Asia is the best. I stopped coming here for a year since she left but she’s baaaack!! I am the pickiest person when it comes to my nails and she is definitely always having my nails A1. I stay slaying!Thank you so much for coming back Asia!! & Lisa is the best with pedicures!! No one beats Lisa she leaves my toes so beautiful and my heels as soft as a baby’s butt! Love it here!

With VIP still maintaining mask rules ND being an awesome team doing nails we are so lucky to be able to enjoy and relax again.For over a year we havent done much being high risk but should have known we wouldnt have to worry at VIP. They always were top in cleaning... but as they continue mask protocol it is nice to see a business care about their employees.Your team is always outstanding and my nails though basic this time (my choice) are still on point.The extra types of treatments for pedicures is fantastic and allows me to feel human again.Thank you Taylor and Cindy for the outstanding service.

THE BEST!!!Lets face it, there are a lot of nail places around, but how many actually remember your name and the color you last used on your toes? VIP Nails does!!!I have been a client now for about 3 years, I love this place!!!Vee is amazing, she is extremely talented and creative, and makes the most delicious sangria Ive ever had - hands down, bar none, THE BEST.All the nail techs are wonderful. They take their time, no detail is overlooked, and I have never left with anything less than stellar looking nails and toes.I am a customer for life!!!

I came in yesterday to get a full set and pedicure. The wait was less than 5 minutes and I was able to receive my services at the same time. Which is always a plus! During the shaping of my nails I was burned several times with the electric file then burned/cut with the manual file while the manicurist was shaping my nails. She stated this was due to me requesting a coffin shape. I’ve NEVER had a issue with getting burned and cut due to this shape. After she finished she tried to put oil on the bleeding cuts which I declined, they were already burning as is. 4 of my fingers now have visible, painful, small paper cut like cuts on them. When my husband asked if she was giving a discount due to seeing my fingers bleeding the manicurist got an attitude and said no, which was fine because due to her lack of professionalism and skill I will not be returning anyways.

I love VIP! Everything I get done is complemented especially my eyebrow wax. Normally I have the staff help pick my colors because whatever they do is perfect! Honestly I can not say enough amazing things about the staff at vip and honestly every time we go it is a treat and I love them all so much.

I visit vip nails salon last night, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and i love my nails, I was nervous as it was my first time here and i wanted my nails to be perfect for my birthday weekend and they were . The only down side was that the chair that i sat down for my pedicure was not working properly so I couldn’t enjoy a good massage:/ but Thank you vip nails and spa

No wait. Very sanitary. Very cautious with tools and materials. They did my nails and feet AT THE SAME TIME. I’m from Delaware and that’s new for me. Wonderful job. Offer you a drink, gentle and so polite. I highly recommend. Texans know how to do nails!

My friend recommended me to come here saying it is cheap and good service.I decided to come in with my cousinsThey attended us pretty quickly, but no one offered me or my cousins anything to drink, and mind you, there was a total of 4 of us and NONE of us got offered anything to drink. We all saw people come in and they were offered something to drink right away.Anyways, you can tell how fast they were trying to finish with us that they even messed up my cousins nail and she had to redo them. At this point we were definitely fed up.MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE PRICE BEFORE YOU GET ANYTHING DONE.They definitely over charged us for MEDIOCRE work. You can tell they just charged us for what they wanted to charge us, and made up a price at the counter.My friend told me she paid only $40 for Gel which i know is more expensive than Acrylic,I ended up paying almost $50 just for Acrylic and my nails are not long for that price. Please be wise before you come here. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

Stopped by on a whim (Wednesday midday) and there was no wait. The nail tech was polite, offered a drink, and she was quick. The basic gel manicure was only $30 and they did a great job.

I drive 23 miles one way to get my nails and feet done here. Everyone is fantastic here. Asia is awesome for Dip French Manicure. Ive been coming here for about eight years and will continue to come as long as they are open. Dont forget to have a cup of Vees famous sangria.

