People should know that Harold Taylor and his employees are dedicated to reliability and a fair price..I once went to Harold because I liked a Dodge Shadow ES he had on his lot.I only had $350.00 and said to him...Harold I will give you $350 for that little Shadow you have out there. He said...well I dont know as he reached into his desk drawer and pulled out a folder. I watched his eyes go to a figure he had written in the upper left hand corner.He then stated...I would only be making $50.00. I then said to himthats better than making $40.00 He then said ..your right and I drove out of there s few minutes later.the last time I was down there I really liked a Ford SUV he has...he wouldnt let me buy it because as he put it....it has a problem....thanks Taylor s for not selling me a lemon.

They had a matching mag wheel for my car. The people were friendly and extremely helpful.

Wonderful people. Some thieves stole parts off my truck when I was already down and out but Taylors took great care of me with human compassion that I havent seen in years . Definitely restores my fath that good folks still excist.

Ruined my car worse than it was before I took it. Had a door put on and smashed my fender in so it would open and close right! REALLY! WOW JUST WOW 120$ I could have done that myself with the door that was already on there! NEVER Again.

Not good, went well dealing with Harold himself but his employees undermind his decisions, superceded what Harold said to do and was VERY RUDE, it cost Harold a $2,000 sale n any future business, and thats ashame because my family n I have been using Taylor for years!!!!

The mechanic relied on his scanner than listening to my wife. When she would talk about what was wrong with the car he would cut her off and ask me a question. Then he decided that he was done working on it and backed it out and went to work on a truck.Walked out without paying.

Often times they leave a tow truck in the middle of the road which prevents transportation through the road.

I will never ever go there to buy a car or get one fixed he sold me a bad car and it blew a head gasket all of his cars are no good to buy cause I was told on Friday the 21st 2017 that his cars that he is selling now if you buy one none of them will make it out of town or even around Rolla mo. Even so I wouldnt trust his mechanics or any of his cars cause we bought two that almost killed my two daughters and my two grandkids so there is no way in hell I will buy from there and I also got stuck in another town when he said my car would make it but now I have to replace a motor.
