I appreciate the fact, and it is understandable how the problem occurred now, that the first inkling they had of a problem and my dissatisfaction was a result of the Google review. Although I have only spoken with Mr. Sakelaris by phone once before, I have a trust in him. He knows now that something is amiss and that perhaps others have been left feeling neglected in the cyber jungle. He asked me, and I offered, to update this review. Let it be known that he assured me I will be getting a resolution to the inquiries I had submitted in a day, or 2. Leastwise, I will be back. Thank you, Steve Sakelaris for grabbing the bull by the horns. Commendable!
They made it easy to purchase my new Ford F-150. The entire process was painless. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted warmly and received answers to all my questions. I was just looking; however, they offered me such a great deal, I couldnt pass it up. After my purchase, they kept all their promises and professionally installed my options.
My daughter seen a car listed on the website. Of course it says call for details vs showing the price. We drive up over the weekend to look at it hoping to see a price nope nothing listed u call and the explanation is it was just traded in. If it had just been traded in and not checked out then why post on the website. She still has not been given a price in the car.

This is a very hostile and pushy dealership. We made contact about a vehicle posted to get more information about. Two salesmen were already at windows before I could even park my truck in the parking lot.After finding the original salesman we were talking to, we took the truck on a test drive and when we get back to the dealership and want to buy the vehicle, they up the price by 20k and say it was a mess up on their part.Instead of working a deal with is and honoring the post, the general manager tears his salesman apart in the lobby and makes him look at his gold watch and read a trophy that he got back in the day.The original salesman apologized for the mix up and the confusion after realizing the issue but the general manager continued to say that he did not know this was happening and it was our fault for not telling him our situation.We were greatly disappointed in the experience that we had with the sales department and would not recommend this ford dealership in any way. They do not honor their word and they are very hostile. The general manager is more worried about berating his employees and pretending that he is important than actually helping customers find a quality vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM SAKELARIS!!! Sold me a car with AC that didn’t work. Promised to have it fixed. Charged the AC and the AC worked for a couple days then quit working. Took the car into a Ford dealership to be told it would $500 to fix. The $500 didn’t fix it and now we are being told it will cost $2000 to fix!!! And the guy that sold the car to us does t work at the dealership any more. I also have a friend that bought a car from them being told it had never been in an accident...come to find out SAKELARIS lied and the car had been in an accident!!! Worst place to buy from. Save your money!!!

Love the service we receive here. My husband is no longer able to take care of our vehicles, granted dealers usually cost a bit more, but you get what you pay for. They do a great job of diagnostics on our ford van, and the work is always quality.
If anyone is looking to buy a car, this is the place to go. Matt, our salesperson, was phenomenal. Super nice guy, but was all about what we wanted and what it took to get there. Everyone made what we wanted possible and in the mean time were super nice in doing so. Will definitely bring my business here again, and will tell all friends and family about it too!

