Came here to get both a gel mani and pedi. Both looked decent when I left and then just a couple days later I get major chipping! My mani didnt even last a full week! wouldnt recommend going here if you want long lasting nails, def not worth the money.

Dirty & smelly place. Rough service, they don’t pay attention on details, just want finish the job & get paid. French nail charges $50, without providing hand washing & massage, not even lotion! Greedy people.

I booked an appt for a fill and pedicure. Within mins of sitting down, my long nails were cut completely off and the remaining powder was being ripped off my natural nail with force. I repeatedly said ouch, pulled my hand back, and even asked if they could soak off the remaining product. After the second nail was manually ripped off my finger, I and stood up and left. Pure laziness! If you dont have time to provide a proper service, then simply dont book it. My natural nails are shredded, damaged and still hurt from this morning. Im still repeatedly asking myself why my nails were cut.... Steer clear of this horrible place.

Mindy is the BEST in town, she does perfect every time. The pedicures are also lovely! Always clean and accommodating.

They rush when they do your nails and do a very poor job. My daughter and I got our nails done and the nail polish was not properly done/ leaving imprints in the nail color and they did not shave the nail down correctly. Also avoid kevin. He is very very rude and disrespectful and does not do a good job at all.

This place is horrible! Kevin is extremely rude and unprofessional. he yelled at me for looking at my nail that he messed up. i also had to come back in to get my gel set fixed because the lady who did my nails did horrible job. The nails don’t last long. save yourself the time and money and go to a better nail salon!! Don’t let these “good reviews” fool you. most of them are by the workers/ family of workers.

I got a full set of acrylics and the lady who did them never asked me if the length was okay or how i wanted them done. they came out being all different lengths and super thick. she cut me multiple times and laughed when she saw that i was bleeding. this place is HORRIBLE and i don’t recommend if you would actually like to have pretty nails. i paid $50 for a set of nails that looks terrible.

Had nails done 5 weeks and still going strong, none of the nails are even lifting. They are always so willing to work with the photo ideas I come in with from Pinterest. They definitely put in the detail and work when it comes to nail services. Have been going for nearly 3 years, no where else compares.

Worse place ever! If I could give a 0 stars I would. My nails are horrendous. The lady who did my nails was super rude, she hurt me, she left acrylic residue all over my hands, and stared yelling at me when I told her she didnt do a good job. She also did a total different style of nails, not what I asked for at all. Finally, to top it all of she charged me ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for the shity job I got done. Dont waste your time and money.

My nails look nice but the lady I had seemed like she was in a rush to get it done. She clipped my skin and made me bleed and not only that but when she was putting the paint onto my nails she kept shoving my hand into the Light that makes the nail cure and then got mad because they weren’t drying correctly. I came in on a girls day with my friends to be relax and I was not relaxed at all!! Very disappointed may or may not return back.

I use to try out different nail places. Expensive ones, ones out of town, freelance nail artists, but I always end up coming back here. I usually see Kathy who is phenomenal, she always checks my nails to make sure there’s no imperfections. If Kathy’s not working I usually see Tiffany. Both are so good. You won’t regret coming here.

This was the 3rd or 4th nail shop I have tried since moving from Elk Grove, the employees are all super friendly and do a great job! Ive been visiting for about 5 months and I wont go anywhere else! Shop is always clean and Im always happy with my nails.

Got there, was greeted and seated right away. My technician painted my nails and did a beautiful job giving me a silver-glitter ombre from clear. The decor is very modern and cozy. Love my nail, love their work, will be back again.

I get a mani/pedi rarely as a splurge, and they make me feel pampered every time. The massage chairs are amazing and the staff is so friendly and accommodating.

I wouldnt even give this place one star if I had to, I never write reviews, but Im very very disappointed with this place, I came over a year ago and they cut my hands up so bad, but I decided to give it another shot, and a different lady did my nails, and not even a full week and my nails are lifting and they wouldnt fix them. I was told they will file them down and cut where they are lifting but that it would be really uneven due to not getting them filled. And I should come back in two weeks and get them filled, what a joke.haha

Horrible experience!!!They messed up in the first place in shaping and made them super thick. Asked me to come back but charged me in full for amending their fault.They will charge you for everything even they are their own mistakes or lack of skill sets.Just ridiculous!I don’t wonder why they have slow business.Any other nails shop will do better jobs than them and would not rip you off this way!

Came here on a recommendation from a friend for wedding ready (gel) mani/ regular pedi and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. I couldnt be happier. The atmosphere of the salon is very warm and friendly. I recommend anyone in the city go here.

I love this salon, I go every two weeks withoyt fail because I feel at home and the women are so friendly and sweet!

I came here first thing in the morning and apparently I should’ve waited until they had their coffee. I got a manicure and a pedicure and was so bummed out. The manicure was so bad, my cuticles looked like I just bit them all, I had so many tags that hurt just when I touched them I had to go somewhere else to have them fix. She took her time with the pedicure massage but the paint and nail job itself was just has bad as the manicure.Maybe don’t go right when they open and wait for them to wake up

I got a pedicure with a sea salt scrub for $35. It was amazing. They have massage chairs, the files and other disposable equipment were new for each client and the foot tubs were lined with a disposable liner. My winter feet are summer-ready!

Always nice and clean friendly people to greet you and treat you well even patient when Im forced to bring my kiddos . One had a person that is no longer working there do my nails I was not happy but didnt want to cause a seen the ladies must have known I wasnt happy so they called me on my phone to tell me to come back when I had time and they could redo my nails.

Staff was nice, but my nails don’t say the same thing. i had an appointment for a mani pedi (which was delivered) but, very harshly and sloppy. my nails are crooked, uneven, and over all not what i asked for. i gave a picture to the lady of what i wanted hit it was not delivered entirely. the picture had silver sparkles but i was given blue sparkles. when she was filing my nails were over filled and cut me to were now my nails over grow the skin, it’s very painful. over all probably won’t be going back and will try and search for a good stable place.
