Had a car to be towed, my insurance company and myself contacted the driver/company and we’re told they’d be here within 30-60 min . After 1.5 hrs passed I called since nobody showed and was told again that someone is on their way . Another 45 min later I contacted my insurance and they were not able to get a hold of the towing place and dispatched someone else for a tow.When I called the towing company yet again I spoke with a really rude lady who told me that they don’t show that we were supposed to be towed.Poor customer service, poor customer service skills …I would definitely not recommend them if you need your car towed unless you have 3-10 hrs to waste …

Was told it would be done on Monday. On Friday it still had not been touched. Went by Friday and my car was left outside with keys in it. I asked for it to be moved inside, due to the kind of car it is (68 Camaro). Staff acted very annoyed by my request. Called Monday to see if car was done, which his secretary had informed me to do. He told me to come pick it up. Since the car was for a younger kid, he refused to work on it. Said he didn’t want to be liable. Not sure of what. We were upgrading brakes in the car. Not professional at all.

My wife and 3 kids were traveling back home to Indiana from Texas when our vehicle stalled and left us stranded, State police suggested Tunes... They came within a half hour and hauled our vehicle to their shop. The owner Gary stayed late and did some diagnostics. Family based business that still treats you as such. I frankly hope I dont need them again but I know who to call if im near Rolla Missouri

Very friendly people. Took my car in with a coolant leak and the owner even called to make sure the dealer wouldn’t cover it under my warranty for me before starting work on it. Turn around time was very quick. We have been taking our family’s cars to Tunes since before I started driving 15 years ago and the quality has always been great.

Tunes Service has friendly knowledgeable mechanics who do honest work and dont overcharge you for what needs to be done. Ive tried several shops in the area and Tunes is now the only one I trust with my vehicles other then the dealerships. Tunes does good work for a faction of the dealership price and is cheaper than most other places in town which I have been much less satisfied with. If you want the job done right and done by honest professionals who stand behind their work, go to Tunes. You wont be disappointed. I can say with certainty that they stand behind their work and if they make a mistake they will fix it.

Bumped into them in accident because my car needed to be towed. Turns out they are extremely knowledgeable with even complicated issues. Got me back on the road in no time. Bottom line- if they say they can fix it, go for it.

Using State Farm roadside assistance, I set up everything with roadside Saturday night for Sunday morning; since the kids and I were safe at the hotel for the night no reason for anyone to come out in the middle of the night. State Farm said I would receive a text in the morning when tow company was dispatched and I did. It gave established time of arrival at 9 a.m. Lined up everything with car repair place to work on our car this morning. Hotel even allowing us a late checkout of 2:30 pm due to circumstances. Tow truck never showed. Called Tunes to be told yes they talked to State Farm but were never dispatched; so apparently State Farm just called for a friendly chat? Would you have shown up if I would have had you come in the middle of last night? Now its after 10am; appt has been missed at car repair place, though they are still willing to work us in. The new tow company is on their way but since they are an hour away we will end up having to pay for another night in the hotel. Woods Wrecker Service was nice enough to personally call me to assure me they were on the way. So if you are in town for Fugitive beach, or stranded in the Rolla area I suggest finding yourself a different tow company.

Paid $50 to have 2 quarts of oil drained, at least they were nice about it.

My car broke down late on a Friday afternoon. My insurance has a roadside service feature and they dispatched Tunes Service to tow me. They were fast, friendly and professional. They even offered to fix my car on Saturday if I didnt have any luck with the repair shop I asked them to take me to. I would highly recommend them.
