Apartments are nice and clean. I love how spacious the apartments are (specially the closets). Becky, the property manager, was so helpful from the beginning of the leasing process till the day we moved in. She still continues to help afterwards to make sure everything is fine. She always answers the phone with great attitude and responds within the same day to questions. Maintenence is also so helpful and they try to fix things as soon as possible. I would recommend this community in the future.
Kicked me and my kids out around Christmas time for no reason my kids didnt even get a Christmas that year because I had to pay to move i even asked if I could wait till i got taxes so I could give my kids a Christmas and they said no they did not care if my kids got a Christmas or not
Ive been living here for a while now. Rent prices keep going up...etc...but such is life. The new Manager at the complex, Becky, has been doing an amazing job. She cant fix everything all at the same time...but she is trying...and getting things taken care of. I appreciate that. :D
We happily lived there for 7 years. We lived in a 2 bedroom, then moved into a 3 bedroom. Our apt was very large and well maintained. Employees took pride in their work there. We loved the friendly atmosphere. The manager, Ms Navaro was very professional, caring, accessible, and personable. We loved her. The maintenance team was quick to respond any time we needed them. The tenants were well screened which provided for a quite, friendly atmosphere. Over all, it was a wonderful place to live and would rent there again if the need to be in that area again arises.
My brother-in-law lives here. He really loves it. They keep the outside well kept and it is always clean.
Absolutely Amazing!Mary Ann is the manager of these apartments while I was here. She was professional, friendly, and quick to responding. The complex was made in the 1950s so it is an older complex. The pros to this is the apartments are more spacious. For the rent I pay, I would normally get a 650 sq ft apartment. My 1 bedroom apartment is approximately 850 sq ft. It is spacious, has sufficient storage, and central heating and air. The one bedrooms share a laundromat inside the complex. The only slightly negative thing about my apartment is my entry way faces Watt which is a busy road. At night, I had to close the inside doors to the rooms that have windows facing Watt to dull the sound. I did this on the second night and I slept like a baby.
I have lived at the Country Club Gardens for almost two years and it has been a great experience. Its clean, spacious, well managed and quiet. I really enjoy the atmosphere.
About 3 months ago I moved to the state and city and chose Sacramento in California to change, since the first contact with the Manager Mary Ann, she was spectacular taking all my doubts because I did not have time to travel before to know my apartment Close, she always responded immediately to my emails and calls, on the day of my move in she was wonderful because I arrived after her party on Saturday and she was waiting for me! My experience in the condominium is being great, I have a parking space in front of my apartment, the communal laundry of the condominium is always clean and I loved being able to see through the internet through the website that the condominium makes available if the machines are occupied or not, so I always I go at the moment that I can use them, the pools here are always clean, the gardens impeccable, a condominium where is silent and the people respect the rules! The manager also produces some events here as I might have known but I did not participate in Donuts national day she was serving coffee, water and Donuts in the condominium doors, I loved it! I needed the condominium maintenance service that was fast and very good! I hope to live here in this condominium until I buy my own house! And not forgetting, the location is fantastic!