1/2I had a bad experience with this dealership. I am not familiar with the Ford sales company as a whole, but Sakelaris was very bad. In the beginning, I was just looking for a car and picked out a car to test drive. Right after test driving, Ben immediately started talking about purchasing the vehicle. I was fine with possibly purchasing the car but was not really planning on it happening so fast. After talking for a good five hours, Ben told me my APR would be in the teens since it was my first ever finance and purchase on a car but never said the price. Ben told me since the car was not a buy as is car it should have been in top shape. The car had a flat left tire and the radio did not work, so Ben said it would all be taken care of before the final paper work so it would be in top mechanical condition and seem as new as possible. The car was used with 153,000 miles on it, and they wanted around $14k for it. They wanted my car for $500 but quickly changed to $900, then $950, and eventually $2000 for my car but more on that later. They never gave me an actual price of the car or APR percentage until they made me sign some papers first. After getting the first financing details the car would be $217 a month with 5% APR and a $4,500 down payment. I stated that $4,500 would be to much and would like to put around $2,000 down. This is when they offered $2,000 for my car, and at this point about two days have passed. They pressured me by calling me and talking to me saying they would look bad with the bank if I had declined, and they had fought against the bank to get to where it was. Talking about how much time they have put in to it and constantly saying they would hate seeing a good deal go to waste. Ben and Al Morgan (his boss) kept saying how they wish they could drive the car off the lot with that deal. I said I would put $3,000 down and they said they would have to re-submit it to the bank. A day later they called and told me the bank had declined and told me to come in to look at other cars instead. I was so happy to hear they declined it so I would not have to talk to them anymore. Nope! About ten minutes later they called saying it was approved by the bank with $3,500 down with less than 6% APR at this point. They manipulated me throughout this entire time and as soon as I walked in, which was no more than twenty minutes after they gave me the last update, they told me the deal was $250 monthly, with $3,500 down and 8.2% APR now. Later I called the bank and found that all the changing was a lie and the bank apologized for what I had to deal with as well as they would not care about me getting it. They said it would not make the dealership look bad at all. My girlfriend asked them why the APR was less than 5% and monthly payments were $217 twenty minutes ago and now it was suddenly changed. The boss Al, tried to say it changes day to day, but we specifically said we were told less than 5% right before coming over. Throughout the entire time nothing they said actually stayed and kept changing. I eventually signed everything and afterwards ended up crying due to the stress and pressure they put me under. They did not go through the majority of the contract with me even though it was my first time. They just skipped through the contract and pointed at where to sign electronically and in paper. Not even a day later I came back and asked to return the car because I felt manipulated and lied to. The car wasnt in good condition and the tire was still flat and the radio wasnt working still. I also recognized that the car was jolting a lot during and after shifting. They said they were still doing research on how to get the radio to work. They eventually told me they could not figure it out. I ended up being able to do a simple Google search and figured it out on my own. They stated that since the contract did not change then everything in the beginning that they lied about and kept changing did not matter since the contract itself never changed.
They were very helpful so Im pleased with them.

I was passing through and needed my car service. Pulled in and was greeted and helped by service manager Mike. Mike went above and beyond to help take care of my cousins car, the break line broke. Good job with showing genuine customer service. The dealership as a whole was nice and everyone was helpful and friendly. Thank you for helping us get back on the road safely.
Ben Tinker is very thorough and professional with a good sense of humor. Got me into a new (to me) vehicle as a 1st time buyer with no credit history. Ill go back next time I need a vehicle.

At this point my relatives and myself were so irritated and upset that we were going to just leave the keys and figure everything out later. Al, Bens boss, came over and started yelling at us telling us we cannot just leave the car because they cannot be sure it wont be damaged or broken into. We were going to leave it anyways but then he yelled at us more and threatened to get the car repoed. I should have left the keys and walked out but we were all upset, manipulated, being treated like children, and did not know what to think. I have been trying to get ahold of corp or anyone that can help, and have only been left on voice mail and it has now been a good four days since I have originally asked to return. No one is contacting me with any information. They do not know what they are doing, they lie, and they are very unreliable. They act nice, but they are just another corrupt part of the automobile industry. They will use themselves to guilt trip you into getting a car off their lot. Even when we went in to see about returning the car, they were yelling at us when we were being respectful. Do not work with Ben or anyone else at Ford Sakelaris in Rolla.
Had a problem with the dealership with Joe Machens Ford Lincoin in Columbia. I brought a2 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid. I believe I had the vehicle 3 days when a tire blew out at midnight. When the tire was going to be changed found out I had no spare tire or a jack to change it. Left it over night paid $90.00 for a new tire. I called the dealership about the no spare tire or no jack. I was told that they would do nothing about the no tire or jack. The dealership told me they would get ahold of me as to what they would do if anything as of today which is Saturday still no no word from them not very good way to keep business. The dealership in Rolla will see what they will do for me. Thank you Ford in Rolla.

