I am suing them for lying in court to a judge and getting me evicted. Eddie a previous manager stole my rent than gave me a 3 day notice, his supervisor so happen found my rent payment at their bank they will stoop to any level they are the worst.

I used to live there for about 2 years and miss it. The staff were friendly, my apartment was really clean. The location was the best part as downtown, national park, banks and groceries and the airport, all are very close from the apartment.

Ive been here for about 4 years now. I have never had any problems with mgmt. They all have helped me and worked with me when i needed it. Great location. Walking distance to my job, and everything else. Aaron from maintenance is awesome! Anytime he came to fix something in my apt he always went above and beyond to take care of anything that caught his attention. Appreciate it very much. Happy Tenant.

Weve been here a little over a year..and are very happy. Yes, weve had to call maintenance a few times, but they have always been prompt and efficient. I hear alot about people complaining about cats and roaches...but I have yet to see either. There are tenants with cats...which I see all the time, never strays. As for roaches, Ive been here a year and have not seen one. Our only issue has definitely been the trashes. Unfortunately, most of the issues stem from lazy tenants not using them properly. There is one recycling...one trash. However, lots of people are too lazy to walk over to the trash...and they dump in the recycling; which wont get dumped if its full of trash. Its not rocket science, just laziness. Overall...we have been very happy and will definitely sign a new lease.

As a young adult renting from Delta at first was a delight, but when it came to order, having an action plan in the event a tenant no longer feels safe in their home, and holding specific tenants responsible for their conduct was by far not in the same ball park. It is my personal opinion I felt that because I was a young adult taking on a responsibility as that I wouldn’t be able to keep up or “play the game” as it was later stated. Good luck with work requests and wanting to terminate your lease due to reasons both tenants and managers alike were aware was happening. Long story short I learned that living comfortably in this complex is in fact a luxury that needs to be earned. I got all smiles half answers when the important things where asked about. Just be careful who you agree to rent with and what complex your signing into, Delta Pointe pointed me out of their community but made sure my name stayed on the lease so the third party could stay.......

I enjoyed my stay for over 5 years and during that management changed constantly! The only discrepancy is upon my exit after they conducted the walk through I was charged for carpet replacement and paint which in Sacramento county after 2 years thats considered wear tear! Also a rodent problem even though it was an upstairs unit. Mind you the layout is nice but the appliance, cabinets, heating and air, washer/dryer are all ancient! Be mindful they sent me a bill of over 500.00 even after I cleaned the place out. I didnt see a dime of my deposit!

Kiss your deposit good bye. After you leave make sure to have the place checked out by a professional for your carpet and paint on the walls. They charge astronomical amounts that basically add up to your deposit so they dont have to give any of it back. Doesnt matter how well you clean the apartment. Get quotes from reputable companies and compare em after you move out and youll find that it is most definitely is the most ridiculous charges ever. Glad to be out of that place and will definitely be looking into legal action. I have pics of the apt after I left and besides the nail or screw holes from mounting a tv and hanging up a couple shelves it was moveable when I left.

They have been busy doing upgrades/clean-up of the property. Lookin good! And staff is great. Never had a problem with not hearing back from someone if I ever had a concern. And the only bugs we have ever seen is the usual spiders during spider season and ants. But the pest control guy does a great job at keeping them at bay. Will continue to, live here.

This place looks real nice but.....it smells of cat urine bad!!! So many wild cats/kittens running around, cats mating day and night. You cant open your windows the smell is so bad. Mold is an issue and they will tell you its not. it takes me almost 4 minutes for the hot water to reach my shower.(water wasting) None of my appliances are ok, just not energy efficient. Garbage is always an issue in the garbage areas are messy and always has a homeless person in the garbage. Screens dont fit the window I wish I could attach pictures. Everything is cheap quality I wish I would have never moved in. Lease is up in November and I am out!

So far we have lived her for four months and its have not been enjoyable. The pools nor the gym have public restrooms. The gym cable tv doesnt work at all. My apartment only has one window. I notified the health department about the mold in our bathroom that was covered with paint. And our drinking water we keep vomiting from. Also, the cock roaches that was found in our apartment. Which they do not rush to help. We have to put in a work order and in five days they will come out and spray. So we have to live with a infestation for a week. Who does this to their residents. Not to mention the dishwasher that was poorly installed that fell on my son. And still no rush to fix it, we are still waiting. Not to mention the ants and the leaky sink. nd the leaky sink. Please save your family and move somewhere else. We have been constantly sick since moving here. I will keep contacting the health department until something is done.

WARNING DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. TERRIBLE! Outdoor Apartment Maintenance is only kept up around office. They lag on all maintenance orders. Manager Eddy is ride and carless. Homeless walking around apartment complexes all hours of the day looking for trash trying to break into cars ppls garages patios etc I regret it

They will take your money.. Eddie is very unprofessional and Katina very condensending and rude. They took my deposit because the new residents decided they wanted to change their move in date. They also raise the rent Every week due to yhe market they quoted me a 2/2 for $1360 and by the next week the same unit was $1415. Very not worth it especially with the transits and no security on site or security gates. Im a single mom and shouldnt be penalized for changing my mind 2 days later. I didnt even sign a lease. They were just suppose to hold the unit for me. I would never want this to happen to anyone else. Times are hard for everyone and I just see delta Pointe stealing people money.

My roommate lived here from 2002 until 2008 weve never had 1 problem I stayed there off and on they the years they never bothered me said a thing rude to me its always been 1 of my favorite complexes ever since just great people and community

Just moved in placed an appointment from 9am-12pm to have light bulbs replaced in my unit & this apartments very unprofessional management team & maintenance team caused me to miss 6 hours of work when they showed up after 230pm not to mention thier maintenance man Jamar stole an iPhone plus 7 from out my apartment when replacing bulbs. Went to office to inform them of theft they were unapologetic & uncaring about situation. Manager Eddie said he would talk to his employee about it & get back to me via telephone before end of the day & he never did. Days later still no feedback. Contacting my lawyers on this matter

Ive lived here for a little over a year. Ive had my tailgate stolen, all my tools stolen and then my gas tank had a hole drilled in it. All three on separate occasions. While my girlfriend had her license plate stolen off of her car. Dont live here unless you want to get ripped off.

Roaches, ants and undrinkable water. Move anywhere but here.

This company is a bunch of scammers.We moved out of the apartment and they used most of security deposit on some false claims.They will use your money to clean the carpet because of furniture marks and traffic ware which are normal wear and we only stayed there for less than a year and their apartments are expensive.Overall rude management.Dont TRUST THESE PEOPLE.Im currently planning to sue.
