Reported i had no,hot-water and was told being that issue was one of TOP PRRIORITY someone would be there ASAP, within an hour i heard some noise outside my unit, the maintenance was out there working on the issue, problem resolve within 20mins. CAREFREE CARES FOR THE SENIORS. THANK YOU TEAM YOU JUST CONFIM WHAT I WAS TOLD ABOUT CAREFREE BEFORE I DECIED TO MOVE HERE. RON MCKNIGHT

The WHOLE staff is AWESOME! Some of the nicest folks you would ever want to meet live here.

I absolutely love this place. I spend every day in the clubhouse and have never been bit by anything. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the leasing agents, the manager and the wonderful staff, I ALWAYS have a great time talking to them. They are so welcoming and nice to everyone. I love looking out my windows and seeing the beautiful palm trees. They have a luncheon on Wednesdays, hot breakfast on Thursdays, and happy hour on Fridays! You dont even have to leave the property to party like its 1999!!! And get this, there is even a salon!!! All we need now is a Starbucks! 😜😜😜 I love Carefree! You all rock!!!!!

This place is very welcoming, engaging, and friendly. The activities are in abundance, Happy Hours are so fun even the staff stays for them. The apartments are surprisingly spacious. The grounds are resort like with palm trees, heated pool and jacuzzi, and there is even pet areas.

They have good people living here, lot of amenities. Just about everything you want, cards, happy hour with live music bingo the list goes on. Good friends, not hard to find.

In a nutshell, fairly priced given the rents of surrounding apartments; third floor end unit has great views and is quiet; maintenance staff is responsive; management staff seems to play favorites; jacuzzi and pool BBQs constantly broken; plenty of gossip; and more than enough bitter, mean-spirited, mentally challenged residents looking to meddle in others affairs. Other than that, it is adequate shelter in a solid neighborhood.

I absolutely love living at Carefree Senior Living !We have a beautiful apartment home and the activities are exciting and fun! Thank you to all the staff for making me feel like Im actually at home!

This place sucks

Just called. Rude lady was very short with me on the phone. No customer service skills at all. I politely introduced myself and said Im 55 and looking for a one br. She said the leasing agent will be here tomorrow. No description of the property, no courtesy, no prices. I had to ask. She quickly said 981 for studios and 1404 for 1 br. Update your prices. Recent advertisements show 953 for a 1 br.

The lady in the office was so rude no patience. Im not going to even think about putting my mom in that facility. No Thank you

Very clean nice staff.

The place is full of bugs every one gets bite in club house, the lady running the place is a neo Nazi advocate, the lady who ran it before that embezzled from the owner, the bus driver is rude and people living there take every opportunity to gossip about you and make up rumors . They staff stoled my patio set, and only gave it back, when I got angry about it . The week after the manager was up on the porch trying to get rid of my furniture again because she knows Im Jewish . Please dont waste your time renting here, it is insane .
