My girlfriend and I moved into the California Center Apartments from Spokane WA. On November 19th, 2019 and we have never been happier.In fact we consider ourselves very lucky to find this place on the website. Pam and Curtis have been the friendliest and the most supportive staff that I have ever dealt with since Ive rented units back in 1986. We couldnt ask for anything more. ❤

I look forward to looking at these apartments I heard good things about the Management. The atmosphere looks really nice. People told me the neighborhood is very good.

I lived at California Center Apartments for 5-6 years for college. I had many good memories while staying here. I think the location is a big plus. The price is great for being so close to Sac State. In addition, you can save gas since the light rail is right down the street. Another, benefit is the walking path provided by the Golden 1 Credit union which gives a good walk or run. It is also close to variety of restaurants which some are open very late so if you are a night owl like me. I would recommend given this apartment a shot. Shout out to Pam and Willy for managing the apartments they did a great job! They always was willing to listen and understand your situation to provide a helping solution. I will definite miss living their!

I lived here for a year from June 2017 until June 2018. Overall I had a very good experience - Pam was extremely helpful and Willy was always attentive to maintenance issues. I did see a total of two cockroaches in my apartment a few months in, but they were able to immediately get pest control in, and I really appreciated how quickly they acted. I never saw any after that. The apartment was spotless when I moved in and since I cleaned adequately, my deposit was returned to me at the end of my lease. The apartment I lived in (number 73) was great, with a dishwasher and an enormous amount of storage (walk-in closet!). I would definitely recommend living here.

I have really enjoyed living in the Cal Center Apartments. A very quiet place to live and they keep it beautifully landscaped! Pam and Willy have been the best, no issues whatsoever. I feel very safe living here, and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.

Pro: Its a cozy community here. I enjoyed my stay here because it was peace and quiet 24/7. Most of the folks here are nice and respectful. I am thankful that they have Pam as the manager. She is very attentive and sweet. It was close proximity to my work place and the pool was always kept so clean.Con: The apartments are probably a little outdated because we would get mold growing by our window cells. There were two moldy spots when we moved in, but we sprayed bleach on it--which probably tore up the coat of paint that was layered over the ceiling (oops). It had a lot to do with the fact that my 1 br apartment didnt have central air and heating; so if youre seeking for a larger size apartment I cant speak from experience as I rented the tiny apartment above their office/laundry.Reason why I moved out: personal reasons and seeking for a bigger space to live in.Why you should move here: Good management here, very clean community and you get $100 off of rent if the person you recommended this apartment to moves in. Its a great start if youre a college student as well! Take Folsom all the way down and youll get to Sac State/or take the freeway which is like a mile away (or less).

My family and I been with California center for a while now and I have to say its a quiet and friendly complex. The office staff here has been wonderful and is always help to my family and I.

Great experiences living here, Willie and Pam are so helpful definitely recommend it to anyone who wish to have a nice quite place to live.
