If I could give this more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Auntie and I took her truck in because the oil light and check engine light was on. Once they were able to get to it the guy at the desk, I think his name was Chuck but I cant remember for sure, was really amazing. While using a bit of humor he broke down every thing that was wrong and and really explained it. Then he went out of his way to break down the costs and everything it would take to fix it. The frosting on the cake was after all of this, instead of blowing us off and making us find our own way home, he actually offered and took us home. Even offered to pick us up when the truck is done. Now this is service. Thank you Zanes and thank you for your kindness Chuck.

Awesome service!!! Travelling through from California to Florida my accelerator cable broke! These guys found me a used replacement and got me back on the road in under 3 hours and didnt come close to breaking the bank...amazing service and friendly to boot. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended.

Able to check my car when everyone else was busy, identified why the engine light was on(14 different things), spotted 2 other things that would need fixing later, and waited to hear what all I wanted done before he jumped into things. Excellent service, very friendly

Great service! I was quoted 45 minutes and they were done in 20. They also have the coolest digital inspection that itemizes how each part of the car is doing!

My family and I were on our way to Indiana from Texas when we made the oh so lovely discovery of a flat tire which turned out to be a nail in the sidewall. They even took the time to show us specifically where it was so there would be no questionability. They were a bunch of wise crackin, hard workin, honest fellas that kept us entertained for the very short period of time it took them to change the tire and get us back on the road. Great guys and great experience.

I love Clark and his gang of excellent people. I always feel like its a family shop and they treat you well.Prices are absolutely great and everything within reason. Their car reports are super handy! Especially when working with people who dont know much about vehicles or what it takes to repair them.

I needed my car to be checked and looked over before driving 2,000+ miles and I received full details and explanations of everything wrong and right with my vehicle. He gave me his own personal advice and made me feel that he was putting my needs first. Will be back!

There is usually a wait time to get your car in, but always happy with the work they provide. I moved here a little over a year ago, and everyone Ive met says they are very honest and they stand behind their work. No problems for me.

I have live in Rolla for the last 6 years and Ive used Zanes for various tire issues and repairs and have always been treated fairly. This past year, I have tried to use them twice for some repairs and finally needed help with some tires. When I had my car inspected there they quoted me $350 worth of work to pass inspection. I took the repairs elsewhere and got them fixed for nearly half the price quoted and took it back and it passed inspection.Today I took my car there to have a leaky tire checked. It couldnt be patched. I was in a pinch and asked for a quote on tires. One technician, Clark I think, called around asking for prices. Finally he came back with a quote for $160 for a Cooper tire for my Honda Odyssey. No way was I going to pay that when I had just bought a set of Michelins last year for $170 a piece.What Ive noticed is that when I need them, they hike the price up. I go elsewhere and find that I can get it done for nearly half the price and better service. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice? I wont be going back. Lesson learned.This is sad, because Ive had very pleasant experiences in the past and recommended them to friends. Did ownership change in the last year or so?

Zanes Rolla Tire & Garage repaired my father in laws truck, the transmission needed repair while he and my mother in lawwere taking a trip. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. My father in law said he would for sure let themwork on his other vehicles for any auto problem! Thanks for taking such great care of his truck!!
