Im so glad I found these guys. My other mechanic would take weeks to even get around to fixing anything. Ive used Parsons 3 times and each time the work was done within a day. I can drop my car off as Im going to work and pick it up once Im off. The prices were very reasonable and they communicated very well. One time I took my car in for overheating and they did a pressure test for no charge! Its a great little shop.
I was told that I needed a gas tank lol No I did not, just a part for it 😊👍🏼just like I tried to tell some people lol I bought some gas tank for $40 I didnt need it just the part off of it Parsons took that part off of it that I needed should have went to them first. Its all good I know where Im going next time
Nice people here. Knowledgeable.
Had my cars inspected, quick and easy.
Been here for an inspection and was very pleased. Will be back.
Overpriced they hold your car and charge you and add additional things to fix for more money unprofessional
I have been going here for a couple of years and Parsons always does great, quick work with reasonable prices. I would recommend to everyone.
Very great people and respectful.
Honest on cost and great repairs when needed!!
Very helpful
The guy (William) knows his job well when talking to him. I needed to change my starter. and he did it very fast in few hours. The price was reasonable compared to other auto services. Would definitely go back!
Friday of last week I attempted to get an oil change and diagnosis for my car (it was idling poorly).Wednesday of this week I was handed back a car with a code thrown, and transmission issues without an invoice stating what the mechanic did to my car.The man who was given instruction to diagnose my car, and replace the oil failed miserably.I had to call the shop myself a day after it was supposed to be done to see if there was a diagnosis. I was told he’d call me back by the end of the day, and he did not.If you can not communicate with your customer or follow instructions, then why should I trust you as a business, nonetheless as a mechanic. Before you go toying around with other people’s transportation, maybe learn to read and comprehend the customers wishes first.
I took my car to Parsons automotive for changing crank shaft position sensor and also the timing belt which both together costed me a lot. Mr. Parson did a careless job and my car died off and the engine did not start anymore after five days. I walked to his shop and explained the problem and he only told me that I had to tow my car to his shop with no more explanation!I towed my car to Kia Dealership the other day and they told me that both timing belt and sensor are installed badly which results in dying off of my car. Timing belt was installed loosely and for the sensor, Mr. Parson didnt take out the O-ring from the previous sensor and only pushed it to the hole and installed the new sensor on it. His unprofessional repair costed me extra 200 dollars for the towing and problem shooting. It was a really bad experience doing business with Mr. Parson and Im completely unsatisfied with his service! Your car does not matter to him at all. Otherwise he would put more attention to his work!It is not worth even one star. But, I had to give him the star to be able to post my review.
They were very direct about what needed to be fixed on my car and gave me a good estimate on the price range.
These guys are great at what they do!