I usually get my feet and hands done here. Im offered a beverage during the process and the ladies are gentle and converse with me. Usually not a long wait. A great place for treatment.

The lady that did my nails actually did a really good job she sits in the first seat on the right. One thing that did bother me was I always take my son and they let him sit in the message chair while I get my nails done, well not here she was like this place isnt for kids its for paying customers and I was like well we are paying customers! And she was rude to him but I straightened it out and told her she doesnt have to be rude to him and what was the issue of him sitting in the chair we were literally the only ones there now I could understand that if they were busy. My nails did seem to come off quicker but I initially really liked them.

I went in to get tip and dip, first off... the nail tech didn’t cut my nails before putting the nail on (which I’ve never been to any nail salon where they don’t trim my nails down before putting on the nail). Second .. I asked for coffin shape and my nails are no where near coffin shaped. And on top of that I don’t mind the price but for the quality of work she did it was definitely not worth the 45. Also the nail tech I had was very rough squeezing my fingers and twisting and turning them every which way as if my fingers bent side to side so on top of an uncomfortable experience I was NO WHERE NEAR satisfied with the work done and the price.On the positive side (I think it might have been the owner) she went out of here way to fix my nails after I went to her because after waiting 15 minutes one of my nails just would not dry and got messed up, she noticed some of my nails weren’t smooth and had bumps on them ( shows the quality work my nail tech did) and she fixed them so thank you to her for that. But as for the nail techs there should be more communication with them and the quality they offer to their customers because they will (like myself) run new potential customers away. Not going back again after a bad first experience.

I have been coming here for years! The staff is friendly, professional and open to your suggestions or corrections. I have not had a bad pedi/mani here ever. Everyone is great. They do get busy sometimes and around special occasions (mothers day, prom, 1st day of school) but the wait it worth it.I dont think I will ever go anywhere else!

I love going to VIP nails for my pedicure. I have never had to wait very long and the service is always great. Everyone is always friendly and I always feel taken care of! Will continue to get my pedi from VIP!

This place is awful took my girls up there for my daughter birthday. And their nails didnt last a week and they fell off. I spent a lot of money there for this. And for them to fall off in a week. This is ridiculous. I have never in my life have nails fall off that quick. It was poor service and poor quality of nails. I dont recommend this place at all.

The ladies that work there are very nice they did a very good job on my manicure and pedicure I have been going through chemo and gave myself a day out however when it came time to pay I paid and tipped.then when I checked my account 2 days later they had accidentally taken out what the total twice plus the tip.so I take my bank statements up there and try to explain it to the owner he would only talk to me over the phone and he refuses to refund my money even though the bank is saying that they charged me twice and even though I had my account information showing him where they had taken it out twice plus the tip he still refused to refund my money being sick I have not been able to work a whole lot so I really couldnt even afford a good day out but I took it and it ended up costing me but they did a very good job on my nails and toes and the ladies that work there were very kind the owner however is not trustworthy and Im sorry to say that because I trust everybody I guess too much.

Great place for nexgen. All the technicians know what theyre doing. The pedicures are pricier than anyone in the area, and Ive never been too impressed with the ones Ive gotten.

It was a nice salon and I was excited to try it out but the fact that you talked bad about me in Korean and didnt speak English to make me feel welcome definitely proved to me that I wouldnt be coming back. I have yet to discover a salon where only English is spoken.

I was exited to go and have a girls day with my friends and the lady Mitchell ( or what ever her stupid name was ) had and attitude with me the whole time she Janked my hands around and yelled and me to move my hand. She did a really bad job . When I was done she told me my nails where dry and when I pulled out my phone it got messed up so I went back in to fix it and she told me not come back. I am never coming to this stupid vip nails agian . And it great to know that that talk bad about you in what ever stupid Chinese language they speak. And when my nails fell off my original nails where runinded. NEVER COMIG HERE AGIAN
