The people are very courteous. I feel like my car gets out cleaner here. They also have good, powerful vacuums working every time. Their rates are a little higher but I like the services better. The only downside is they have less car spots to dry and clean your car .

Very easy just drive up and they scan your windshield and your in....Good price. I go once a week on the way home. Takes about 15 minutes and Im back on the road

Still somewhat of a new carwash. Cant beat the monthly specials. So whenever its available... I highly suggest taking advantage of it.

09/09/21 : I Took My Wifes Jeep in this afternoon to try and get some fresh yellow paint off of her tires. I had the pleasure of meeting Isaiah who was really polite, Professional, and understanding of the situation. I asked him how many washes he thought I would need to get it off. He told me straight up that it probably wont come off in the wash but he said its worth a shot. He even gave me a free wash to try and resolve my delima & His partner Jose Also took his time spraying the tires to try and get it off. Shout out to them both!! 5 Star Service!!

Good drive-thru carwash that recently opened. The least expensive carwash is a good value at $7. It also has the advantage (unlike other carwashes) in that its hard to use the vacuums without actually going through the wash. That means they are less likely to get trashed by people who spend hours using the free vacuums to detail their cars. UPDATE: The least expensive wash has gone up to $9.00, so not such a great value. My driveway and hose are looking better and better.

I was so hopeful - the wash I usually go to does a great job but the last two times I still had pollen spots - yes I know they are a bit harder to remove but I was hopeful. Lets start with the good 👍 the customer service was friendly and knowledgeable The bays where you can vacuum and clean the interior were well stocked and shaded with a powerful vac system. I was provided an interior wipe upon arrival for the dash and steering wheel. Now the wash. I purchased the professional clean which is their version of the works. The hand apply a pre-scrub.When I came out the other side my vehicle was still significantly wet and required a hand wipe down to properly dry and prevent spotting. I drive a cmax

It was a good car wash and I love it has both vacuum and compressed air hoses. We stopped here just because it was convenient. We much preferred our regular car wash that is closer to our home for actually getting the car cleaner. We felt the car still had a bit of grit on the surface. All the attendants were pleasant and helpful.

I don’t recommend for anyone to go here they’re sooooo rude no costumer service they broke my back light then talking about some “oh it was lose from the beginning” even in the camera it shows it wasn’t lose they just don’t want to pay and they don’t really care about the costumers here

Like every cheap car wash joint, dont expect perfection. Good enough to get some dirt off, but side mirrors, back windows, bad bugs wont be cleaned up in this drive through.

Cleans my boyfriends truck very well. As for my compact car it didnt seem to reach certain places. Free vacuums no time limit was nice.

Just doesnt get the car clean. 2007 Impala, business class wash. Windshield and passenger side were left dirty. This was s second attempt with the same result. Vacuum area was good though.

Good place, doesn’t always get my car washed in the first run so they let me go through again, even on the higher priced ones. Oh and they upped their prices a few more dollars so it’s kind of expensive now.

This place is going downhill fast. Half the stuff is never working jets are clogged on the driver side. Dryers dont dry. Vacuums are great but the air hoses are gone. Thats the whole point of me having a membership.

AVOID Waterfly at all costs! Purchased a brand new vehicle in the bay area on Sunday. Two of us carefully examined the vehicle in the sun panel by panel along with the dealers general manager and sales rep. The vehicles paint was perfect. Less than 24 hours later brought it to Waterfly and the car washes brushes (or whatever they use) scratched the hell out of the car.I showed the damage to the car wash manager on duty who took down my info and said he would alert the car wash general manager. The manager said his wash was not responsible for the damage and did not cause it LOL.I took the vehicle to a local dealership along with 2 detail shops. All agreed the only reasonable possibility was the car wash damaged the vehicle. All of the scratches were horizontal in perfect alignment to how the brushes move.The car is being buffed, polished and having paint correction now...a brand new vehicle. If that doesnt fix all the scratches some surfaces may need to be repainted.

