I live this place for two years when I stay in California. It is very nice and relaxing place. Ashley is very helpful. Neighbors are very friendly. Free shielding carpool is awesome. Garden view is beautiful as well.Light rail is across the road. I always carry bike to downtown on the train.Bike trail is next to it also. It is awesome you can bike from Folsom to downtown in a trail next to the river. View is awesome.I highly recommend people in this apartment
Ive been at the Enclave since 2018 and Management and the maintenance men: Angel & Bret have been fantastic. Reliable, professional, and attentive to the needs of the tenants. Whenever I need something Angel goes out of his way to help out and gets the orders complete and fast. Im thankful and I feel safe knowing that the apartments are safe and always well kept.
This place dont know how to be a good Management they put my rent up and never gave me a reason and dont return calls at all
Wow, wow, wow, wow, I LOVE living here,,,, I moved in 1 month ago . this place is ultra quite . The STAFF and maintenance crew are top notch, to say the very least . my apartment is super nice and clean. the grounds are super clean and even the grass and flowers are beautiful. the area is great ! I park my classic car here . NO problems ! master bed room is big, walk in closet fits all my clothes and shoes ! the staff that work in the office are sooo darn nice, they make you feel at home !!!!
The maintenance team is the only reason I stayed at this property for as long as I did. Angel and Brent are both great at their jobs. They respond right away and their work is always perfect. We appreciate everything you’ve done guys!
Ashley and Zach are absolutely amazing! All the assistance they provided from initial inquiry through move-in was above and beyond any assistance Ive ever received - I signed for an apartment from clear across the country for my son who recently.moved to Sacramento. The rest of the team I was able to meet during move-in were also very professional and polite. The property itself is kept very nice and clean. I cant express how happy I am that my son chose the Enclave at Tiber Station!
Very nice
I have been living in The Enclave at Tiber for 6 months. Great place to live in. The application process is very fair . The place is very quiet and conveniently located . Light rail station [ Tiber & Folsom] is literally next to the complex and close to major highways.Tenants are very quiet. No wandering around. No noise. The maintenance dpt is extremely quick to respond. Angel is good at fixing quickly and effectively whatever problem you may have.I did not regret moving to this place. I feel safe in a very clean, beautiful environment, and very family-friendly place.
I have been living at the Enclave for a little over a year and a half now. The grounds are well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. Maintenance requests are a breeze. The maintenance guys, Angel and David, are very friendly and professional. I see them almost every day when I walk my dog through the complex and they always have a smile on their face and say hello. I chose the complex for the convenience of its location across the street from a light rail station. I also enjoy the parks and trails along the river that are within walking distance. I would recommend the Enclave to anyone looking for reasonably priced apartments in a convenient location.
This is my second time back here. I love the property layout & management. Its a very close nit community. Quiet & very convenient location with the Light Rail Station right across the street, shopping malls & mini shopping malls in all four directions. I never wanna leave this place again, this is HOME SWEET HOME for me 😇💕
I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at The Enclave and I am so glad I choose this apartment complex. Our apartment was in excellent condition and the entire staff went out of there way to make sure we got everything we wanted in our apartment. Shay and Shawna made us feel right at home and answered all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. David and Angel made sure our apartment was in perfect condition. The commute to downtown is unbeatable, especially for the price.
The staff at the Enclave went out of their way to be helpful throughout the moving in and the moving out process. The manager Shawna was very helpful and accommodating about a pro-rated extension, and making my stay at the enclave as comfortable as possible. David and Angel, the maintenance guys, are very helpful and personable, and were able to fix all the problems I ever had with the place right away. I would definitely recommend moving in to this complex
From the first time I walked into the office I felt the care of the office staff and them helping get into a apt for my two grand daughters and myself. We were welcomed with lots of assurance that if we needed any thing to just call.Believe me when I say that is all so very true. The maintenance crew goes above and beyond the call of duty. They are very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. I have no and I mean no complaints.Because of the staff here this is truly a family oriented complex.I have made some life long friends here. This is a great place to come home too...
