Staff were so honest and upfront with me. Took time to explain and show me the things that had gone wrong with my car. Very friendly as well. As a younger female I usually fear getting ripped off at places like these since I’m not very knowledgeable about cars. That was not the case at Plaza Tire auto. Billy was awesome, informative and professional. Hooked us up on financing new tires as well. We came in with screw in tire, Plaza got us in within seconds. Amazing, professional, expert business and employees.

The staff/Tech’s were friendly and completed the work order in a very timely manner. They were even able to finish the alignment on my truck, even though it was questionable as to whether or not they would be able to fit it in before close of business. Due mainly, to the late arrival time and they were reasonably busy. The cost for the services performed were reasonable, despite recent price inflation everywhere! Ive gone to Plaza Tire for years now and they always treat me right. The service is quick, costly, and wonderful front desk staff!

We were over the road traveling and ended up getting a flat tire. I called, they had the tire we needed. We went there, they had us in and out in about 30 minutes! Would highly recommend!

Walked in after having a flat tire the day prior on my 2020 Highlander. Was driving on my spare. Virgil at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Only had to wait about 10 mins for a walk in. They updated me on the tire status and stated they are not a Goodyear dealer. Only having 9000 miles on my car, they suggested going back to the dealer so the tires match. They provided me with the number, stripped the damaged tire from the wheel, bagged the wheel, and placed it in the trunk. And on top of that, they didn’t charge me. My husband and I have purchased many tires for different vehicles over the years from them. This is one more reason why we continue to go back.

Excellent customer service, quick work was done to my vehicle. I was able to get in & out faster than what I expected. No high pressure tactics, they explained options that I needed & let me decide what was best for me. Pleasant experience, looking forward to many more.

Great service and quick. I only needed one tire replaced and even though I didnt have an appointment, they got my vehicle in right away and were finished in less than 45 minutes. At another tire store I spent several hours over the previous two days and their inventory was not updated and showed tires available that were not.

They were very busy which told me I made a good choice. Billy, was answering the phone a lot and was very good and patient with all of us. He was the only one out front with the phones and customers. He was perfect😇 Very efficient! They look to have a good number of employees. They were very professional also. They were in and out of the shop finishing up vehicles, bringing in the keys and paper onclipboards, and picking up another set of keys and the paperwork to start on another one. The place ran very smooth. I was in and out. I had 4 tires put on my car and a 4 wheel alignment. I was very pleased with Plaza Tires😊 We will continue doing business with Plaza Tires.

These guys are great but I guess I got an off day. I asked for them to mount and balance 2 tires on the front, alignment, then rotate to the back. Put the old tires in the bed if theres a disposal fee. I got 2 tires mounted and balanced and rotated but no alignment. I also was charged $8 for disposal fees. I may still go back because this isnt the normal way they do business.

I called this morning to have my alignment checked. They got me in for a 2pm appointment same day. Alignment was fine and they had me in/out within 20min.

They got me in and out for my oil change. Definitely recommend. I will be back.

Got me in quick to check the problem with my bad tire. Was told they could special order any tires I wanted. Called back to order tires. My special order options were tire choice 1, 2, or 3; nothing else.

Have had good experiences with other plaza tire service locations but this one is terrible. Tried selling me service I didnt need then gets rude when you dont want to replace the suggested parts.

Got me in quickly on Friday afternoon. Several customers came in after I did (I am a customer magnet). Very satisfied with the quality.

Was in a real rush. They were able to put on four news tires and I was out the door in 45 min.

Wrongly told me I needed $1200 of repairs when I only needed $300. The lights they fixed on my car went bad within a month so I had another mechanic fix it and its been fine since then. The front desk guy was very rude to me when I asked questions or asked him to point out the issues he was talking about and only started being respectful when he knew I was going to get his work checked with highway patrol then he was all smiles and well yknow we only do our best with what we have. I dont think we did anything wrong but theyre in charge so just let us know. We just do our best I dont think that your best includes fear mongering and bullying customers.

They messed up my car the two times I brought my car in for an alignment guy told me to come back a third time and they would fix it I ended up fixing there mistakes instead of bringing it back I also have to fix Striped bolts that they tried to blame on me

I scheduled an appointment for gettibg my front wheels aligned. I arrived on time and they immediately started working on my truck. Find it pretty odd that I put new moog ball joints in my truck 2 years ago and now I’m the third in a row that this place has failed for lower ball joints. Wouldn’t ya know...it’s only $540 to replace them. How convenient...???One star was the lowest I could go. Places like this are the ones that make people leery of mechanics.

Good service. A little pricey! But very efficient. You may pay a little more but I feel like the job in general was very thorough. I’d rather pay a little more for the quality of work then pay less and get less. They also keep you up to date about the wait and what the hang up is if it’s taking a little longer. As a mother with my younger child with me I appreciated that.
