Honest business. I took my car in for a water pump .I was expecting to a $1,000 dollar bill.beacuse the garage before said water pump is bad. Come to find out. I just needed a radiator flush

They tried to charge me 200 dollars extra in labor because they seen my nice car thinking I had money like that not realizing I just take care of my vehicle truly would not recommend this place whats so ever!

As always happens, had a semi major issue way to far from home. However I lucked out and managed to get the car towed to Rev. They were polite, professional, flexible, and willing to work with me as I was from 2 states over and had to get home that night, and leave the car with them and pick it up a few days later, after hours. I was lucky that my breakdown happened in their back yard.

Love the employees here, Amanda does a great job of taking care of all your car needs and concerns and relaying the message to the other employees...The mechanics at this shop do a great job also! My fiance and I brought our car into the shop on monday evening, needing quite a bit of things done to it before we left out of town for the week and they finished it quickly and got it back to us today! (Wednesday)...Very reasonable prices and all together just a great place to have your car worked on. We use this shop when we need a repair, very pleased with their work and excellent customer service! Thank you again to the gang at Rev Auto repair. We appreciate yall so much.

Im sitting in the waiting room right now while they locate a part for my reinspection. I asked them to fix everything but the tires (which I had done at Plaza Tire this morning). They quoted me a price for that and I paid over $500 expecting that it would be done. Now they are offering to cover labor but I am stuck paying for the part. Its a shame because I have had some pretty good experiences here in the past especially with the mechanic Katie. Sitting here feeling a bit taken advantage of and very mad.

Great place! I came late in the day with an all-but-dead vehicle and they diagnosed the problem, picked up and installed the new parts, and got me out with a fixed car in only a couple of hours. It was much cheaper than I expected, and they even stayed late to make sure it was fixed that day. Friendly staff, good service, and a comfortable experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their car fixed in Rolla.

The DIY in the name says it all. I would suggest that you do indeed, Do It Yourself if at all possible. Not only are the staff rude and unprofessional, the self-proclaimed big boss (Alicia) is dishonest and clueless. I went to have an intoxalock device put in, after the install was completed the technician (Katie) was surly and accusatory.After getting the vehicle home I discovered that neither of them had even filled out the certificate of installation (which is required). When we spoke to Alicia on the phone, she claimed that I did not give them the certificate and stated that it was my fault they hadnt properly completed their job.

The seal that the lady set for us on my Bush hog was broken when she set in place. All the oil ran out again. So now I filled it 3/4 of the way with freeze. So the money your shop charged me I could of threw it out a window.

Intox, customer here this is the second time Ive had this. The first time was with a different company. REV was much better at getting me in and out of recals, the staff always did their best to work with me anytime in anyway they could. Very happy with their service.

Brought in a set of expensive aftermarket wheels and they used hammer-on weights in the front. I asked if they could replace them with stick on weights and they made multiple excuses and did not do it. Katie was very rude and acted like she was being bothered the entire time. The other worker kept disappearing. They were also supposed to call me when the wheels were done and never did.
