Great work and great staff! I bought my truck lift and wheels/tires. They gave me pictures to show the progress of my work. The best part is the price! I asked around at a lot of places and they beat them, no question! I paid a very fair price for a complete set up. Will get work done here again if I can and will recommend this to place to others!

I had a 2 oclock appointment for an oil change and a front end alignment. At 2:30 my car was still sitting on the parking lot. An HOUR later they inform me they cannot perform the front end alignment due to the wear of my tires (understandable) and mention that my car is STILL on the oil change rack. It was after 4:30 when I had my car back (with no apologies). They did have a nice sitting area in which to wait with coffee and bottled water. I just did not feel the customers time was valuable to them.

Had exactly what we needed. We were traveling and called them and with the awesome customer service, we were able to stop in get it and go without any issues. They had it ready waiting for us.

It took over 40 minutes after my appointment time for them to even start on my car. Then after they changed the oil in my car I began to see consistent oil drippings coming from my car. Upon investigation I discovered that they had not adequately tightened my oil filter and oil was leaking from it.

I was referred to Extreme Accessories by the local Ford dealership, by both the parts department and than by the service department.I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 and want to do a 4” Suspension lift along with new wheels and tires. The person I spoke with was completely committed to not only understand what I was interested in but also addressed the concerns which I had about voiding my factory warranty. When it came to my choice of wheels he found what I was interested in as well as explained tires options with me.Top notch service to assist me in what I was seeking and I will return to allow them the opportunity to work on and upgrade my vehicles components.

As the Vice President of the Missouri S&T automotive performance engineering society I will be advising students to avoid this business.I had them mount and balance some tires, they scratched up the face of my wheels pretty bad. Decided to have them refinished elsewhere rather than go after them.Then a friend of mine went up there and had them mount a tire, they mounted it but the bead didnt seat and it went bad. they charged them to fix it.Ive also had people complain about receiving cars back with lug nuts torqued far too tight. I doubt they ever use a torque wrench when tightening down lug nuts/lug bolts.Completely unprofessional. Clearly cannot be trusted with simple tasks like mounting and balancing, definitely wouldn’t trust them to do any major service.

Had a mount and balance on a wheel and tire, it leaked at the bead after. I added air and tried to seat it but could not. Took it back in and they charged me labor to fix the issue citing needing to grind the wheel to make it seal. We hand mounted an identical wheel weeks before and had no sealing issues.Also took 2 days to fix original mistake on top of everything else

Had my spray in bed liner done today. Looks great! Jeff was awesome as well as everyone else there. Everyone was a good laugh from the time I walked in for an estimate til the time I took my truck home. As long as it holds up Ill keep 5 star. Easy going & easy to get done.

Did a fantastic job wiring in my wotbox used a lot of protective tubing and such and made it look soooo clean highly recommended them.

The staff are very helpful and polite. They took care of me when I got my windows tinted. The first tint didnt turn out how I wanted ( Im picky) and they had no problem at all correcting it. They hold up their end of the Lifetime warranty on tinted windows.

Extreme Accessories (EA) replace an air bag for me and they were awesome. I hooked up my RV few months later and the compressor kept cycling and the remote signaled air leak. We drove straight to EA and I explained my issue, with no appointment I might add, and they got me in in spite of there heavily book afternoon. I was BEYOND happy with my service and experience with UHaul through Extreme Accessories in Rolla. I have heard so many horror stories from friends who rented a UHaul in Rolla (not necessarily from Extreme Accessories), but my experience was great.I mainly worked with Jeff, but Dave was also helpful. They were patient with me, explaining the process, they updated my reservation when I had last minute changes and even accommodated for an early pick up of the trucks.I had never really thought about how much preparation must go into making sure each truck is ready to go between customers, and it wasnt until much later that I realized someone had to have checked the air pressure, fluid levels, cleaned the truck inside and out, etc.... Everything was perfect and ran smoothly.

Id rent a uhaul any time. Other wise no. Wouldnt use them. Have had a few things done here. Wasnt happy either time.

They messed up mounting a tire for me, then tried to charge me to rebalance and remount the tire even though theyre the ones that messed up and I already paid them to mount and balance it.

Very happy with the work. Mounting spot light on top of my vehicle.

Highly knowledgeable and curious employees. I went there to buy a brushgard for my truck. The person there advised me not to get a full bumper replacement because it was too heavy for a half tone truck. I went with a frame mount gard and kept the factory bumper. Great folks here.

I had them install a 2.5” rough country lift on my 2018 Jeep Rubicon JL. After I drove it I realized that their were no bolts in my drive shaft and neither one of the rear shocks were bolted in on the top. I picked it up on a Friday and they are closed on the weekend. I took it back when they opened the following Monday. The guy working told me they install hundreds of lifts a tear. He then told me, and I quote “I am not putting all the blame on you or all the blame on us”. Blame on me??? My weekend was ruined. They did fix it but offered no compensation for their mistakes or for my time. I took Monday morning off to get it fixed. While they probably do good work most of the time, I will not be going back. Not professional to blame the customer for what 100% are their mistakes.

These guys here really do treat their customers well. They are very honest, have great labor rates and are knowledgeable on a LOT of vehicles. These types of businesses are hard to find these days. Thanks guys!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff, Dave and Brad are determined to fix problems right. I took my Jeep liberty in to have an oxygen sensor replaced. They got it fixed but it took 3 tries. The parts from the box were defective but they didnt stop till they got it right.

Quality work and they do all they can to keep the customer happy. Ill still be spending a lot more there.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and look out for you by not allowing you to buy something that wont work, fit, last, or look good on your vehicle. The staff at Extreme Accessories saves you money by making sure the job is done right the first time. On my last trip I had a biocide odor eliminator treatment that got years of smoking totally removed, and before that I added the Rhino lining to a 7-year old truck and it looked brand new afterward with their work guaranteed. I recommend by word of mouth, but theyre also on local radio each week.

Weve rented Uhaul from them a couple of times. They are friendly and helpful. The Uhauls are always kept up and clean. The only complaint that I have (and it might be more of a Uhaul online issue) is that weve made reservations and paid online prior to picking up our rental. Both times weve had to fill out paperwork and pay again as the online ordering wasnt coordinating with their shop.

In February they was able to rebuild my axle. Tried another shop first and they tried to convince me it was something else that was wrong. Extreme got my Jeep in and fixed the problem. And today I am taking my Jeep in to ha e the clutch pack replaced.

Car returned 3 times for the same issue over 2 months. Last time, I was told everyday that my car would be done the next day. This went on for 6 business days. At the end, the cost was above estimates and I was told more work needs to be done. Not a pleasant experience for me.
