Always a happy customer when I walk out. Prices are reasonable, Staff is friendly, place is clean & seats are a comfortable massage chair.

I normally would not leave a review like this but I’m so unhappy. Went in to get a full set a d a pedicure. Jason I believe was his name was the laziest. Did minimal work on my hands and feet left glue on my cuticles and nail polish on the sides of my nails. You can see the brush marks from the powder. My pedicure was of minimal standard I have never in my life has a experience like this and for a 100 bucks once all said and done they should look amazing. Will never go back the only reason for the 2 stars is they are nice.

Been coming here for years and i always leave feeling happy and as though my tip didnt reflect the amazing service i get while im here! Great prices and a fun environment! Definitely worth your time and money.

The 4 stars I don’t understand why this place has it this should be 2 . The people are nice but they need to improve on the quality of work my nails still had acrylic around the cuticles and my pedicure was great until she did my French tip the line is too thick. I would go back there if they improve on their quality of work other than that sorry but I think I’ll go somewhere else.

My friend found this place while looking for a cheap acrylic fill and we were both BLOWN away by the great prices and wonderful quality of work surround the price. They have a ton of options including Dip Powder, fiberglass, acrylic, and etc so youll find what you’re looking for. You usually get what you pay for but not Profile nails they went above and beyond. This is definitely our new go too place! It’s not the bougiest place in Roseville but if you want quality work without the Roseville price tag. This is definitely your place. The owner Hong is very sweet. 13/10

I have been here twice, both times had my nails done and had 1 pedicure. The pedicure was $25 and included more than I have ever gotten in a pedicure before. Leg mask, sugar scrub, cuticles and nails trimmed, callouses scrubbed off and a long massage of my feet and legs and she painted my toes nails perfect!! My nails have not disappointed either, I have gone 3 weeks or more between fills and no chips, no lifting, no cracks and the gel polish stays PERFECT!!! They have my business 100% every time! Closed Sundays and Saturdays are MAJORLY busy so if your short on time go early Saturday when they open at 9 am or go during the week, Saturday mid morning through after noon they are slammed busy and you will wait, but to me the awesome job they do is worth the wait! I make an appointment and that seems to work a lot better with no wait.I go to Jay, he does the best nails, make an appointment, they are not walk in friendly.

This is the only place that gets my eyebrow shape correctly! Lets not forget the $1 wax on Sat and Tue. Although I can never make it to those day! This place is great!

1 star because I never actually got any service. I understand it was busy, I really do. However, please dont tell me I can be seen in 20 minutes, make me wait 40 then tell me it will be another 10 minutes before you can help me when I ask again how long it will be. Im more likely to come back if youre honest and say 45 min. to an hour, but now I wont.

I had a wonderful pedicure, today. Very relaxing. I did not have an appointment, so I had about a 10-15 minute wait, but with La Bou right down the way it did not seem so long, however, I will make an appointment with the lady that worked on me today.

Loved this place. Basic shop, but wonderful friendly staff! Best value for a great pedicure ever. Will be back for sure.

Terrible waits. Really bad customer service. And overall sloppy, its SUPER gross. The arms of the chairs are half broke. And it looks like they haven’t cleaned the place in 10 years. Disgusting.

The equipment needs to be updated or repaired. Everyone that came in today complained the water for the spa pedicure was toooo cold. The spa chair barely vibrated. Either they need to accept fewer people and treat them well, than trying to see everyone, running late and doing just any okay job. The pedicure as far as the actual polish looks nice. Time is valuable, I still have not had my French manicure.

Got my nails done here my nails weren’t even dry they were wet and theu used the light xray machine on my friend and the lady before us AND they paint your nails so bad that my money wasn’t worth getting my nails their AND there nail polishes are old and not so pigment they add some weird substance in the nail polish I broke my nail today doing my normal thing and Snap! the broke that same nail had a bubble that the nail glue didn’t go to.And all the ladies don’t do anything unless the “manager “I would recommend a different place girls just tell you

This is by far the BEST nail salon in Roseville!! The staff is wonderful. They do an amazing Pedi for Only $15, you cant beat that Anywhere! They always greet me by name with a smile and fit me in anytime. I wont go anywhere else. Hong and Annie are my favorites but they are all great!! This gets a 5 star rating for sure.