I was traveling from Texas to Indiana and Mike Sandusky the service manager was very helpful and professional and caring when my brakes decided to go out during my trip. Every time I’ve brought my truck in for an oil change, I’ve always felt welcomed. They’re prices are amazing. The next time I buy a truck it will be with them instead.
We drove two hours to Sakelaris. When we got there and was working the deal another person came in and supposedly wanted the same vehicle. He approached us and ask if we were going to buy the car and we said we were working on it. So he was about to leave and we saw the general manager stop him outside, so the guy came back in and sat and waited. After that the manager wouldn’t deal with us at all on the price. He told us the other guy offered $2000 more than price of car and that if we didn’t take it the other guy would. It has been 10 days now and we still have not received the title or application. We were told they would overnight it to us. I would not have bought the car from these people but my daughter wanted it pretty bad and she never ask me for anything. So you decide. I’ll leave it right there.

I needed an appraisal on my 60s custom truck and after waiting for 45 minutes without any assistance, a sales rep was just going to look it up on kelly blue book for me. All I needed to now was if they did appraisals on vehicles as old as mine or not. Dont you think I wouldve looked it up on KBB myself if thats all I needed?!

Went in for them to check an airbag recall and had a check engine light on and asked if they can check that too (didnt think it would expensive). Showed up to pick up my car and had an $89 bill for something AutoZone does for free, unbelievable.
I bought a certafied preownd 2017 Nissan versa with an extended warrenty from sakelaris about a yr ago. I just resently had to change a flat tire, but to my surprise there was no Jack or tools to change it with. I called sakelaris about it to see how to remedy the issue and the answer I got was they are sold as is. WHAT!!!. its a certafied preownd, you think they would make sure a vehical has a Jake and tire changing tools be for saleing a vehicle. I will never do business with them again and I would recommend that others stay away as well. Bad customer service and business.

Bought my car back in February and still have yet to receive a title, because they lacked to tell me they lost the title. Was given a 90 day temp tag, which is great, but the woman in charge of ordering titles claimed she ordered it March 13th. Its March 27th. Where is it?

Power window on my car broke. Clint promised to look at it before 5 pm (it was 3 pm at time) in case they needed to get a part. The part easy needed and ordered that night. Car was ready by 10 am next day. Best service I have ever gotten from a dealership.
A hard credit inquiry and 45 minutes to test drive an $8,000 used car? This happened to me in May when I saw they had a Honda Civic SI in the colors I wanted. Within 5 minutes I knew I didnt like this car, but yet thanks to the GMs policy it cost me about 90 minutes. He said If we dont do credit checks all we would be doing all day is having people drive cars. Isnt that how you sell them? Never returning...
My wife and I went to the dealership in Rolla to purchase a new vehicle. When we walked into the dealer, the salesman didn’t introduce himself, and seemed confused as to why we were there. We asked for a specific vehicle and they couldn’t locate it. We took a look a the same model but different color and I discussed the steps ahead. We left and waited for the salesman to run numbers and give us a final price but didn’t hear anything back. I reached out the next day and was told by the salesman that he was waiting for the GM to get back from meetings. I waited a few more hours and reached out again. Salesman told me the GM hadn’t come back so he couldn’t provide me with anything information. It seemed that the salesman didn’t want to make the sale or do the work.

When I bought my new car, I had bought a extended warranty. I also told them that I suffer from bad anxiety and tell them when I bought my car in for servicing I would need a loaner car so I did not see it in their tiny waiting area with a bunch of people I could not handle that they had agreed whenever I brought my vehicle in for servicing they would have a loaner car for me to use. Which is a total lie Monday I made an appointment to have my car serviced and it had a recall warning on it to have it fixed I called Tuesday morning to make sure that everything was set up and to remind them I had to have a loaner car they informed me they had no loaner car didn’t have a loaner car I explain to Jeff I need a loaner car and he said well we can just Shuttle all you around to where you need to go. I told him that would not work that that was not what we agreed to and you were not going to put me in a car with a stranger that was not what we agreed to again so I had to cancel my appointment and honestly if they can’t keep their word and can’t keep what they said they would do that goes to show you their all about just selling cars and not the service behind the funny thing is when I called to talk to the manager or the owner all of a sudden they had a car for me to years they had a loaner car for me after they got me upset and told me they didn’t all of the sudden they could pull loaner a car out from the blue. I would not recommend buying from them because they do not honor there word
Sometimes when I try to price parts, the less experienced parts guys refuse to sell me parts at wholesale. Even though I ALWAYS get wholesale prices there. They missed out on a possible $400 sale on 7/20 because of this. I recommend CarID for parts over Ford dealerships.... Good price on bulk oil, though.
Theyll make you feel like your car is going to fall apart to get you to let them do extra maintenance that isnt needed and they try to hide what it will cost till you pay the bill! Dishonest bunch of thieves trying to make a buck on people who are less knowledgeable! Wont be doing business here again and they are refusing to make this right in any way.

