Great place to live the mangers are always nice and always working hard all the time appreciate them

The office barely answer the phone they blame covid for not being able to fix anything and the roaches are the size of small puppies don’t move here beware! Come at night before you sign lease.

It takes along time to get in these apartments who with me on that and noise

They have a tenant parking issue. You should be allowed to register up to 2 cars per family. Cars not working should be towed. Screen low income tenants better, so you have no issues. Were not told the building had Roaches until they were seen and they had to spray. Carpets are outdated and dirty. Apartment wasnt ready for move in on day of move-in. Still needed some repairs that are not done to this day.

This has to be the worst place in the world to live! My 19 yr old was moving out for the first time so of course we need to find something she can afford with her income. Well most of the apartments were full and I wanted her to be somewhat close to where I live and these were the only ones available. Well she lived there a total of 5 months and was able to break her lease due to all of the harassment from the filth that lives there. This complex is not ran by management but instead by these young hoodlums and if you complain you are to blame! It is ridiculous! These ratchet homeless girls who are prostitutes with no where to live targeted my daughter and granddaughter because she was young and as soon as she left they would break in to her apartment and steal her clothes, shoes, makeup...etc. When we complained or called the police we were told we have no proof so they could not do anything! Oh and because we called the police over and over she then was harassed by everyone including adults! Where do these people come from? They threatened to fight me and my mom and the adults that live here are promoting all this. I could go on forever but I wont. I just want to make anyone else looking for something affordable please keep driving past this place! Oh and one other thing I have to mention the manager there is a joke, she is no help what so ever! She has the worst attitude ever, so please avoid getting on her bad side which is hard because youll definitely want to tell her about how horrible of an attitude she has!

Really the reason why I give them one star is because the maintenance man is really not good the landlord harasses you and digestive fested with roaches a lot of them I would not recommend nobody staying here at all only if you want to be your first apartment ever getting in your entire life it but other than that I would never recommend nobody staying here

Just from reading the comments, COME DOWN ON THE RENT. Your Wealth Is Ill-Gotten because you are not rendering any service to tenants.That place should be condemned.

I Understand That They Tryna Clean It Up Here, I Went Through A Lot, I Didnt Complain.Went Through 5 Manager Changes, A half dozen Security Guards, Bug & Pest Problems. I Didnt Deserve What They Did To Me. 3 yrs here!!I Laughed, Cried, Prayed, & Lived In Fear Here. They Hurted Me Here.Based On Discrimination Here.

They dont completely fix anything. They are hard to communicate with. Phones never get answered at all. They dont return calls . office is sometimes open or they close earlier than they are supposed to.

When. Living in P.P place they showed 💌management an matance.an leadership.

Okay I will admit. this is A place to get on your feet and to keep to your self. lived there for many of years. my area was okay but the outsiders and people from the other side made it bad. security tries to do there job but people dont help. as for tenant Ive see alot cry Im innocent when they know Damn well they where involved. manager is awesome. just dont disrespect them and they wont disrespect you plan and simple. security has helped that place alot. new tenants n people who dont know those apartments well have no idea how much they have cleaned it up. But like I tell everyone if its your last place before going homeless its okay. just mind ur own Damn business n stay away from the crowds n yourll b okay. remember it mack n centerpark way. a known area for crime. the visitors r what makes these apartments bad. some tenants too. but remember what area it is... you can put gates up and try to keep it safe but people R always gonna come in that arent residents. security does there job. now get the cops to do theres

I currently live here and it is horrible. Theres fights every other day, roaches, && security sucks. Little kids running around cursing and hitting other kids. I keep to myself but that didnt stop the harassment.

Worst place to stay. I have been living next to these apartments and all i see are thugs hanging out there. Always harassing people.

This location is very scary. I would not want to go there alone.And this location has curfew hours as well.

It was the worst place I lived I lived there for 3 years the neighborhood is very bad I would not move here if I was you unless you dont mind prostitutes and Drug deals and people getting robbed are your house almost getting broken into experiences in the last 3 years I was there

A very bad place to live is full of roaches and bedbugs. Vivi 4 years pay the rent on time. And I asked for my apartment transfer and they denied me. My car was stolen in the parking lot. And when I got out, they stole a TV from me. That I still had. In the apt. That made me laugh because the TV was on. Full of cockroaches hahaha. They have a rasista manaller .. I leave this for you to consider. That good. And if you dont rent there and you will see the truth for yourself.
