I moved in about two weeks ago. The management has been great Christopher and Savannah have been super patient and kind with me as I adjust to my new home. I had a few things that needed repair when I moved in and Mike helped me in the maintenance department he was extremely helpful, professional and friendly Mike took the time to make sure everything was okay in my apartment. I am grateful to be part of this community. Thank you

IM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE IN MY NEW HOME! Huge smile on my face waking up in my bed in such a beautiful community. AND ITS ALL because of management they are so helpful so sweet very understanding like I just love how welcoming they are I’m n awe with savanna, she definitely goes above and beyond than anything you’re expecting.The application process was so easy so smoothly done. Anytime I need help with anything, I reach out via email and she gets back to me immediately. I love that I have a Washer & dryer inside my house. And they have a very nice pool and also a gym I’m definitely resigning my lease I love it here.

Weve lived in The Artisan around 1 year so far and there are no complaints that we have. We ultimately chose The Artisan because of the safety (I appreciated that the gates were always closed unless you keyed in compared to other complexes). The appliances are all up to date and new and the move in process is very organized. The front desk are quick to respond and helpful, Rommel (who is no longer there) and Christopher are always friendly and will always willing to help. Maintenance is on top of their requests and they have always fixed whatever we needed fixed the day of. They are always great at communicating what needs to be done and have managed to be able to fix things despite our crazy work schedules. Our neighbors have all been very nice, appropriate, and have not caused any huge issues with us.

I am 64 years old and have never lived in an apartment! I was hesitant to move to an apartment after selling my 4 bedroom home. ( I needed to downsize).I was nervous for the experience, but more than pleasantly surprised! It felt like I was moving into a big family community! The management and maintenance staff were by my side from day one! Very helpful and eager to make me feel at home! I’ve needed help with a few things and within minutes of mentioning it, help arrived at the door!Everyone in the complex is friendly and the grounds are beautiful! I was able to bring my plants with me to enjoy on my balcony, and front porch!I’m impressed by the package room, where my deliveries are safe until I’m ready to go get them. The coffee bar is a great gesture of community and very generous! There are social events, the gym, pool table lots of areas to be social! My grandsons loved the playground! And, my big doggie was welcomed with open arms! No breed or weight limit!I feel very luck to have found The ArtisanTo live in. The apartments are beautiful inside too. Arched doorways and crown molding!I’m happy with my first apartment experience!Judy S.

Make sure if you move management tranfers your mail to next address. Like seriously all my mail is going to this location still and i move out this place back in 2019. The only thing i recieved from this location to my foward address was a check. But anyway important mail like registration, medical still goes to this location most likely beinf open by other residents

Great place to live! The office staff is really great... Chris and Rommel are always on top of everything. Odir Monterrosa, one of the maintenance staff on the property is awesome too. He is friendly, our dogs love him and most of all he gets the job done as timely as possible and treats every maintenance issue weve had (which have been few and far between) with special care and urgency.

I lived here close to a year and a half. Absolutely loved this place!! The only reason I left was because I was moving back home to Texas. The complex is always very clean and well kept. I loved how peaceful and calm everything was. I always felt safe as it is gated. The community here is extremely friendly and the leasing team is amazing. Christopher went above and beyond to help me with any issues I had and was very accommodating. Deedee is awesome as well and will take the time to hear you out if you have any concerns. I highly recommend this complex!

They do an awesome job of keeping this property clean, very responsible pet owners too. Chris in the office is always helpful with requests.

My husband, roommate, and I have been living at the Artisan for 3 years now. We saw the company transition, and honestly, we love it! The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to have a conversation with us about our day to day life, while maintaining professionalism. The maintenance crew waves to me everyday as I enter/leave the building and they are always VERY prompt when answering requests. The grounds are also undergoing a beautification project and its just nice to see everything receive an update. We love this apartment complex and ESPECIALLY love the staff. They have made our transition from Los Angeles to Sacramento much more enjoyable.

This place is amazing! Very quiet and peaceful. Management is super friendly and they keep the facility extremely clean and are quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns. Highly recommend it!

I have had the pleasure of living at The Artisan for about 8 months. From the moment I walked in to the office, I felt at home. Christopher was so warm and welcoming. He was knowledgeable, personable and knew exactly what I needed. I decided to downsize to save for a house, and he made me feel completely comfortable with the transition. DeeDee is extremely sweet and easy to work with. From the maintenance crew to management, everyone overall is friendly and genuinely cares about you. I would highly recommend The Artisan to anyone looking for a clean and safe environment for their family!

The staff are impeccable! They give great service and they win, individually and collectively as a team. Ive never seen a store work so efficiently together & still maintain great customer service. They are friendly and kind, and helpful. Shout out to the one on Elk Grove Blvd as well...defined as a store that takes time out for you to find what is helpful for you! :) happy findings!

I recently moved in and I am in love with my new apartment. I felt at home instantly thanks to the amazing people here. It is a luxury apartment with a huge bathroom, huge tub, washer and dryer in unit, balcony, updated kitchen, fireplace, great parking, I can go on and on. Great place to live and I am picky!

I am not a resident yet. Will be moving in soon. The manager, Deedee was very indulgent with me. All my questions were answered right away about the property and the new management team. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are awesome. I hope all the changes discussed during my application process (which went very smoothly, by the way) are put in motion and adhered to. I cant wait to move! I give 5 stars for now.

Safe, clean, and friendly community. I live in a 1x1 that is very spacious. I LOVE the staff. Christopher has been THE BEST! The last apartments I lived in the office staff seemed as if they hated life/their job. Christopher always has a smile on his face, always willing to help and is very friendly. DeeDee and Sandy are just as friendly and willing to help. This is truly a community and if I have to rent or live in an apartment, this is honestly the best place to be!

