to detail with interior cleaning.

They change the oil in my truck for ten bucks been going there for years

Horrible customer service. Washed my wifes car streaked it and refused to rewash car. They wiped it and hurried her along. I had an oil change done there that day and they only drained about half of the old oil. SERVICE DOESNT MATCH MONEY SPENT. TRY SOMEWHERE THAT RESPECTS YOU AND YOUR 💰

They are pretty good and fast. The bad part is that the price of oil and a filter on top of labor fees is rising. You can get a cheaper deal other places that sell ill together. Sadly. But its still good because you just pull up and stay in your car.

I pull up in a kia soul and it was 28 dollars to wash it and do the inside and the car is hella small. I was very disappointed and I been coming here for years and my car club but now they just lost lots of busines from us.

Bring your oil and filter and they will give you an oil change for under $15 bucks. Everyone in sacramento who drives a car should be using this location for oil changing services. The wait is always short. You sit in your car and he points to you and u drive up. Give him the oil and filter. U can stand and watch the magic happen... love this place

I Always come here and im always happy. Oil changes or car washes. Get it all done here. Its 30$ to have them clean the inside and outside of your car. CASH ONLY. Their CASH ONLY sign is small af so thats why they didnt get 5 stars. Because i had to leave my id and go get cash and it was completely an inconvenience. BIGGER CASH ONLY SIGN, MY ONLY COMPLAINT

My last wash was rushed. My windows were left with streaks on 2 cars. A bunch of streaks all over all windows. Wasnt wiped down right during wash or dry! Im not that picky either. My car will get washed at quick quack for now...

Cheap labor & quick service at certain time of the day. They used a vacuum to suck out the oil which eliminate cross threading the oil pan bolt.

Everytime i go here the price changes up I dont have a big truck or a reg size SUV its a compact little bit taller than a car and they charged the truck prices 😕 I still go but they have changed since i started going couple years ago

They do a Great job washing and cleaning your car. I would recommend this place.

Wasnt here that long. Well didnt feel like it. Watched them as they changed my oil. Really good deal when you bring the supplies yourself. Make sure to tip your worker. They do an amazing job.

It took me longer to come back with my oil and money and they were about to closed and the guy went nutts and started being rude. No reason to be rude.all he needs to say is sorry but were closed.

Went there for oil change then car washed. The car wash was so so job but $$$ if you have suv and didnt even do good job on cleaning the inside. Even outside was not wipe down correctly.

I wish this place had a phone number I could call and talk about my horrible experience here. I paid the cost of the service and the man who cleaned my car said something very inappropriate as I walked away. Inappropriate language and assumed I didn’t speak Spanish. Really upset I had to go through this. The employees name was Carlos and I hope something is done about this.
