Do not buy vehicles from this place especially if you have children the children under the age of one year old during the summer time bodyvehicle from them couple months ago I told them I want the AC gone through and working Properly and I want the car detailed bar detailed they did neither and now I have no air in my vehicle for a 5 month old child do not buy anything from them they do not do what they tell you they are going to do do they are vultures

Would give ZERO star if I could.Sister in law has had a terrible experience! It was her first time buying a car and she went alone and they took advantage of that. Huge rip off on the contract! And if you dont make youre monthly payment as soon as they open ON the day its due they call and harass you. It was the day of her wedding and they wouldnt give her until the next day to pay. They put it in the contract that you have to keep a tracker in the car at all times. They are insanely rude. DO NOT GO THERE.

I have terrible credit and they helped me get into a really nice newer Lincoln MKX with low miles and the down payment was cheap and the payments are very affordable! If you need a car you need to at least check them out before rushing into something else!!!

Went in for service and they took care of everything in a very timely manner and everything except one thing THEY covered under warranty and they gave me a great price on the repair that I paid for, service manager was very friendly and helpful and took care of everything, needless to say I am very pleased.

My brother made every payment on time and when he had a no fault accident resulting in his car being totalled these guys told him while he waited on his insurance to pay out he had to pay off the remaining balance before they could help him get a new car. They charged him 3x what the blue book value was and to top it off, his airbags were faulty and these guys didnt help at all.

I went to JD Byrider on Aug 4th of this year.The salesman was very nice. But I dont feel like the whole deal was on the up & up. I believe it is a needed service, but not if you have any kind of decent credit rating & not if you have to double talk your customers. I felt I was rushed through the process as it was getting late & I was very tired.(Im 65 yrs old & on a fixed income, SS).I had totaled my vehicle in June & was indesperate need of a vehicle. The interest rate(21.9%!) & price of the USED vehicles were outrageously high,($11,500. for a 2007 Hundai Sonata, worth $3500 MAX)& a 2yr 24,000 mi warranty is NOT THAT MUCH MONEY) as I discovered the next day, as I read the contract I signed. Now its too late to change my mind.Im afraid it will bankrupt me. I cant make the payments they are wanting or the extramoney for the down payment. I wont be able to get my down payment backeither. I dont have any way to get another car.Dont make the same mistake I did. Or Understand what youre signing & paying andwhat the interest rate is!