This is my favorite apartment I have lived in. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are clean and well kept. When I needed something to be fixed, it was often fixed the same day I put the work order in. The office staff always answered the phone, and if for some reason they couldnt, they would return my call the same day. The property is safe and well lit. If I could, I would move back!

I dont live here anymore but I do miss living here a lot. these apartment homes are very nice inside and out. I lived here for a year and never seen one roach or mice in the unit. the property is very well kept up as it should be. I really enjoyed the free coffee offered throughout the day and the great customer service in the office. These places are in a great location around schools, parks, and stores. If you own more then one car parking can be hard to find if you work late, you sometimes have to park on the streets but other then the lawn crew that comes every Thursday morning I have no complaints lol. If i ever move back in the Sacramento area I will defiantly move back into the artisan.

Worst apartment Ive lived in! Appliances/Structures break easily. Mold grows in bathroom/kitchen, even with AC. Pool is not heated & theres no hot tub. Parking is IMPOSSIBLE to find after 8 pm. And management is very unprofessional!

I love living here at The Artisan in Sacramento!My apartment is super cute, and I have a good size patio.The maintenance team are awesome ! When I’ve put in a request on our website, one of the maintenance men have arrived quickly and ready to resolve my problem. Including outdoor lightbulbs.

The best apartment living experience I have ever had!! The grounds and units are extremely clean and spacious. I had just come from a deplorable experience and decided to relocate. I was frustrated from my previous experience as well as the frustration of looking for a house to purchase. I was blessed to have met Christopher Pevino, whom was kind, empathetic to my situation, and extremely professional. From day one I have received royal treatment from Chris, Sandy, and Dee Dee, I am also grateful to the maintenance staff who are always friendly and quickly respond to all my concerns. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to having a genuine experience, warm environment, and those that are looking to get their money’s worth!!!

Very satisfied with my experience so far. When I needed a safe place for my kids and I, this community provides it. They offer a gated community with 24 hour security and designated parking.

Broadstone At Strawberry Creak, is a beautiful apartment with space like a house!!! The only problem with this apartment is the parking space which they need to work on!!. If the parking space is fixable, I dont mind living here!! I love their customers services and the apartment it self!!. Very nice!

Great place to live...very happy. Management and maintenance has been awesome when it comes to getting answers to your questions and maintenance is always quick to show up when you need them...very pleased.

Love Living Here!We have lived here for a year and the reasons to live here just keep getting better. First off, it has a great gym! Which was important to us as we were giving up our gym membership to move here. The pool area is really nice and comfortable to hang out at. The apartments are really nice and spacious. My front bathroom is the size of a bedroom...no joke! I love my walk in closet and separated bathroom/sink areas. I feel safe here. The people that live here are friendly and neighborly. My 15yr old got his first job walking one of the neighbors dogs! The parties the complex throws are fun and we always when prizes! I could go on and on but honestly the best thing about living here is the staff. They work their butts off yet make you feel like your concerns or needs are the most important thing in that moment. We never have to wait long for any maintenance (usually provided the next day if not the same day). Mike 1, Mike 2 and Odear are always knowledgeable and friendly which makes it comfortable to approach them if we have a maintenance need. They are very accommodating and friendly. And not that it matters but they have a great sense of fashion and that is always a fun topic! I literally go in the office just to say hi to Dee Dee, Sandy or Christopher. I love our chats and it makes the whole experience of living in an apartment complex so much nicer.

Great apartments, spacious, Calvine is a very loud street unfortunately. Needs a better parking assignment system for tenants

This complex has some thieves who constitute a nuisance for the entire neighborhood. I was a robbery victim, my laptop was stolen from Starbucks and I recovered it at this complex. The incidence was denied by the staff and they were very unhelpful finding the exact location I tracked my laptop to. I had to get in behind another car to retrieve my laptop even though the manager told me nothing like happens around there and that the thieves may just have passed by the complex. This complex I found out have many reported incidence of robbery, avoid if you can until they fix their security issue.

The Artisan apartment homes complex is pretty nice & clean but interior of units is Old. Rent for 2 bed 2 bath unit is little pricey and they charge you a lot for utilities on top of your monthly PG&E & SMUD bill. Parking is a nightmare. Randomly people parked their cars on my assigned parking spot and management doesnt take responsibility for it. On the weekend there is no parking available whatsoever. As far as customer service management is courteous and friendly. What made my experience bad when i moved out they charge me approximately $700 for normal wear & tear which they called heavy cleaning.They charged me for paint touchup on the walls, carpet cleaning & apartment cleaning. which i thought was too much.

The new management is very professional and courteous. Theres a great gym and a huge pool with BBQs.

If you own more than 1 car just do yourself a favor just dont move here I pay 1760 plus utilities for a 3 bedroom and I get only 1 parking and one of my car was towed which I had to pay over 300 dollars to get out of the towing yard and they refuse to pay for it and my baby seat and stroller everything is in the car so Im pretty much stuck with a sick kid and my car at the tow yard cause they dont have enough parking here.

Just moved here a little over a month ago and received nothing but problems. Carpet still had pink spots from prior tenant and was told they were going to replace carpet but people cancelled on them at the last minute. Instead of giving us the option to move back our move in date they moved us in knowing the carpet had stains. Have had carpet bugs causing pest control to come spray, a leaking roof and refrigerator all withing the first month of living here. The carpet was in horrible condition and it was torn from the area that separates the kitchen from the dining area the day we moved in. Leasing office is horrible on communication and you have to email or your call more than once to get a response. The side gate has also been broken since I moved in, it will get fixed and stay working for one or two days then get broke again causing people cars to be broken into and management lies about how long its been broken as if we dont live here and see it on a daily basis. Do not move here!!