I loved living at the Enclave, Shawna was my all time FAVE very sweet and humble !!! If anything broke they came immediately and fixed it and by they I mean Angel, he was awesome as well .The only reason I am not still living there is because they raised my rent and I just dont think they are worth paying anything over $900 per month for a 2 bed 1 bath and no W/D in the unit . But other than that the complex was always clean, you never seen anyone loitering and I felt safe parking my car in my parking spot which was very close to the main street.
Great place to live, been here for over 10yrs. Manager is one of the nicest people you can meet
I do not live here but I am in search for Apartments. I spoke with Shanna at the front desk and she was kind and courteous to my questions. It appears that roughly 2 years ago they had a change in management and things are looking better for these apartments. I also noticed that they are re-doing the roof on a few units. So, remodeling is a plus. Not all units are remodeled but slowly Im sure theyll make their rounds.Best of luck to future tenants.
These apartments are very quite, nice, and suitable to raise childeren because everything is quite and no nonsense going on or people hanging outside . The maintenance and management is fantastic and they go out there way to make sure your taken care of as tenant and if you need something fixed their on it ASAP. Living here is great because my commute to work isnt but Downtown and the ligh rail if need be is right across the street. Mind you this is a blessing considering Im a single mom of one and not too many apartments care enough to work with you or be understanding from human to human basis . If I could give the 20 stars I would .
I dont or never have lived in this complex. Unfortunatiely, I do have a handful of friends that do. The property is located conveniently across the street from Franchise Tax Board. With that said! The cost for rent is way too high for what you get. One Landry room for the homeless to crash in and If cold feel free to help themselves to to clothes drying or done drying. Doing some personal hygiene practices along with the occasional harassment. I have witnessed all of this myself. Im usually gone just before or soon after dusk.
Im currently living in the apartment complex (#40). Initially we didnt realize that we signed a lease on an apartment where street noise will become a factor for us and Shawna did her very best to move us to a quieter place as soon as she could.Shawna and Carli (managers) are GREAT, our every concern or wish was addressed in timely manner. Angel and David (maintenance) are great as well, they will come over and fix a problem in your apartment ASAP. Im living in an upgraded unit and I like it very much. Bathtub is not upgraded though, but we see it as a no issue.Staff is very friendly and will go to great lengths to make tenants happy! The place is quiet. After living here for 1.5 months I havent seen any activity I would like to report. A lot of people live here for years - one of our neighbors has been living here for 3 years, another one - for 10 (TEN) years! A lot of tenants are state workers because the apartment complex is very conveniently located across of a light rail station, where you get on a train and be in downtown in 25 minutes.
It a great place to live at the Suff are very nice people
New manager is terrible- incompetent and rude. She deducted 2 months of water/sewer/ gas utility payments from our deposit check upon move out even though we were current since we always included it in our rent check. The maintenance guys are nice, very responsive. Sadly, they are pressured to flip vacant units quickly so not everything is replaced or fixed with the utmost care- they just add another level of pain on. It took the mgr 6 months to get a moldy window changed due to the awful insulation problem (she tried to hold us responsible for the problem and after a month of cleaning it weekly with bleach it got ridicuous). The work out room is a joke...it is about 6 ft square like an old closet. The equipment is often broken and there is no room for more than one person. It would be smart to use the spacious community area- that exists purely to attract new residents but NOBODY USES- as the workout area. The pool is...ok. The location is conveniently across from the gold line..but it is also loud from the train. There are always people going through the locked garbage bins looking for cans to recycle. It is close to the river and some parks in the neighborhood but the main road- Folsom Blvd- is absolutely NOT walkable unless you are just looking for a multitude of liquor stores and abandoned buildings and like encountering broken glass, needles and condoms along the way. Also, they keep raising the rent because of the market but you dont get anything more for it. It is overpriced, in my opinion.