New clean facility with a helpful and kind staff Unfortunately the wash was one of the worst I have had in an auto wash system. Probably get a better clean at a gas set up. I live on the road and frequent these types of facilities often. This is one I will not return to.

Just washed our 2016 Mazda 3 here and during the first time through the wash stopped. Then when we informed the staff they put us through again to rewash the car. After the second time through we found the washing wheels missed us again in many parts. 😔

Hey guys its a great car washed its been redone the vacuums were great and for twenty bucks a month you can drive your car through as many times as you need to

Waterfly on Madison is the best car wash Ive been to. The staff are very upbeat and polite, the two male store managers are always helpful and fun to talk to! I have not had any issues and they will continue to receive my business, they regularly offer good deals on memberships too which is helpful to everyone. If the car doesnt come out clean the first time, they are more than happy to run you through again at no additional charge. They keep their site very clean as well which is less than I can say for other washes around here.

The car wash itself isnt too bad. Now the vacuums are most excellent. Best around!

I have been a $30 subscriber since this site was opened and today a staff named Jeremy had effrontery terminated my subscription when I walked to him show my unsatisfaction because are not providing the pressured air guns at statin and he clearing was lying to me by saying Guns were not available for 1 week only although it’s been a month now. So he said he will make this up and refund this month subscription but Then I found out he terminated me without me knowing!!! Good he did. Will never do there again

For the amount that I paid, it was just ok.

My experience: The first wash was great, but I started noticing they started using less soap. Water is left on the back of the car and on the windshield sometimes. They give you free car fresheners and wipes. Unless they are out and the one on Fair Oaks is always out. There are free vacuums. There are only TWO car wash spots in the greater Sacramento area. That’s in Carmichael/North Highlands and Fair Oaks. Overall an a good experience.

Went in when they opened and the overall process was fast. The worker asked which wash I prepared and offered me air fresher and dash wipes. After my 5 min wash, I vacuumed out my car. Overall process took less the 30 min. The location is great.

There was no one out to greet you well to hand you a dash wipe or air freshener. it seems as tho the attendant runs back and forth from a little booth at an attempt to service you. the girl working the mister and directs your alignment with the machine may have forgotten she worked at an automatic car wash since she had been wearing holey jeans. I get it may be the style but it looked pretty unprofessional. what caught me off was when it came our turn she barely misted my window at all. just a few drops. it baffled me.

Okay car wash. The drying portion seemed to work significantly worse than some of their competitors. One thing nice however, their vacuums all have crevice attachments or the standard attachment. It makes vacuuming the car a lot easier.

Talk about a very friendly and clean place to have your car cleaned and feel comfortable doing so this is the place to visit the employees are amazing and helpful. They clean the tunnel and pads that roll across your vehicle weekly and the property is in top shape at all times we are there very frequently enjoy.

Jus having more car fresheners and vacuums that have suction... that would get you that 5th star lol... I pulled into 3 spots that had little to no suction power.

I’ve just been there 15 minutes ago. The wash was good But some of the employees weren’t wearing a mask or gloves.Specially the lady who handles you the wet wipe and the deodorant. She wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves.I just refused to accept.Otherwise the service was good.

Good place to go wash your car

It was okay. Didnt clean my car too good. Although I can say towards the end, the blower is pretty strong. It blew off a piece from my vehicle which is rare because it5never came off before. Luckily, I was able to have a staff member retrieve the part and put it back on. Vacuum strength was good. I like how they have the air spray cause you can spray the air vents to get dust out

This is a brand new facility right on the corner of Madison and Garfield. Quick easy and convenient.Quality of the wash is excellent. People are great to work with there.

Car wash was good not great, left some dirt on the doors and didnt dry like other car washes Ive been to. However, the vacuums were the strongest Ive ever used at any car wash.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months but no one answers the phone number listed on google. I have left multiple messages asking for a return call but no one has returned my call. Im trapped in a $30 monthly membership.