The technicians at Sakelaris are either lazy or incompetent. I was able to identify and fix the issue with my driver’s side rear brake five minutes after I removed the wheel.In the middle of July, I made a service appointment for my car because of squeaking noise coming from the driver’s side rear wheel when I turned left. After about 2 hrs. I was told by the service rep. that their tech was unable to recreate the noise and they did not see anything wrong during their visual inspection. After the I made the first left turn after leaving the dealership I heard the noise. I returned to the dealership and spoke with a different service rep. who said he would have a tech. ride with me. I drove left and circles in their parking lot and the tech. heard and verified the noise. He said he didn’t know what was causing the noise and suggested roughing up the brake rotors with an emery cloth. After about 2 weeks of hearing the noise. I decided to have a look for myself. Once I took off the tire, I visually inspected for excessive wear, ensured there was enough clearance between the rotor and dusk shield. I then looked through the top of the caliper for signs of excessive brake pad wear. That is when I easily noticed the source of the squeaking noise, the brake pad mount clip had been installed incorrectly by the Ford dealership in Saint Robert and was approximately a sheet of paper thickness from touching the brake rotor. I remove the caliper and re-seated the mount clip and the noise stopped. I am glad I got to wasted 2 hrs. of my time and about $25 for this substandard service.

Today 08-29-18 it as pouring rain I walked in to Sakularis ford to see if I could sit out of the rain they not only let me sit in out of this nasty weather but gave me coffee towels and let me use a phone charger when I was ready to leave they sent me off with an umbrella
Went out of their way to find less expensive aftermarket parts to fix my truck and didnt charge diagnostics fees for simple problems both with my truck and my sisters car.

I have never had a problem with the service of this Ford dealership, until today (May 28, 2014). I have an 08 Superduty and it needed inspected because the tags are about to expire when they failed me for having bad front ball joints/tie rod ends (a quoted $630+ tax repair). I then decided to get this issue fixed by them the Tuesday after Memorial Day, but they were all booked up for week and I needed to get them done sooner. I then went to the St James Ford (Hutcheson) just down the road, gave them the failed inspection slip and told them to fix it. I took time off of work to drop this rig by to get her all fixed up when they call me around 1PM and informed me that the ball joints were not even marginally worn. I will NOT visit Sakelaris Ford again after being treated like this.
My two sisters and I where traveling through MO on our way back to Maine after dropping our kids off at Harding University and Oklahoma Christian University. Our truck made some clucking noises and we costed into the exit town of Rolla. We were towed to Sakelarisa Ford not knowing what to expect. Angel Guzman was at the service desk and he was helpful, reassuring, and informational. They gave us an estimate within two and a half hours. We had to spend the night due to the part was not stocked. Michael West another friendly employee there referred us to the BestWestern for logging. Sakelarisa Ford provided us transpertation to and from the hotel. We received the call in the morning telling us that the truck was ready and it was a much easier fix so the cost came to half the quote. THANK YOU & GOD BLESS all of you. Three women in a strange town knowing nothing about cars we could not have had a better experience in our hometown! We highly recommend Sakelaris Ford, and they are fortunate to have such a great staff, expecially Angel and Mike.