Initially, I was skeptical about this place. It is across from the rail and the reviews about the area are unsettling. So for location I would give it 3 stars because it is near shopping and csus but faces the fwy and the rail.I would have given the actual buildings and management 3 or 4 stars because of the initial impression and Ashley seemed kind. But as we were trying to secure an apt. We would call and they rarely picked up. When they did answer, I was recieved with a lack of interest or a another reason to postpone the application process. First, it was because they had to speak to the tenant about his lease. Then because the lady we had worked with was unexpectedly out of the office for a few days. Then we were told the tenant wasnt sure when he was leaving. They were very misleading with their information. After keeping us waiting/guessing for a week or so about availability and never making the apt we wanted available online for applications. Or even to pay a holding deposit. We were told they had given them away. Poor communication between both ladies in the leasing office. And a lack of respect and professionalism for possible future tenants was disheartening. No hard feelings and we wish nothing but the best to Ashley. But very disappointed with the poor treatment we received. A complete waste of time.
I love Enclave At Tiber Station!! 💕 come visit the best property in Rancho!! (And the best manager, too!)
Mom 20.00please or 10.00 prefer 15.00 5 show my ID foodcos meet library.
My niece lives there for about ten or fifteen years now. Nice apartments.
Great place to live if you like your stuff stolen from you and people smoking dope all night in the parking lot o and dont be late on your rent because eviction proceedings against you are real they will find a clause in the lease agreement and Sue you for 10.000 dollars and they will win and you be confused
Saturday morning, January 16, 2016, I noticed a huge bubble in my bathroom ceiling that was leaking water through a hole in the bottom of the bubble. I had to leave at8 a.m. I called Management at 10 to report the trouble and when I returned at12:30 p.m. David arrived to investigate.Thank you, David, Angel, Shay, and Shandra for your professional expertise in trouble shooting and repairing the damage to my bathroom ceiling. By Friday, January 22, all repairs were completed, and the new paint and texture already dry. The problem that initiated from a broken seal in the toilet in the apartment above mine was corrected as was all the damage to my ceiling and walls. Maintenance was efficient, unobtrusive, and cleaned up the debris in work area every time they skillfully worked in my apartment. The Enclave staff was concerned, friendly, and professional; clearly communicating they would resolve the emergency.I am just completing my first year as a resident and happily renewing my lease with The Enclave. I am very pleased with my apartment home and appreciate the Enclave staff immensely.
Im have being a resident for about 3 years and I have seen a huge improvement with the new management and the new maintenance team. This property has change a lot and for good. I have to thank you the maintenance team (Angel and David) for all that hard work that they do everyday. When we first moved in there was nothing but maintenance issues, You will have to wait a month or more for the issue to get taken care of and that was with a several phone call, now every single request get taken care of right away or at the latest a day. They keep this property very clean and well maintain as you walk down you can see the ground are very clean, the pool is always looking very nice. All the staff are very nice and very professional, they always listen to you concerns and needs. I very highly recommend enclave to be your home.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Check out Megans law website and youll find that they allow registered sex offenders to live here. The staff have no control over their tenants. I dont know why there is even a lease for them to sign since its all bogus anyway. They have tenants that sell drugs, do drugs, loiter around the stairwells and pathways, out of control children, inexperienced maintenance staff, no security personnel, LOUD tenants...on and on. If you are a person who have these characteristics, then this is the place for you! Enjoy!
The Maintenance staff is great. Very fast and professional !
Ive been living at the enclave for a year now and am happily renewing my lease. The staff here is very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommened the enclave due to the wonderful staff. The appartments themselves are nice and the fact that it is located directly accross the street from the light rail is a huge plus.
Im not sure what this is Im just poking review saying I dont know what it is to have somebody to tell me cuz I dont remember seeing it
Very good management, understanable, had a situation with a roommate and helped me out a lot!
Love the placement of all the dumpsters
Nice place to live!
The Maintenance guys ( Angel and David) are the best they are very friendly and if you have a problem they will come to you apartment ASAP
Fairly nice, not too ghetto, staff is friendly and nice to an extent.
Nice area
Live there
