Mike is beyond fair. He’s built a loyal following by doing great work for very reasonable prices. An ISO on Facebook for a mechanic who won’t rob you will fetch you dozens of votes for this place. If he can’t do the work, he will tell you who can and they’ll be just as fair and honest as he is.

This is one of the hardest working, honest, do all he can for you men in the business. I am blessed to have found Mike a few years ago. Hes not equipped to do everything but he can typically direct me to another reputable business that will do me straight. Best Ive found having lived near Rolla for nearly 30 years.

My regular oil changing place

Extremely friendly and not intimidating. They care about getting your stuff fixed and giving you sound advice. Seems like lots of other garages just want to make their money and go home at 5 every day. Here, it seems to be staffed (and owned) by people who enjoy what they do and enjoy helping you out.

I went in and got helped almost immediately and then was set up with an appointment at another shop where i got fantastic service. Everything was swift and smooth. Very reliable and honest business.

After calling a few other shops and then trying to rip me off I called Mike. I told him the same story I told the other shops and he was a lot less. Also allowed me to bring in my own parts and was very reasonable on his labor charge. Very honest reliable person

I have been there a few times and they have always taken care of me. I recommend them highly. They have been honest with me and could have taken me a couple of times but didnt. If they tell you that you need something it is for sure that you do. They do not put parts on just to charge you. This is an honest shop and owner.

Super place good Honest service

We blew a trailer tire while hauling a boat down to Lake Norfork. We forgot the spare at home. Mike when above and beyond to help us get a new tire and get it changed!! We are not from the Rolla area but if I was ever passing through again Mike would be my first stop if I was having car trouble!!

I had my first experience with Mike’s today. I had gotten a bid from a dealer saying I needed to replace my power steering rack, it costing almost $900 I thought I’d check elsewhere. Mike’s told me that they’ve had multiple like this lately and felt they could do a minor repair to fix it only charging me $30. They seem to be very honest a forthright. My experience with them is limited but I’ll update my review if my opinion changes.

I chose this shop for its high ratings here and was not disappointed. I had tried to change sway bar links on my vehicle but the bolts (bolts that are part od the link) had partially stripped and lost their threading. So I went in to get new ones installed professionally. This shop was able to get a tight clamp by adding some washers instead of replacing the part. Additionally they said (and showed) that I did not need bushings for my sway bar, just a tightened a bolt (and oiled it). This was done in very little time and they charged me nothing. This shop has high integrity and will receive my future business and recommendations.

I went in because I bought a new truck and I wanted them to look over it to see if anything was wrong. Needless to say they found a few minor issues, and didnt charge me for looking it over. I think that says everything, good people Ill definitely be taking my vehicle there again.

Needed motor mounts replaced on my car. They told me they would change them if I bought the motor mounts. I told them it would be a bit until I had the money. A month or two goes by and I call them up to get it done, they tell me theyre not interested in doing that job.
